He immediately rolled away, and the eel’s tail slammed into the ground behind him, creating a massive crack across the sand.

Amon quickly stood up and rushed toward the monster.

He didn’t try to overpower it; that would be stupid.

The creature was several times larger than him, and its physical strength was clearly far beyond his current level.

’I’ll have to fight smarter.’

The monster swung its tail toward him again.

Amon jumped backward as the tail passed directly in front of his face, missing him by only a few centimeters.

He immediately stepped forward and swung his sword.

Its massive head slammed directly into his chest.

Amon was launched backward like a ragdoll.

His body flew through the air before crashing into the strange water suspended above the chamber.

’I’m falling into the lake!’

Amon instinctively tried to swim backward, but before his body could enter the water completely, something strange happened.

The surface of the lake pushed him away like an invisible trampoline.

He couldn’t even understand what had happened.

The strange lake seemed to reject him, but Amon didn’t have time to think about it.

It immediately charged toward him.

Amon’s entire arm began trembling from the amount of energy he was gathering.

The monster opened its enormous mouth, and Amon finally opened his eyes.

A massive spear of ice appeared in front of him.

It was several times larger than the Frost Spears he had previously created.

The spear was almost entirely formed from his mana.

"This is almost all my mana..." He tightened his grip. "...So you’d better fucking die."

Amon threw the spear.

The massive Frost Spear tore through the air.

The monster attempted to dodge, but it was too late. The spear slammed directly into its body.

He swung the axe with everything that was left in his body.

The blade buried itself into the monster’s head. The creature suddenly stopped moving.

The electricity surrounding its body flickered once.

The enormous eel’s body slowly began dissolving into countless particles of refined mana.

Amon stood there silently as the energy began flowing toward him.

His body immediately absorbed it.

A familiar notification suddenly appeared in front of his eyes.

Amon’s tired expression slowly relaxed as he let his body fall onto the ground.
