He remained inside the illusion for a while, carefully examining his surroundings.

There was no profound feeling.

No sudden comprehension.

After confirming that there was nothing more to discover, Aksai circulated a tiny strand of Spirit Essence throughout his body.

The moment the Spirit Essence completed a single cycle, the illusion shattered. The sea of fire disappeared.

Aksai opened his eyes and found himself sitting inside the underground cave dwelling once again. He looked at the empty space in front of him thoughtfully.

There seemed to be some kind of connection between the pill and her unique method of using her Connate Spells. However, Aksai could not determine the exact relationship.

More importantly, he had no idea how to make use of it.

Aksai rubbed his chin.

Aksai then moved on to the jade scrolls.

There were six of them.

They were neatly arranged inside a separate section of Kalina’s storage ring, each one sealed with multiple layers of restrictions.

By this point, however, Nuri had already found a way to decrypt them.

One had to know that these jade scrolls were not ordinary storage devices.

They had been encrypted by Kalina’s faction, and the content stored within them was near impossible to access without proper authorization and access rights granted by Kalina’s imperial faction.

Under normal circumstances, even Nascent Soul Kings would have found it nearly impossible to forcefully decrypt them without risking the destruction of the information inside or triggering the protective mechanisms hidden within the encryption.

After all, these jade scrolls contained the legacies of Kalina’s imperial faction. Naturally, such information could not be allowed to fall into the hands of outsiders easily.

Unfortunately for Kalina’s faction, such encryption methods were not enough to stop Nuri. Her calculation and analytical abilities were arguably unmatched within Aksai’s current realm.

After crossing over, Nuri had also gone through various transformations as Aksai leveled up.
