Lily was in her classroom, painting when she received a message from Alpha. Her face turned pale, the news about the bomb had reached her, because whenever Leo was in danger, the Artificial intelligence code in Alpha and Beta’s program would pass the information to Snow and Lily quickly.

Just after she received this news she got another ping, saying that Leo had solved the problem. She looked at the rest of the students, and then continued with her own thing. After the class finished, she walked out with a calm that felt odd to the people, but the young miss covered with a faint smile.

Then she looked at Zeenat, who took her bag and led her to the car, as soon as Lily got inside the vehicle she looked at Kyle who was sitting in the driver’s seat and asked, "Have you all been living a very cozy life these days?"

Kyle froze up, he knew this tone, it was cold and indifferent like Leo when he would get angry. He replied, "Young Miss, I am sorry."

Lily snorted and said, "It is not even your fault that you are apologizing for. You were not there when they put on the bomb. They have been a team of our own mechanic crew, so it was obvious that nobody mistrusted them and the strategy to assemble one part at a time, this takes patience. However, why I asked you that question is simple, have you all gotten so comfortable that you would trust anyone who talks nicely to you? Those guards at the airport, they are from Pinnacle, no?"

Kyle could only nod, and Lily said, "Do we have the information on that man?" The man gulped and nodded, "Yes, we do." Lily nodded and replied, "Good, has he been apprehended?"

Kyle replied calmly, "Yes, he has been taken in custody."

Lily nodded and said, "Take me there, and I also need to tell my mother to calm down. Also, is Uncle Markus in the capital?"

Kyle shook his head and Lily said, "Have him come over before the sunset, we need to get to the depths of this conspiracy, because I refuse to believe that someone would do this to my Baba without a strong motive, or a silly brain."

Kyle nodded, they had no trouble in calling their boss over, because they could not handle Lily at the moment. She was radiating a strong aura that was causing them to almost suffocate. Lily called her mother, and Snow answered promptly and asked if she was fine. Lily assured her that she was fine and that they will take care of this matter since Leo was outside. Snow wanted to say something but then she agreed, she had her hands full with many things regarding the new tax laws, and with Leo outside, Lily could handle this thing with some guidance from the adults beside her. Although Snow knew that the adults feared an angry Lily more than they feared an angry Leo.

The car drove straight to the place where the culprit was being held. The place was a secluded villa in the city, it had guards around it to keep an eye, and when they saw the Car with Cardinal Sigil pulling over at the front gate, they reacted quickly. At the front gate, Zeenat opened the back door and Lily came down. She took a look around and her gaze swept over all the guards present there.

The guards shivered when they faced the cold aura radiate from her. Then after a casual inspection Lily went inside the room with a calm expression on her face. She asked, "Where is that man?"

Jock was responsible for staying here on his off shift and when Zeenat texted him about Lily coming over, he was on alert, her voice sent a chilling sensation up his spine. He replied instantly, "In the basement, Young Miss."

Lily nodded and said, "Take me there."

Jock nodded, and then led her inside the basement. In the basement, inside a glass cage, Lily saw a middle-aged man sitting on the ground, his eyes were vacant. She frowned and asked, "Did you touch him?"

Jock shook her head and replied, "Sir gave out a no touch order along with the information but we still brought him in."

Lily nodded and remarked, "At least you guys still remember some of your skills."

Jock and Kyle choked, they were missing Leo so much, because unlike him Lily, when got angry would not spare anyone. The little girl kept looking at the man and then she asked, "What is his story?"

Jock replied, "Liam Hedge, age forty two, has a background in airport mechanic staff, joined the crew when we shifted to the capital. He had been adding the parts of a bomb to the plane for past three months. The reason behind his actions is unknown, but something stands out in his history, his daughter was seven years old, she passed away two years ago, and after that his wife committed suicide. He went into depression but his friends told him to get some help and that is how he managed to survive till now.

Lily nodded, and asked, "How did his daughter die?"

Her tone was calm, but her gaze was cold. She didn’t care about anything at the moment, because this guy had just tried to attack her family and harm her Baba. They touched the reverse scale of the dragon so it was now enraged. She looked at the man and said, "Let him see me."

The glass could be turned opaque and transparent depending on their wishes to interact with the captive. Jock replied, "It’s done, Young Miss."

Lily walked up to the glass and knocked it twice with the back of her finger. The person inside reacted, and when he saw Lily standing outside, he opened his eyes wide, before he asked, "You are Lily Cardinal."

Lily hummed and said, "Since you know me, it means you have done your homework well."

Liam was stunned and then he chuckled, before he said, "If you are here instead of a mourning hall, then it means I didn’t do my homework well enough."

Lily shook her head and replied, "No, you did a good job trying to kill my father, but you forgot something, it is my father whom you messed with. He did better than you."

Liam was surprised but then he said, "Indeed, he is rich enough to have a bomb expert in his crew."

Lily didn’t bother to clarify the situation, she replied, "Hmmm, you are poor, and don’t seem to have a history of interacting with bombs, your qualification is marked as a mechanic diploma holder, not very impressive but quite good with your hands in an airport. So, that means, you used someone’s help to procure the dynamite needed for the bombs. If that is the case, you must have relied on someone else."

Liam Hedge was shocked, he could not understand how this little girl was breaking down everything, and he realized that he would last longer if he could just shut his mouth. However, Lily had no intention of watching him play mute, so she said, "The remains of your daughter and wife are located in the cemetery in the capital. Hmmm, how about I bring them here and then you accompany them?"

The people in the room all froze up. Even Jock and Kyle didn’t expect Lily to say something like this, and Zeenat, who spent most of the time with Lily was even more shocked, as she was thinking if this person was still her Young Miss. Liam Hedge froze when he heard this, he saw Lily seemingly lost in thought and then she turned around as she said, "Uncle Kyle, go to the cemetery and lace the graves with dynamite the same as this man used to try and kill my father, and explode them."

Liam roared, "No! Don’t you dare, you twisted little bitch! I will kill you, I will kill you all."

Lily turned to look at the raging man, who was so angry that his eyes were filled with blood capillaries, she calmly asked, "Are you sure you want me to feel threatened? Because if you do that, not only will I dig out the dead, but even feed them to my hounds, and as for the living, they will have to endure much more than you can imagine. So, I am asking you to take a deep breath and think if you really want to test my limits."

Liam was shivering but this was not from anger, on the contrary this was from fear, yes, he was scared that Lily might go after his family. They were innocent.
