Almighty Father System

While Leo was busy making the Ice-cream, his darling eldest daughter had sat down in meditation. The little goblin was very competitive and she wanted to be like her parents and to do that she worked hard.

She has been learning how to meditate from Leo so every time she was free she would revise and after the last week this was now a habit of hers. The motive was not to become stronger but to keep her cocky father grounded.

Yes, this kid thought that her father, after becoming the chairman of the ISC, following her wish, has become cocky. The evening in the mansion was ordinary until Fragrance came back from her work and signed heavily as she slumped down on the sofa. Lily finished playing the Piano and asked, "Aunt, what happened you seem, rather tired."

Fragrance gave the glass of water back to Beta. Then she picked up Lily in her arms and had the child act as her emotional support pillow as she said, "The government has made rather radical proposals in the past few weeks and while the nation and the citizens welcome these, the workload on Judicial system will also increase in the coming days, while the assistance of technology has streamlined a lot of things but the human part of the system all over the country is under great stress and this situation would likely to continue for the coming one year. Yes, I am tired."

Lily sighed and said, "Why does it seem like that adult life is rather perilous?"

Fragrance smiled and said, "Glad that you have realized this truth at such an early age."

Just then, Leo came out of the kitchen and his forehead was laced with a layer of sweat. Fragrance asked, "What is going on with you?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "I made some ice cream, you guys can taste it after dinner. I feel tired, so I will go and rest."

That said, the young man climbed the stairs quickly and left. Lily sighed and said, "To think that he gained so much of a breakthrough in his meditation but yet he is feeling strained from the physical work. It feels like Baba needs some proper rest."

Fragrance nodded and replied, "Back when he was in high school, there would be a time when he would sneak away during the summer vacations. He was very naughty back then."

Leo had no idea that his embarrassing accolades had been leaked to his daughter, who would use them to her convenience later on, but he was really tired, the reason was how he exploited his mind just now in the kitchen for hours.

He was constantly observing the body work on a cellular level, and while it appears to be something fascinating, he was consuming energy at five times higher pace than usual. Because the brain was working at the maximum capacity, and it was burdened.

It was just like you asking a toddler who learned how to walk, to run a cross country. So, Leo got in his bed and quickly fell asleep. His consciousness faded into utter peace and deep sleep because the brain had been drained from constant observation.

When he woke up, he found Snow sitting next to him, and in a daze he asked, "Love, when did you come home?"

Snow smiled and replied, "When you were sleeping like a log. What happened, Lily said that you were tired."

Leo nodded and sat up as he replied, "Well, I was able to finish the internal visualization model after Lily poked me, and then my ambition to excel got better of me, and I exerted my brain a little more than what it could take, so I came over to rest. I didn’t realize that the recovery would take this long."

Snow frowned and then complained, "If you already knew that your brain was running to its limit could you not have held back? Do you always have to bother me and the rest of the people like this?"

Leo smiled wryly and replied, "I will be careful from now on, sorry."

Snow snorted but didn’t continue, she had known him enough to understand that if he said sorry, he would be mindful of the same thing in the future, and there was no need for her to seek any drama over this. They both fell in love because they didn’t like too much drama.

She shook her head and said, "Your eldest is getting out of hand, she told me that you made the breakthrough, and then she also told me that she wanted to do the same so that she could tell you to be more humble and not get cocky."

Leo chuckled and asked, "Did she really say this?"

The young lady nodded and admonished him, "Don’t take it as a joke, this is not a good thing, if you don’t limit her now, when she grows up, she will boss around everyone. I don’t want her to be a bully."

Leo nodded and then replied, "I shall talk to her about this in the coming few days. How about you, how was your day? Fragrance said that your department all around the country is under great stress."

Snow nodded, and replied, "Finance and Judiciary are the two departments that are facing the biggest surge in work load. So, we are facing a significant load in the work area. However, we have also come up with methods to expand the departments, and it is going on smoothly. It;s just that the newbies would need a period of time before they can be considered the parts of the real work force."

Leo nodded and replied, "If you need any help, do tell me, I will do my best."

Snow nodded and said, "Actually, I was thinking if your ISC can help the state owned companies to get some revenue boosting projects? This way the old salary system can be upgraded and the people would have a better motivation to join the government organizations and work in the country. Recently immigration has been in great trend and we are all worried if that would create some long term impact on the domestic market."

Leo nodded in understanding, it would be a lie to say that he was unaware that the people from all over the nation have come in to seek work and grow because Clover nation was not a hotspot for space tech development.

The young man said, "Fine, I will try to get the best deals for the state owned units first but it has to be fair so please come up with the best plan that you can offer, and I will carry it when the time comes."

These past few months, people from all over the world have come over and the market was shrinking, so the central cabinet was concerned with the gradually climbing numbers in the unemployment data stat. Because the companies all preferred to hire talented people, they were all businessmen, and didn’t care much about the ethnicity of the employee.

So to solve this growing job shortage, the government was moving on two different fronts.
