Reina gave a cold smile and shook her head.

"No. He’s going to challenge the Floor Guardian, so don’t try to touch him."

The maid nodded obediently.

"Yes, Miss."

Reina continued watching Ryan.

He had already moved to the farthest table from her. After sitting down, he took out his phone and resumed watching the drama he had been viewing earlier.

Reina narrowed her eyes slightly.

"I wonder if it’s just confidence, or if he really has something to back it up."

She rested her chin on her hand and continued watching him from a distance.

"An F-Rank Knight challenging the Floor Guardian alone..."

A faint smile appeared on her face.

"Interesting."

"I wonder if he’s hiding some kind of secret," Reina wondered.

"Maybe he’s one of those lucky Awakeners who also awakened a powerful talent," her maid suggested.

Reina looked at her and nodded.

"You might be right. But what kind of talent would give him enough confidence to challenge the Floor Guardian alone?"

"Miss, should I assign some people to the entrance of the next floor to see if he actually makes it there?" the maid asked.

Reina nodded.

"Hmm, do it. I want to see whether he can really pass."

The maid nodded, took out her phone, and typed something.

A moment later, she looked up.

"Miss, it’s done."

Reina nodded before giving her another order.

"Go and get me the last teammate."

The maid nodded and left.

Several hours passed.

Eventually, it was Ryan’s turn.

He stood up and stretched his body.

"Finally."

After waiting for so long, he was finally getting his chance.

Ryan walked toward the gate, where the association staff checked his ticket before allowing him to enter.

A moment later, Ryan arrived inside the Floor Guardian’s room.

It was a massive hall that could easily accommodate more than a thousand people.

At the center of the hall stood a knight wearing battered armor.

A dark aura surrounded his body, filling the entire room with an oppressive presence.

He was the Fallen Holy Knight, the Floor Guardian of the second floor.

Ryan looked at him calmly.

Then, the familiar system notification appeared.

[Floor Guardian Challenge will begin in one minute.]

[Please select your difficulty.]

[Depending on the difficulty selected, you will receive additional rewards besides access to the second floor of the Tower.]

[...Special Title detected: The One Who Has Reached His Limit.]

[Heroic Difficulty unlocked.]

[The challenge has automatically been set to Heroic Difficulty.]

[The Floor Guardian will display 100% of his abilities at Level 100.]

Ryan frowned slightly before deciding not to waste any time.

He raised his hand and began summoning his spirits one after another.

The Spirit Wolf appeared first, its powerful body covered in silver-white fur.

Next came the Spirit Serpent, its long body coiling across the ground as poisonous energy radiated from it.

A moment later, Blizzy appeared. The Ice Spirit took the form of a large white beast with icy antlers and cold mist surrounding its body.

The Orc Shaman Chief appeared next, followed by the Black Water Wyvern.

Then, one after another, Ryan summoned the rest of his powerful spirits.

Then, one after another, Ryan summoned the rest of his powerful spirits.

The Skeleton King.

The Death Knight.

The Skeleton Great Mage.

The Fallen Priest.

And finally, the Vampire Baroness.

Each summon was Level 100.

Their powerful auras quickly filled the massive hall, creating an overwhelming presence around Ryan.

Ryan’s summons stood ready around him, their powerful auras filling the massive hall.

The Spirit Wolf crouched low, its silver-white fur bristling as it prepared to pounce.

The Spirit Serpent coiled around itself, its poisonous energy spreading through the air.

Blizzy, the Ice Spirit, stood beside them in the form of a large white bear with icy antlers. Frost continuously gathered around its paws.

The Orc Shaman Chief raised his staff, several elemental spells already gathering around him.

Above them, the Black Water Wyvern spread its massive wings, dark water-like energy swirling around its body.

The Skeleton Great Mage floated several meters above the ground, surrounded by countless dark magical runes.

The Fallen Priest stood quietly behind the other summons, holding its staff as a faint mixture of holy and dark energy gathered around it.

The Vampire Baroness stood beside the Death Knight, her crimson eyes fixed on the Fallen Holy Knight.

Finally, the Skeleton King stood directly beside Ryan, gripping its massive greatsword.

All of them were Level 100.

The Fallen Holy Knight looked at the group before charging forward.

Its battered armor suddenly began transforming.

The cracks disappeared, the rust vanished, and the damaged metal became pristine once again.

Even the sword in its hand changed.

A powerful aura erupted from the blade, containing both sacred light and dark, unholy energy.

The knight raised its sword and swung directly at Ryan.

Ryan didn’t move.

Just as the sword was about to reach him, a massive greatsword suddenly appeared in his hand.

It was the Skeleton King’s greatsword.

At the same time, the Skeleton King armor set covered his entire body, forming a complete suit of dark skeletal armor from head to toe.

A mask covered Ryan’s face.

He grinned beneath it.

"Did you really think I’m just a helpless summoner?"

Clang!

Ryan raised the greatsword and blocked the Fallen Holy Knight’s attack.

The force of the collision shook the ground beneath their feet.

Ryan immediately activated one of the greatsword skills.

The massive blade suddenly changed.

Its length extended as the metal separated into countless bone-like segments connected by dark energy.

In an instant, the greatsword transformed into a gigantic bone whip.

Ryan swung it with incredible speed.

The segmented blade moved through the air like a massive whip, bending around the Fallen Holy Knight’s defenses before striking from an unexpected angle.

The knight quickly jumped backward.

But it was too late.

The tip of the segmented greatsword tore across its side, forcing it several meters backward.

Ryan pulled his weapon back.

The segmented blade instantly retracted, returning to its original greatsword form in his hands.

He rested it casually on his shoulder.

"Kill him."
