However, after the arrival of the Master of Nothingness, this ancient path was completely eroded by void power, turning into a Land of Death, with countless star remnants floating within it, like the bones of the cosmos.
Legend has it, deep within the Ancient Starry Path, a fireseed named "Fire of Chaos" was suppressed, one of the original sources of the first strand of fire when the cosmos first unfolded, containing the utmost power of "creation" and "destruction." The Master of Nothingness had attempted many times to extinguish it, but always failed, ultimately sealing it in the depths of the Ancient Starry Path.
A trace of solemnity flashed in Xu Qinghan's eyes. The Ancient Starry Path was more dangerous than the Sea of Annihilation. Not only did it contain endless void power, but formidable traps laid by the Master of Nothingness, and numerous powerful creatures corrupted by the void.
Yet she did not hesitate in the slightest.
"As long as the fire remains, there's always hope." She whispered resolutely and forcefully.
She once again activated the fire power within her, and the golden-black intertwined flames surged around her, transforming into a streak of light, soaring up to head straight for the distant Ancient Starry Path.
The long journey began anew.
This time, Xu Qinghan was no longer merely traversing through void-corrupted star domains. The Ancient Starry Path itself was a road filled with unknowns and variables.
She traversed among remnants of ancient stars, where the remnants still bore traces of civilizations' past glory. However, now they were all shrouded in a layer of pitch-black void energy, emitting a sense of decay and death.
She encountered more void creatures, no longer mere wanderers, but "Void Demons" revamped by the Master of Nothingness, possessing immense power and an instinctive hatred for fire igniters.
Once, she passed through a star domain completely twisted by void power. The Space Law there was utterly chaotic, and the Time Flow Speed became bizarre, sometimes fast as lightning, other times slow as a turtle crawl. The void energy condensed here into pitch-black "Void Wind Blades," formless and substanceless, yet able to easily tear space apart and obliterate all life force.
The golden-black fire barrier around Xu Qinghan gave off a harsh friction sound as it was sliced by the Void Wind Blades. Her fire power was being consumed wildly, but she clenched her teeth, her eyes flickering with a resolute light.
She no longer simply resisted but actively expanded the golden-black whirlpool, beginning to devour those Void Wind Blades. Those void energies carrying slicing laws were decomposed and purified within the whirlpool, ultimately transforming into the purest energy, nourishing her fire.
Her "Fire Void Transformation" ability underwent ultimate honing in such an environment. She could simulate part of the fire power into a void form, better merging into the void, evading the perception of void wind blades, and at times even temporarily controlling void wind blades for her own use.
