Watching as the insect swarm starts to scatter, he feels heartbroken.
Then, multiple beams from an unknown direction appears and pierces through a couple of insects, killing them.
It wasn’t the end, lights starts flying everywhere, hitting the ones that are trying to scatter.
Above a flying ship, multiple elves has nocked their bows and starts shooting at the insects.
They can’t believe that they had witnessed such a sight.
Looking at the destruction around them, all of them realizes just how strong the invaders were.
"Sean!" Fabuki stares at the giant figure lying in front of the cracked space.
She teleports towards him, only to fail as the spatial element around them was quite volatile.
"We need to save him!"
"I’ll do it!" Without hesitation, Maki jumps off the ship and flies towards Sean.
It seems that the insects are afraid of approaching him, still, his existence seems to be tied to something within the cracked of space.
’This beetle is too tough to swallow.’ He thought, he had drained it dry and yet, the shells were still difficult to absorb.
Urgh!
He vomited the carcass of the beetle, his body slowly deflating.
"That was a very horrifying experience." He was gasping for breath, he doesn’t want to do that again.
Still, he knows that with how this world operates, he wouldn’t have any choice in that manner.
"Sean! Are you still alive!?" Maki looks at him with a worried expression.
"Am still breathing, just exhausted."
She grabs him and quickly flies him away, whenever they go, the insects would flee far away but not one of them escapes.
The first batch of insects sent to worlds are always the cannon fodders that can give birth to multiple weaker insects.
Their main mission is to reproduce, devour the creatures and resources of their targeted worlds and produce offsprings that carries both the signature wave of the hive and the presence of the natives of this world.
The offspring would also do the same until they reach a certain amount and give birth to higher tier insectizoid that would be either eaten by their queen to gain more powerful genes or serve the hive in their ravenous mission to eat everything in their path.
All the veteran races of this world that had their civilization existing for tens of thousands of years knows this.
There are many survivors in their onslaught, escaping to other worlds, surviving their attacks is extremely rare to no chance at all.
That’s why the elves are quite proactive, they think that if they showcase their strength by killing the earliest batch, they would use the chance to feign exhaustion, letting this world be engulfed by the stronger batches coming afterwards.
"We had killed all the insects but they are just the first batch, what should we do for the incoming insect swarm?"
Asks the elf queen while her focus was on Sean, her heart was beating rapidly, just like what her daughter had said, he truly exudes a gentle life force that attracts their bloodline.
"Don’t worry about the incoming batches, it would take them days or at least a couple of hours to enter our world." Sean states while grinning.
"Did you do something!?" Fabuki’s eyes lights up, this was great news.
"Yeah, I don’t want to use that power but it is something that the situation requires me to do." He sighs.
"What is it?" Maki becomes curious, so did everyone else, especially the elves, their knowledge regarding those creatures is greater than what Sean and the others does.
"A singular destructive entity known to devour stars and planets, a powerful cosmic body that we human fears."
They turned to each other in confusion, the commander use his database to obtain an answer and this startles him.
"It feels likes you’re explaining a black hole." He smiles wryly, that’s too farfetched.
"Commander." Sean stares at him with a complex emotion.
"General Xi Mu is on our city." His words made the man tremble.
Seeing him like this, Maki knows just how much damage this dealt and quickly explains the situation.
Sean finally realizes why this man look so young, it’s actually because he’s no longer pure human.
He sighs and finally speak to everyone. "Just like what the commander had said, I created a black hole."
The two girls were shocked while the elves are confused, commander shows them the picture of the said entity and the elves gasps.
"The great devourer!" They exclaim.
’So, they also know what a black hole is, this saves time explaining.’ He thought.
"That large crack in space was created by my opponent, with it’s collapse, I use that opportunity to create a black hole and throws it to the hive."
The three were shaken, Maki speaks. "Then, that’s the end of it, no one can go against a black hole."
"Not exactly." They were stunned when they saw the expression of some of the elves.
"Tell me, Sean, how big is the black hole you created?" Asks the elf queen.
He shows them his fists, causing the elf queen to sigh.
"Then, that’s not enough, the black hole you speak of is an entity that all the intelligent races fear but we found a way to counter them, it’s to fill them with energy so that they’ll overload and implode on itself."
Sean was stunned, so was everyone, they never really thought of this, they really are newbie in this world.
They never really thought of this, for them, black holes are basically impossible to deal with.
Sighing slightly, it seems that he can’t really deal with those swarm.
"It seems that I really was arrogant to think that I can deal with them with just one move." Sean smiles wryly.
He was so proud of this move, he thought that with such a power, he can deal with them.
With groan he tries to stand up, the expression of both Maki and Fabuki changes.
He releases a white puff of smoke from his mouth, stretching slightly, he feels his body moving with more ease now.
"I need to meditate at least ten to twenty minutes to continue fighting, my spirit is currently too exhausted."
The two girls are relieved to see that he wasn’t forcing himself.
"Don’t worry, seeing that no more insects has come out of the space crack, that means that the queen still hasn’t discovered the black hole you created."
Sean was no longer listening to them, he was in a semi sleeping state, he was cultivating while sleeping.
His spirit was exhausted, he’s just glad that it was at the Innate tier, he doesn’t need to worry slumbering for a couple of days once again.
When he opens his eyes, he was stunned to see that there are no insects that came out of the crack.
"How long had I been cultivating?" The scenery hasn’t changed, he probably only meditated for at most ten minutes.
"It has been half an hour." Fabuki mutters with a curious expression.
"Say, where are Jasmine and the others?" She only realizer this problem after calming down.
"Half an hour!?" He was startled, it seems that he’s more drained than he expected.
"Ahem!" Fabuki coughs loudly and purses her lips.
Snapping out of his daze, he turns to her, seeing her expression, he smiles wryly.
He doesn’t know why this honorable vice principal of theirs would act like a kid in front of him all of the time.
"They are currently preoccupied at fixing the barrier of our world, we just need to hold these creatures for an entire day or two and it will be impossible for them to invade our world using the portal gate."
"Really!?" The elf queen was shocked.
"Yes, I guarantee that a hundred percent." He solemnly swears.
"But what if they invade us in outer space?" Fabuki asks.
"With regards to that, such thing would be extremely difficult and it would also alert the surrounding planets that are connected to this solar system and a colossal storm would engulf your galaxy, purging them."
Sean was shaken, such a degree of destruction is something that he can’t imagine.
"Why?" He asks.
"Because the Insectizoids aren’t native to this realm of existence, they belong to the chaos plane that derives from destruction, they grow stronger as they devour more worlds, the consciousness of myriad worlds are always wary and cautious against them."
The worlds aren’t dead, they have their own consciousness, most of them are unfeeling, not caring about anything but their growth and survival.
Only a small number of worlds has special traits and their natives are much stronger than normal.
"I guess we’re going to survive this, still, be careful, I fought two True Innates and one of them had sliced my body multiple times, if I don’t have my immortal level regeneration, I would had been dead already."
"Immortal level regeneration? This is the first time I heard you having this." Maki was a bit surprised.
Sean, without hesitation, cuts his hand and puts the two together.
"My life force is greater than normal creature, I can even survive having my head cut off for a short duration, you can slice me in half and I would still be fighting, even if you destroy my entire body, as long as my soul and a drop of my blood still exist, there’s still a chance that I can survive."
"That, that feels like cheating." Fabuki mutters.
Meanwhile, the elves were looking at him with shining eyes, this type of regeneration coming from pure life force is too tempting for them.
"Well, I guess you could say that my entire existence is a cheat, in fact, I have two partners that can be called immortal too."
"Who!?"
"Wuk, that fellow can’t be wounded, he’s basically unkillable, the other has no name, it signed a contract with Mr forcefully because of my unique core, it’s a divine beast, it can’t be captured nor hurt, unfortunately, obtaining this ability made it’s combat power to zero."
Suddenly, he was reminded by a certain someone.
"Also, Scorchy has the rebirth ability in which she can revive after she was killed as long as I’m alive."
"Come on! What kind of partners do you have!?" Fabuki complains.
"Not to mention his weapons too." Maki mutters.
"That means that if they were present, you wouldn’t had been pushed to your current state?" Asks the commander.
"Yes, I can’t deny that no matter how strong those guys are, as long as we have Wuk and me as the vanguard, they wouldn’t be able to hold back their true strength, earning the wrath of our world."
Just as they were talking, a destructive wave of energy appears, Sean’s expression changes as he spreads his hand and summons a domain that blocks the energy wave.
Five creatures appears, they are basically apparition of Bai and it’s siblings, they form a barrier around the ship.
Five Elemental Domain!
Even with the barrier, the ship was thrown to the ground, Sean had to use his divine sense to stop everyone from being thrown into disarray.
"What was that!?" He was shaken, such a powerful attack carries the law of destruction to a level he hasn’t seen before.
With an ugly expression, he teleports out of the ship, ready to fight the incoming swarm and the creature responsible for that attack with his life.
"Don’t panic! That wave was caused by the implosion of your black hole!" Seeing him preparing to throw his life away, the elf queen hurriedly shout.
He freezes, so did everyone else.
"I had witnessed such event in our race’s archive and instantly recognizes that wave of energy, it is caused by the total release of energy that the black hole had swallowed, we’re lucky that it’s in outer space or at least in a different plane, such event would have caused catastrophic damage to any world."
Sean was relieved, he can’t deny that the earlier blast had shaken him, it was so powerful and wide, wiping the cloud in the sky.
He takes a deep breath and stares at the crack that has widen, he realizes that once the hive stabilizes, they are going to fight millions of insects.
"Fxck my life." Looking at the dense swarm of insects, he can’t help but curse.
Fire Dragon Breath!
He increases his size while having Twin cover his body.
With a flaming wave, he killed thousands of insects in one attack but he can’t kill them all.
Shockwave!
BANG!
He presses his palm forward, creating a barrier made out of his Shock.
The tremor stops the creature from advancing towards their location.
’This can’t go on! I need to fix that crack!’ Realizing just how many insects there are, he knows that it would be too late even if Beast World completes it’s evolution.
Space Lock!
Grasping the space, he locks some part of the crack, not letting the insect pass through.
Splitting his focus, he summons the power of the Heavenly Rune to help their world repair the crack.
The swarm becomes more crazed, seeing the crack slowly being repaired drives them mad.
The elf queen was shocked by this, the repair was going too fast for a small world such as theirs.
Suddenly, her gaze shifts to Sean and her eyes narrows on the mysterious energy emitting from his body.
’No way! How can someone from this world wield such power!?’ She was dumfounded.
She’s very familiar with this power as all the royal bloodline of their race uses it.
Runes!
The most ancient scripture of their universe, containing the secret of the laws of heaven and earth, power to shape the world and touch the origin of creation.
Sean is unaware that the elf queen was now looking at him with extreme greed as if he’s some sort of priceless treasure that she must obtain.

"Sean, focus in repairing the crack! Let us deal with the swarm!" Maki shouts, she doesn’t know what he’s doing but seeing the crack getting smaller, albeit, quite slow, made her think that it was solely because of him.
If it was any other creature, he would have trusted her but they are fighting an alien race bred for devouring worlds, as a newly ascended Innate, he doubt that she has enough strength to contend against them.
Seeing him ignoring her hurts her slightly, this was a total attack towards her strength, he doesn’t believe that she has what it takes.
With an angry and hurt expression, she summons a twisting psychic power in the middle of the swarm and transforms it into a terrifying tornado.
BOOM!
Her tornado was destroyed by a creature that looks like a humanoid insect, it’s more human looking than an insect.
Sean’s expression becomes serious, another one that is at the same level as the two insects he fought against.
Fire Dragon Breath!
He fires his attack, only to be destroyed by a air missile.
"What!?"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Multiple explosions caused by air missiles hits him simultaneously.
He was forced to take a couple of steps back, the creature wasn’t finished yet, she raises her hand, gathering a swirling mass of energy that’s being compressed by the wind.
Sean disappears from their vision.
BANG!
He reappears besides the spot of the white haired insect.
’I missed!?’ He was shocked, his attack only killed the weaker unintelligent insects.
BAM!
He was punched to the ground, crashing with great velocity.
The already messed up land now has a large crater on it.
Sure, he returns to his original size when he attacked but his weight is still great enough to be considered as a weapon.
Just as he was about to stand up, a foot smashes his stomach.
Destroying it and his organs.
The white haired insect grins widely but her expression falters when he grabs her leg.
"Quite fast, I can’t even catch up to you." This might be the fastest creature he had encountered.
The mantisman’s attack speed is much faster than this but it’s direct and linear, he can see through the attack before it was released.
This creature is different, she is fast in a literal sense.
She summons multiple air missiles sending it to him, causing multiple explosions.
Unfortunately for her, he wouldn’t let her go, his body solidifies into extreme defense.
Pulling her with his entire strength, she smashes her to the ground but she beats her wings and drags him instead.
Her claws glistens under the sun and she starts shredding him.
Sharpness and power is below that of the mantisman, Sean can work with this.
Pulling her with the power of devouring.
He ties to punch her core but she dodges it with just stretching her body.
BANG!
He was kicked in the face but he managed to survive the attack with his multiple abilities.
’Her attacks are heavy without my body’s toughness and Durability Aura, together with Instant Regeneration, each attack would had been lethal.’
BANG! BANG! BANG!
He was hit multiple times, their fight being directed to whenever his body is thrown after each attack.
He still hasn’t let go of her leg, with a grip so hard that it’s breaking her shell, she was getting more angry by the second.
’I can’t time my Flow at the correct time!’ He thought, her attack is blindingly fast, he can barely predict it even with Flow State.
She hisses at him and the two of them flies upward, they appear above the clouds in an instant.
The two of them smashes to the ground the next second.
Protected by her wind barrier, she starts laughing, her laughter was cut short
Both of her legs are grabbed by two hands as she saw her opponent had transformed into a freak with six hands.
Two heads that appears like apparition floats on his shoulder, staring at her.
Manifest! The Embodiment of Slaughter! Ashura’s Wrath!
The entire world seems to be engulfed by a sea of blood and gore.
The image of a demonic deity appears above Sean.
