Seoha’s POV

Where are they going? I’m so scared to be alone with the white-haired omega and his pups.

I keep my eyes on the floor, playing with the end of Sooin’s dress as the Luna of the Hwang pack scolds his pup.

"Yah, Hwang Haeri, stop making me scold you all the time" Yujun-ssi says in a low-toned voice.

Hwang Haeri is the first daughter of the powerful couple. She’s a born alpha, and from what I’ve seen on the press, she’s her father’s daughter when it comes to personality.

"You shouldn’t go about claiming people, Haeri-ya, that’s a bad habit" Yujun-ssi scolds and the little girl pouts.

"But she’s pretty" Haeri says. Her voice is soft and innocent, but the stubbornness is loud.

"She’s older than you, don’t be silly" Yujun-ssi runs his fingers through Haeri’s white hair.

"I like her and I want to marry her" Haeri continues to argue, and her male omega mother shakes his head.

"Goddess help me, I can’t deal with two Jaehyuns" the man tilts his head backwards.

He exhales and mutters a few more complaints before adjusting the sleeping pup in his arm.

"I hope Soobin will be less...Jaehyun-like" he says to himself. The mother and daughter are no longer arguing, but I can only keep my hands around my pup.

Sooin, just like me, is shy and introverted, so she is also staying quiet.

I dare not breathe too loud, I don’t want to offend the luna...goddess, I’m really nervous in the presence of a male omega mafia leader.

"You don’t have to sit so quietly" Yujun-ssi says and I look up, eyes wide like a deer as I stare at his soft smile.

"I’m Hwang Yujun" he introduces himself.

"I know" I say, stumbling over my own words. That’s not what I want to say, but the introvert in me has suddenly taken over and my cheeks are slowly turning red.

Where is Taesan? Can he please come back before I embarrass both of us?

"Aigoo, you’re supposed to introduce yourself to me" the older omega laughs softly and my cheeks grow even hotter.

I straighten my back, pull Sooin closer, and introduce myself to the elegant man.

"My name is Seoha...Shin Seoha. I’m a designer" I stutter.

"You’re so cute" Yujun giggles and my eyes widen with surprise, I never knew the man could giggle.

On social media he often looks so cold and so unapproachable that I never imagined him laughing.

"Thank you, luna" I bow in gratitude.

"You’re really cute, so pretty!" he claps with delight. His low voice is suddenly high pitched and my blushing grows worse.

I must look like a strawberry by now. I’m thrown off-guard by the luna. He’s talking to me like someone would talk to an adorable younger person.

"Really handsome, you’re like a model" he says again.

"No, you’re more handsome" I say shyly while shaking and he giggles with his right hand over his mouth.

"What are you talking about? You look like a doll, no wonder Taesan-ssi is so smitten" he gushes and Haeri walks over to me.

"Uncle, can I marry her?" she points at Sooin.

"Hwang Haeri, get back here" Yujun calls and the girl starts to cry. "It’s okay, don’t cry" I say to her and Sooin gets out of my lap.

"Don’t cry, I’ll be your friend" my daughter says, hugging the younger child and patting her back.

"Marry me?" Haeri repeats and I hold back laughter. She’s so cute. Why is she so cute?

"You two have to grow up first and think about it, darling" I purr, hoping to calm the crying girl but she shakes her head.

"No! I want it now" Haeri sobs and Sooin kisses her on the cheek, "I’ll marry you, don’t cry anymore" Sooin coos.

That’s my girl, the sweet and soft little girl.

"Wow, your daughter is a true sweetheart" the luna says, beckoning for Haeri to return to him, and Haeri reluctantly obeys.

With Haeri staying with her mom, I start to talk to Sooin gently. I kiss her head and praise her for being a great friend, and she crawls into my lap again.

"So..." Yujun starts and I look at him again.

"Congratulations" he grins.

"C-congratulations?" I ask in confusion, and he pointedly looks at my stomach, "don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone if you two are not ready for that"

Oh, he’s talking about my pregnancy. I want to shy away from it but seeing him with two pups makes me feel safe.

"I just found out about it too" I confess and his smile softens. His eyes look like they understand me.

"Why do I feel like the story of your love is painful?" he asks and I drop my gaze, I can’t look in his eyes.

"It is" I breathe.

"Daddy, love hurts?" Sooin asks me and I smile at her, but before I answer, the luna speaks for us.

"Love is the most beautiful thing, little one" he says and I nod, brushing Sooin’s hair back. "I want to love too, when I’m as big as you" my little girl says.

"Of course, I know you’ll find love" I tell her.

Yujun’s eyes dart to the door, it’s as if he’s about to say something controversial as he leans forward with a smile on his face.

"Don’t tell the alphas, but I like you and I’m adopting you right now" he announces.

He said Haeri is acting like her dad, but here he is claiming me like I’m a lost pup!

"That would be an honor, Luna Hwang" I bow my head, still feeling shy around him.

"Why are you so formal? Call me hyung please. I would love to keep you around me; I know those alphas can be overwhelming" he rolls his eyes.

"It would be lovely to spend time with you...hyung" I say and the baby in his arms lets out a soft cry.

"I need to attend to my baby" he says softly, diverting his attention to his son, and I watch with so much awe and respect.

"Mom, Haeri is your baby!" Haeri declares and Yujun smiles at her, "yes love, you’re my baby too" he says.

He’s so beautiful as a mom...will it be the same for me?

I subconsciously feel my stomach and wonder...what are the alphas talking about?
