The noise of something crashing to the ground wakes me up.

"Mom" she says the word again with a dazzling smile.

"Yes, I’m your mom" I say and kiss her forehead.

A knock on the door attracts our attention and I go to open it.

Hwang Jaehyun is at the door with his daughter in his arms. The alpha gives me a nod before speaking.

"My mom wants to know if you’re comfortable with having a checkup for your baby" he says and I look back at Taesan.

"Yes" I say carefully.

"Right?" I ask my alpha and Taesan nod in agreement even though it’s obvious he doesn’t agree with it.

One hour later, we’re in a room listening to the heartbeat of our pups.

"Would you like to know their genders too?" Yeon asks softly. He’s holding the ultrasound probe over my swollen belly.

"Yes, tell us" Taesan says while holding my hand and Yeon mom gives us a sweet smile.

"You’re having boys...two boys" he says and I burst into tears.
