"That’s insane..."
In a room, a girl with glasses and messy hair that looked like it needed some combing looked at a livestream with her computer.
She just witnessed something crazy.
"Solo Clear and in a floor as difficult as this one. The 16th floor is widely considered the hardest early floor in the game because you have to fight in the water.
"And he did it so effortlessly..."
She whispered.
LadyBelle was currently sick with a little fever. Which was why she didn’t go to school today. With nothing to do, she just searched through some streamers.
She couldn’t really afford another game card, as she was just a student, but luckily Black Online Company offered her free game card.
Like they did to everyone that was killed by the hackers.
Unfortunately, it was only going to arrive in another day or two, meaning that she missed the update day.
As sick, she could still play Black Online, as the sickness didn’t transfer to her in-game character, luckily.
She found just a random streamer with 0 viewers. Fang Raon. It looked to be his first stream.
LadyBelle thought that she would just watch him for a minute or two, get bored, and switch streams.
But when she opened his stream, she saw something really strange. He was running through the air.
It looked impossible to her.
And then something even crazier happened.
He was going to try to Solo Clear 16th floor, and she thought that he was going to die as he seemed very unprepared.
He did not die.
Instead, he easily cleared the floor. It was like he was smurfing in a floor way below his skill level.
"I took a clip of the fight. Should I upload it to KickTok? I should probably ask for his permission first..."
She typed on the keyboard.
[LadyBelle: Can I upload the clip of your fight to KickTok? I can also add a link to your stream in there. You could gain few viewers from that!]
She then turned to stream, and saw the young man, who grabbed the treasure chest, look at the chat.
It would be nearly impossible to get an answer from a streamer with a high view count, but from someone with just one viewer, it was really easy.
That’s why she preferred to watch smaller streamers.
"KickTok? Sure, go ahead."
Fang Raon said in the stream. It didn’t look like he cared much. He barely even knew about that website.
It wasn’t his cup of tea.
LadyBelle went to the second browser, typed KickTok on the search bar, and logged into her account.
She then downloaded the clip from DeadPixel website, went to KickTok’s "Create a video" section.
In that moment, she uploaded the downloaded clip. It was barely one minute and thirty seconds long.
A good length, as KickTok didn’t allow too long of a video, so that was nice length.
"For the title, hmm... I know!"
LadyBelle’s fingers danced across the keyboard as she typed the title, and she then looked at the screen, happy with it.
[Title: Insane Solo Clear of 16th floor - Fang Raon!]
"And in the description, I will add the link to his stream. I’ve barely any followers in KickTok, so maybe nobody will see this video."
She thought out loud, and then she uploaded the video, closed the website, and went back to the stream.
In that moment, she saw that Fang Raon was about to open the treasure chest. It had lots of stuff inside.
"A sword."
Fang Raon pulled out a sword from the chest. It had a long blade with a silver handle. It was pretty nice.
He then pulled out the stats of the weapon, and even showed it to the stream, even thought there was option to disable it.
[Name: Silverfang Sword]
[Tier: IV]
[Type: Sword]
[Durability: 100/100]
[Attack: 30]
[Critical: 26]
[Weight: 3]
[Special Effect: None]
"It’s not a bad sword, what do you think, LadyBelle? It’s light enough, and will do just fine."
Fang Raon said.
It was slightly worse than King’s Shortsword stat wise, but he did want a sword, even though it wasn’t greatest sword available.
[LadyBelle: It’s better than no sword at all!]
"I guess you’re right."
Fang Raon gave the sword few swings, liked the feel of it, and then tied the sword sheath into his belt, and slid the sword into its scabbard.
[LadyBelle: What about other items?]
She asked curiously.
"Just some trash and money."
Fang Raon said, and tossed most of them inside his inventory, planning to sell some of them for money.
In that moment, the ground started shaking, and stairs made of stone started appearing before their eyes.
It led towards the ceiling, where a strange door opened.
"17th floor, here I come!"
Fang Raon ran up the stairs, disappeared into the door, and the camera immediately followed behind.
"17th floor..."
LadyBelle thought as she looked at the stream, and saw Fang Raon appear in a farmer village that seemed to be straight out of a historical drama.
"I think I am going to head to 6th floor now to check out the Ranked. Have you seen anything about it yet, Belle?"
Fang Raon asked, and he pulled out a Tower Pearl from his inventory, and rolled the pearl in his hand.
[LadyBelle: I saw couple other streamers that I follow being there. It was packed from what I could see. I pity those who get matched up against the top players]
"Yes, since it’s new, the rankings haven’t been sorted out yet. It’ll be quite random who you’ll face, so it is quite RNG.
"It’ll be more clear after a week or so, but I am curious, so I’ll go check it out."
He said, and then crushed the Tower Pearl in his hand, and vanished into a purple mist, and the camera also got sucked into the mist.
When it turned clear again, Fang Raon was standing in the 6th floor’s spawn point with the camera hovering near him.
"You know where that place is at?"
Fang Raon asked from the stream.
[LadyBelle: Yes, it’s near the Adventurer’s Guild. Just take left, and then go straight, and right...]
’Streaming has its perks. I don’t have to blindly look for it myself since one of my viewers might know about its location.’
Fang Raon thought with a smile.
