Hearing the knock at the door, Gray put down the spoon on the table and walked over. Eri had been so engrossed in her food that she didn’t even hear the knock; she just continued wolfing down everything on her plate. Gray was actually getting a bit concerned she might choke if she didn’t slow down.

Going over to the peephole, he looked through but didn’t see anyone at eye level. Already having a pretty good idea of who it might be, he unlocked and opened the door. Looking straight down toward the floor, he saw the principal standing there.

"May I come in?" Nezu asked politely, adjusting his vest.

Gray stepped to the side and gestured for him to come inside. "We were just eating. Come join us."

Nezu stepped inside. Upon seeing that Eri was too busy eating, he smiled.

"I’ll get to the point then," Nezu continued. "You made a mess of things, and the hero association doesn’t like being pushed around."

Gray simply shrugged. "It’s not like they’re strong enough to do anything. If push comes to shove, I’ll simply take Eri with me and disappear. Who knows? If they keep pushing, I might join All For One and destroy hero society."

Hearing that, Nezu’s back started sweating hard. Just thinking about dealing with All For One and Gray together sounded like a complete nightmare.

"Well," Nezu quickly climbed into a chair and fixed himself a plate, trying to change the mood. "Let’s not take any drastic measures just yet. I talked them down, so they will keep their distance for now. I also got in contact with some old friends, and I should have your paperwork soon, completely legal."

Gray took his seat and fixed himself a plate. Eri by now had slowed down her pace. Gray grabbed a clean cup, poured some freshly squeezed orange juice, and handed it to her.

"What about Eri?" Gray asked.

"That’s another issue altogether," Nezu continued, chewing his food. "She has no living relatives. The only one would be her grandfather, and he’s currently in a coma..."

"That means she stays with me then," Gray said flatly, continuing to eat.

"I didn’t take you for the family kind," Nezu remarked.

Finishing his plate, the principal hopped down, said his thanks, and told Gray to please take things easy before walking out the door.

Seeing that his training dimension was still on cooldown for another 2 days, Gray spent the rest of both days doing nothing with Eri. He cooked all her meals and just chilled with her. He took her on walks around campus and kept her company. He knew he couldn’t leave her behind for 24 hours while he was inside the training dimension, but he could simply take her with him. It could also speed up her recovery.

At 4:00 AM the next day, Gray had 30,682 Gold available. He bought the next upgrade.

[New Upgrade]

(30000 Gold) 1500 Gold/Hour ✔

[New Hourly Rate]

3,982 (3,463) Gold/Hour

Gold: 682

With that out of the way, he went back to sleep.

Gray continued spending his time with Eri, and whenever an upgrade became available, he bought it. He did the same thing until his training dimension came back online.

Thirteen hours after that upgrade, he had 52,448 Gold, so he bought the next upgrade along with two more multipliers, bringing his total to 1.25x:

[New Upgrades]

(50000 Gold) 3000 Gold/Hour

(550 Gold) +0.05x ✔

(1150 Gold) +0.05x ✔

[New Hourly Rate]

8,078 (6,463) Gold/Hour

Gold: 748

At this time tomorrow, the training dimension would open, so he’d have enough time to get another upgrade and maybe three more multipliers. Just as he predicted, at 6:00 AM the next day, he had accumulated 105,762 Gold. Already up for a couple of hours, he bought the next upgrade and the next multiplier.

[New Upgrades]

(100,000 Gold) 6000 Gold/Hour ✔

(2200 Gold) +0.05x ✔

[New Hourly Rate]

16,201 (12,463) Gold/Hour

Gold: 3,562

Satisfied with his upgrades so far, Gray planned on buying a lot of multipliers until they caught up in price to the upgrades. Closing his system, he started preparing breakfast. Today, his training dimension was becoming available, and he was itching to try his new transformation.

After breakfast and a shower, he woke Eri. While they ate, the clock ticked past 7:00 AM, so he opened the system interface again. With 19,763 Gold to his name, Gray bought the next two multipliers, spending 11,200 Gold and bringing his total multiplier to 1.40x. His new hourly rate became 17,448 Gold per hour.

Two hours later, he had enough gold again to buy the next two multipliers. He had 43,459 Gold at the time and spent 35,500 Gold, finally bringing his multiplier back to 1.50x. With that, he had 8,059 Gold left in his name, but now he was making 18,694 Gold per hour. He decided to let it stack for now. Since the training dimension would be available at around 7:00 PM, Gray wanted to stack enough gold to buy back Joichiro Saiba’s cooking skills once more. The advanced cooking skills helped, sure, but nothing would beat meals from Food Wars.

Around two hours before the training dimension became available, Mirko arrived at the school. This time she wasn’t by herself; she had brought along her friend and fellow top pro hero, Ryukyu. Gray didn’t mind at all, since he had yet to find a limit on how many people he could take with him into the dimension anyway. Besides, it wasn’t like he would personally train them and take away from his own personal training time, so it didn’t matter. Next up, Izuku arrived alongside All Might, while Aizawa was already waiting patiently inside the gym.

Gray scooped Eri up into his arms and walked over to the group. Seeing the shy little girl hiding against his chest, Mirko stepped closer. "So, this is the girl you saved?" she asked Gray, tilting her ears.

"Yeah," he replied, nodding down at her. "Her name’s Eri, and she will be joining us."

Before Gray could open the portal, Nezu walked into the training facility with three more people trailing right behind him. "Gray-san, do you mind if we add a few more people this time?" Nezu asked with a pleasant smile. "They were technically on vacation, but hearing about the incredible results of the training dimension, they wanted to see it for themselves..."

Looking up, Gray saw three more UA teachers: Midnight, Cementoss, and Vlad King.

"Sure," Gray said, completely unfazed. "It won’t bother me."

Before Gray did anything else, he opened the shop and instantly bought Saiba Joichiro’s cooking skills once more. Feeling the nostalgic rush of world-class culinary information integrate into his brain, he focused his mind and opened the portal.

Eri and the newcomers were completely surprised as the massive spatial rift tore open in the middle of the gym floor. Mirko, once again, didn’t hesitate for a single second. She stepped inside first, itching to get her body moving again. Over the last couple of days, she had tried getting some excitement from catching regular thugs and villains on her patrol routes, but absolutely nobody was able to give her a good fight anymore. When she saw the breaking news of what Gray had done to the Yakuza compound, she was furious that he didn’t call her for help; she saw a few strong people in that broadcast that she desperately wanted to fight.

Ryukyu stepped inside right after Mirko, her golden eyes scanning the rift before she crossed over. One by one, the rest of the UA teachers and a determined Izuku stepped inside.

Gray was the last one remaining on the surface with Eri cradled safely in his arms. He looked down at Nezu, who stood on the gym floor, and asked, "You sure you don’t wanna come?"

Nezu simply shook his head, a wry smile on his face. "I am too busy. There is a mountain of legal paperwork on my desk right now, thanks to a certain someone..."

"Ah..." Gray scratched his cheek awkwardly. "Next time then."

With a quick step, Gray walked straight into the portal, and the spatial gateway instantly snapped shut behind them, sealing the group inside the white void for the next thirty days.

Once everyone had taken a look in the endless white void, Gray willed a beautiful coastal environment to manifest, making the iconic Kame House appear along the edge of a vast ocean.

Next, he spawned all of the previous teachers to kick off the new training regimens. Mirko and Ryukyu immediately headed over to train under Garp, Zephyr, and Rob Lucci. Deku eagerly reported back to Master Roshi. Aizawa and the newly arrived UA teachers, Midnight, Cementoss, and Vlad King, were directed to train under Bang and his brother, Bomb.

Before anyone took a single step, Gray made every single trainee wear a custom set of heavy, weighted training clothing to force their muscles to adapt.

As for Eri, she stayed safely by the shore with All Might. Gray deliberately chose to set up his own training zone nearby, so Eri wouldn’t panic or feel abandoned.

Setting his personal gravity to 200 times Earth’s gravity, Gray dropped into a low, solid stance and began his warm-ups. After around 30 minutes of stretching and basic movements, he widened his feet and began aggressively powering up.

The entire terrain around Gray started shaking violently. Massive chunks of dirt and heavy rock debris broke free from the ground, floating straight up into the air around him. Gray’s brown hair began to stand on end, violently rippling as his energy reached a boiling point.

"HAAAAAAAAAAA!" Gray roared.

A blinding, explosive wave of golden light erupted out of his body, illuminating the entire dimension as he successfully turned into a Super Saiyan. With the transformation fully active, Gray immediately got to work, throwing high-velocity punches and kicks against the immense 200x gravity, entirely focused on getting used to his new form.

Everyone’s training continued for hours. Even Eri had grown used to the new place as she spent her time happily playing with Master Roshi’s Turtle. After playing for a few hours, she finally took a comfortable nap on the sand. All Might, seeing Eri fall safely asleep, decided to roam around the island and check in on everyone’s progress.

The first thing Mirko did was immediately challenge every single one of her instructors to a fight. Getting thoroughly beat down three times in a row managed to calm her wild spirit down soon enough. Ryukyu, far more practical, opted out of fighting them right away; she knew her physical limits and didn’t want to get sidelined with injuries before she could even get used to the training sessions.

Izuku, on the other side of the beach, hadn’t slacked off on his training back at home over the weekend. He had kept One For All Full Cowl active as much as possible to get his body used to it. Because of that dedication, it now felt almost completely natural for him to stay in that state at all times; even now, while he ran through Roshi’s conditioning drills, he kept the green sparks active the entire time.

Aizawa and the other new teachers were pushing themselves to learn as much as possible. They had read the detailed report Aizawa filed for the principal regarding the dimension, which is exactly why they had eagerly chosen to join.

Gray, on the other hand, had grown incredibly tired from maintaining the Super Saiyan transformation. He lasted only about two hours with the golden form active before his stamina gave out and he had to rest. He chose to rest his muscles for about ten minutes, then reached into his inventory and popped a fresh Senzu Bean into his mouth to completely restore his energy before jumping right back into the 200x gravity grind. His base form was already extremely powerful, so dealing with that massive 50x Super Saiyan multiplier meant he had a lot of raw energy output to get used to.

Once everyone finally finished up their training for the day, Mirko started heading toward the kitchen block, getting some help from Ryukyu to start preparing dinner.

Gray stepped into their path and stopped them. "I’ll make the food today. You guys can help me out tomorrow."

Mirko looked surprised, her rabbit ears twitching. "Huh? I thought you didn’t know a single thing about cooking?"

"Yeah..." Gray muttered, pulling a clean cooking apron out of his inventory and tying it around his waist with a grin. "Let’s just say that I can now. If you don’t like what I cook, you can stop me from touching the kitchen ever again."

Mirko smirked, crossing her arms as she walked over to the dining table. "Fine then. Just a heads up... I’m kinda picky with my food."

"We’ll see about that," Gray smiled, turning toward the stove as his newly acquired Joichiro Saiba culinary skills took complete control of his hands.
