Chapter 3106: Frost Rule Stream Spirit

Date: Unspecified

Time: Unspecified

Location: Myriad Realms, Lil’ Red Storm Realm

Thalorien’s Frost Rule Incarnation charged forward with the accumulated momentum of the celestial array formation. Dalia slowly pulled back her fist. The gigantic Celestial Treant lowered her stance. She planted her roots through the void as though she were standing on solid ground.

Then she smiled. For once, she didn’t need an elaborate array, a complicated strategy, or another trap. Her opponent was coming directly toward her. So she prepared to meet him head-on.

However, just as Thalorien neared her, Dalia suddenly noticed something strange. The massive Frost Rule Incarnation continued charging toward her exactly as expected, its enormous body dragging an endless blizzard through the void. But something separated from it.

A snow-white apparition shot out from Thalorien’s Frost Incarnation. It was massive but small compared to the colossal bodies surrounding it. Yet its speed was terrifying. Dalia immediately understood its target, her suns. The Celestial Treant moved. Her flaming fist descended toward the apparition with all her strength.

BOOM!

The punch landed. A violent ripple spread through the surrounding void as the celestial force contained within the blow exploded outward. Yet the apparition remained completely unharmed. Instead, the frost surrounding its body spread. The enormous fiery gauntlet wrapped around Dalia’s fist froze solid.

Dalia’s eyes narrowed. The apparition hadn’t resisted her attack. It had simply allowed her fist to pass through its body. Before Dalia could finish the thought, the apparition had already continued toward the suns.

She immediately reached out with her other hand. Her enormous fingers wrapped in celestial force closed around the tiny figure. Or at least, they should have. The snow-white apparition slipped directly through her Celestial force and passed through her palm as though neither her body nor her power existed.

At the same time, the frost continued spreading. Her second fiery gauntlet had frozen as well. Dalia’s expression changed. The apparition wasn’t merely intangible. It was specifically avoiding anything that could physically restrain it. And its objective hadn’t changed, it continued toward the suns.

Just then, Thalorien’s Frost Incarnation finally arrived. A gigantic Frost Hammer materialized above the Celestial Treant. Before Dalia could completely shift her attention back toward her suns, the hammer came crashing down.

BOOOOOOM!

The Frost Hammer smashed directly into Dalia’s head. The impact shook the surrounding void. Her enormous Treant body was forced downward, and for a brief moment, the force of the attack disrupted her concentration.

That moment was all Thalorien needed. The snow-white apparition reached the suns. But before it could touch them, the void distorted and both suns vanished. The two celestial bodies disappeared from their original positions and instantly reappeared directly before Dalia.

At the same time, the suns retaliated. Their surfaces erupted. Two concentrated torrents of solar fire shot outward. The blazing streams struck the enormous Frost Hammer, burning directly through its frozen structure.

The hammer rapidly melted. The solar flames didn’t stop. They traveled through the weapon and struck the hands of Thalorien’s Frost Rule Incarnation. A deafening hiss echoed through the void. Frost evaporated into enormous clouds of steam. Thalorien immediately withdrew his damaged hands.

Meanwhile, the snow-white apparition hovered silently in the void. Dalia stared at it before her gaze shifted toward Thalorien. The exchange had lasted only a few seconds, but that was enough for her to understand that the frost apparition was Thalorian’s Frost Rule stream’s spirit. It was no different than the Frost Rule Incarnation itself.

Thalorien wasn’t trying to overpower her head-on anymore. He had identified critical components of her celestial array formation and planned to destroy them. In hopes of destabilizing the formation and stripping Dalia of a significant portion of her advantage or even breaking the celestial array formation.

The Frost Rule Stream Spirit suddenly moved. At the same time, the void distorted. Thalorien’s Frost Rule Incarnation and the apparition switched positions. It was not ordinary teleportation. The two entities exchanged their spatial coordinates almost instantaneously.

Before Dalia could interfere, Frost Rule Stream Spirit directly aimed at the two suns. Its massive Frost Rule Stream immediately surged toward them. Millions of Frost Rule Meanings converged. This time, it had no intention of merely freezing them. It intended to destroy them. For the first time, there was genuine satisfaction in Thalorien’s eyes as he muttered to himself, “Got you.”

But just as he prepared to strike, the two suns moved. They began revolving around one another. At first, Thalorien assumed Dalia was attempting to move them away. Then their speed increased. The two suns circled each other faster and faster, their trajectories tightening as the celestial array formation manipulated their motion with impossible precision.

Their gravitational fields began interacting. The surrounding space bent. Light distorted. The void between them stretched and warped under the rapidly increasing gravitational forces.

Thalorien’s expression changed. The two suns continued accelerating. Instead of colliding, their orbital paths compressed inward, forcing an increasing amount of mass and energy into an ever-smaller region between them.

The celestial array formation acted as the stabilizing force that prevented the suns from immediately destroying one another. It controlled their trajectories, compressed their orbit, and forced their combined gravitational influence into a single focal point.

Then the balance collapsed by design. The two suns disappeared behind a violent distortion. Space inverted around the point where they had been revolving. The surrounding fabric of reality stretched inward. Light vanished. Even the Frost Rule Meanings released by Thalorien were dragged toward the collapsing center.

A massive black hole formed. Its event horizon expanded almost instantly. The suns hadn’t simply vanished. They had been deliberately converted into the core of a gravitational weapon. The celestial array formation had used their mass, momentum, and absurd rotational velocity to create a temporary singularity.

Thalorien’s satisfaction disappeared. The black hole immediately began pulling on everything around it. Including him, the Frost Rule Incarnation’s enormous body was dragged toward the distorted region of space as the gravitational force tore apart the blizzard surrounding him.

Only then did Thalorien realize his mistake. The suns had indeed been pillars of Dalia’s celestial array formation. But that didn’t mean they were defenseless. They were part of the formation. And apparently, the formation could change what role they played.
