Chapter 162: Chapter 162: “Transformation Card” (Extra Chapter)

In a crowded place like this, Kotone Asaba could not possibly transform right there.

He immediately transferred himself into the Kamui dimension to test whether it really was as the system had said.

Inside the Kamui dimension, the instant Kotone Asaba willed it, his body abruptly transformed into the Black Chainsaw form without the slightest warning.

It was not like a Hybrid transforming into Chainsaw Man, where he would have to pull a starter cord and endure the pain of chainsaws drilling out of his body. This transformation was basically instantaneous.

In Kotone Asaba’s own words, he felt it was more or less the same as a "transformation card."

His original body was already the Gun Hybrid, so there was no way he could also become a Chainsaw Hybrid. But an ability like this "transformation card" was unaffected by that.

Of course, the Gun Hybrid form and the Black Chainsaw "transformation card" definitely could not be used at the same time. At most, he could switch back and forth between them.
