Clumsy Beast, Keep Your Paws Off

Chapter 811: My Parents Had Another Cub?!

Chapter 811: Chapter 811: My Parents Had Another Cub?!

Su Qinglan remembered how her own eight cubs had grown up drinking this exact milk.

Even though her cubs were around the same age as Bai Ling’s cubs, they already looked far chubbier, bigger, and stronger than any ordinary cub in the city!

They weren’t even a year old yet, but they possessed sturdy little bodies and boundlessly healthy energy.

Su Qinglan suddenly thought of Xiao Yi’s chubby tiger form.

Xiao Yi is already so big and strong, and he loves eating meat anyway! It’s much better to give this milk powder to these tiny little bunnies. They need the nutrients far more to grow big and healthy.

Far away in the centre of Dragon Beast City, the sulking Xiao Yi suddenly let out a loud sneeze.

"Achoo!"

Xiao Yi rubbed his tiger nose with a paw, his little tail drooping in annoyance.

Today is definitely a bad luck day... he grumbled internally, completely unaware that his mother was already reallocating his milk stashes.

Back in the room, looking at the tiny, fragile bunny cubs, Su Qinglan’s heart melted completely.

She couldn’t resist wanting to shower them with love. After all, these were her beloved little sister’s cubs! She wanted them to grow up just as big, chubby, and healthy as her own children.

Su Qinglan pulled out one of those massive, heavy containers of rich milk powder along with a special tiny feeding bottle, setting them gently on the table.

She turned to Lan Yue and demonstrated how to prepare it step-by-step. "Scoop a little of this powder, mix it thoroughly with warm water until it dissolves, and then feed it to the little ones using this bottle."

Lan Yue watched carefully, her eyes lighting up as she caught the unbelievably rich, sweet, and comforting aroma wafting from the container.

Su Qinglan didn’t elaborate on its existence or the exact magical properties of the powder, keeping things simple.

She just smiled warmly and said, "Make sure the cubs drink this every day, Lan Yue. It is extremely beneficial for their bodies and will help them grow strong."

Lan Yue nodded continuously, taking the giant jar like it was a priceless treasure.

She knew without a single doubt that anything her Sister Qinglan brought out was bound to be a miraculous, life-changing good!

"Thank you so much, Sister!" Lan Yue said happily, holding the container close to her chest. "I’ll make sure they drink it every single day!"

Not long after, the door opened, and Tu Yelang returned with Bo Jian and Tang Wu.

Behind them was Lan Yue’s firstborn son, and the moment Su Qinglan saw him, her jaw nearly hit the floor!

"Goodness!" Su Qinglan gasped, clutching her chest in shock. "How is he already this huge?!"

The young fry was massive! Lan Yue laughed softly, stroking the little guy’s smooth, slippery skin.

"He’s an Orca beastman, Sister! Their growth rate is naturally far larger than other aquatic species. We actually planned to return to the sea months ago because he was getting too big, but then I got pregnant again with Yelang’s and Tang Wu’s cubs, so we had to stay here."

The Orca cub gave a happy splash, his chubby, slightly overweight body barely fitting comfortably in the household pool.

Lan Yue explained that he mostly stayed in the nearby river with Bo Jian now, as no indoor bowl or basin could possibly hold him anymore.

Once her postpartum rest was over, their whole family would definitely have to pack up and head for the vast ocean, as even the local river would soon be too small for him!

Tang Wu then stepped forward, gently holding a clear bowl filled with water. Inside swam Lan Yue’s newest newborn...a tiny shark fry!

Unlike the massive Orca cub, this little shark baby was currently tiny, swimming around Tang Wu’s dipped finger with bright, intelligent little eyes.

Su Qinglan couldn’t help but let out an affectionate laugh, her eyes softening completely at the adorable sight.

After warmly greeting both Bo Jian and Tang Wu and chatting for a bit longer, Su Qinglan and Han Jue finally bade them farewell.

Picking up the remaining large gift baskets, Su Qinglan made a direct line to her parent’s house to retrieve her chaotic cubs.

She had no idea if the little troublemakers had eaten anything yet, and she certainly couldn’t leave them at their grandmother’s house for too long to wreak complete havoc!

As Su Qinglan approached her parents’ house, the noisy shouts and laughter of her eight cubs echoed down the street.

Along the way, she bumped into many familiar neighbours, greeting them warmly as they welcomed her back from her long journey.

The moment she stepped through the gate, a heavy golden blur came hurtling across the courtyard. Xiao Yi threw his chubby tiger body directly into her arms, sulking dramatically!

"What happened to you?" Su Qinglan asked, chuckling as she pinched his soft, chubby cheeks.

Xiao Yi let out an even louder, piteous squeal. "Mother! No one loves me anymore!"

Su Qinglan felt a headache coming on, but she simply stroked his head and completely ignored his dramatic complaints.

Holding him, she walked into the main hall to find her parents only to freeze dead in her tracks.

Sitting right in the middle of her cubs was a tiny orange fox cub. Just one glance was enough for her to recognise him, but her mouth still dropped wide open in complete shock!

Her gaze snapped straight to her father, Su Mingxuan.

Su Mingxuan quickly looked away, clearing his throat awkwardly.

A sly grin spread across Su Qinglan’s face. Handing the heavy gift basket and the dramatic Xiao Yi over to Han Jue, she walked right up to her father.

"Father, aren’t you going to hug me?" she asked innocently. "Did you not miss your daughter?"

Su Mingxuan grumbled softly, but his eyes softened as he stepped forward and wrapped his daughter in a warm hug.

Su Qinglan leant in and teased him slyly, "Not bad, Father! Not bad at all! You actually managed to persuade Mother to give you another cub so quickly! I finally know who I take after...it’s definitely you!"

Su Mingxuan’s cheeks flushed a subtle red. "You’ve grown so big; you know how to tease your own father!" he huffed, though his eyes were filled with pure affection.

Turning towards the group of children, Su Mingxuan called out in a clear voice, "Little one, come over here and greet your elder sister!"

The little orange fox, who had been tumbling around with the other cubs, froze.

He trotted over on his tiny paws, and before he could even process what was happening, Su Qinglan scooped him right up off the ground!

"Oh, my little brother!" Su Qinglan marvelled, turning him around to inspect him. "Look, I’m your big sister!"

She planted a big, loving kiss right on top of his furry head!

The tiny fox cub felt like he was seeing bright stars in broad daylight, his head spinning as he stared up at her with wide, pitifully adorable eyes.

The little guy was truly breathtakingly cute, with a sweet, innocent face that could melt anyone’s heart without a single trace of the slyness typical of fox beastmen.

Su Mingxuan grumbled fondly, "It seems you took all of my slyness for yourself. My little boy has taken entirely after his mother’s gentle nature."

Su Qinglan puffed her cheeks playfully. "If I had taken after Mother, I would be far more charming! But no, my traits have to come from you."

As the father and daughter happily bickered back and forth, Wang Mulan walked into the hall, her face lighting up with absolute delight the moment she saw her daughter home.
