Chapter 1425: Chapter 115: One Night_3
Just like my father, who works hard to support the family, yet always wears a cheerful smile.
"Who is going this time?" Ann Lei hugged her legs, resting her chin on her knees.
In front of them, the girls all raised their hands simultaneously.
Ann Lei also raised her hand.
The girls laughed together, letting out a series of silver bell-like sounds in the small building’s living room. They joined forces to grab the little kid who was muttering disdainfully and gave him a wild ruffling.
The road ahead is difficult, but in this chaotic world, what could be happier than facing the future together with him?
If we die, we’ll die together!

The bandit army base was brightly lit.
The ceaseless flow of troops and mecha made the night bustling and busy.
In the smoke-filled small conference room of the command center, Blatt stood before the electronic simulation table, smoking one cigarette after another. Zhou Zhisen, Robert, and several young Leray officers continuously calculated on the simulation table using electronic pointers.
In the hall, Fei Ouwen and Chel stood in front of the interstellar map, fully focused on reviewing the battle reports while drawing routes. Carl, Compton, Pat, and others led dozens of staff in repeatedly formulating battle plans.
In the corner of the second floor of the hall, Diana put down the materials in her hand, rubbed her temples, nudged Isaac with her elbow, and whispered, "Little Poison, why is it so complicated for the bandit army to send only two divisions and a B-class fleet to Resk this time?"
Isaac chuckled coldly, glanced at the busy bandit army officers in the command center, and said disdainfully, "Don’t forget, our troops are also part of the bandit army now. With a Group Fleet and three special divisions, they certainly have to think carefully about how to use them."
Diana glanced at Tony standing by the window and smirked, "Why is the boss so well-behaved this time? Didn’t we agree to test the bandit army’s strength before we came?"
"There’s nothing here worth testing," Isaac said coldly, "No matter who it is, they will reveal their true selves on the battlefield."
"To be chosen by the old man and Maggie, it can’t be that simple. I heard Maggie is coming too. Doesn’t this count as..." Diana propped her chin with her hand, her eyes seemingly directed towards the command center hall, occasionally stealing glances at Isaac with a hint of something strange, murmuring to herself, "How could Maggie like that Fatty, it’s truly unreasonable...."
"Hmph!" Isaac snorted coldly, "War is a stage for soldiers. If you can’t fight, even if all subordinates are War Gods, it’s nothing but sending them to their deaths! Moreover, knowing some mechanical control technology doesn’t make one a warrior. I just hope, when the time comes, these guys don’t wet their pants! If I have the chance, I’ll show them what a real soldier is!"
With that, Isaac strode towards the stairs.
"Where are you going?" Diana asked in surprise.
"Sleep!" Isaac’s silhouette disappeared around the corner, leaving only his cold voice.
By the window, Tony’s gaze narrowed.
Garfield appeared silently by his side, also quietly looking out the window.
On the distant wide training ground, five hundred menacing-looking mecha were undergoing adaptive training. The black mecha, in the night, looked like Magic Beasts emerging from hell.
"I took a look just now..." Garfield’s voice was calm and heavy, "Their interstellar map and simulation map’s range of simulation seem too large."
"How large?" Tony didn’t turn back.
Garfield replied blandly, "As large as the entire Southeast Star Domain."
"Seeing these mecha in front of us," Tony buttoned his collar in the cold wind by the window, "Do you think that’s arrogance and foolishness?"
"Although I don’t want to admit it," Garfield said slowly, "Their combat power is no worse than our troops. Before this, I always thought only the Narte Empire’s Night Army and Judgers were worthy opponents for us."
"I think I understand who the old man is indulging," Tony smiled slightly, "We should behave ourselves."
"Do you need to talk to those two?" Garfield looked back at Diana, who had her feet propped on another chair, unbecoming and occasionally puffing out her chest subtly in front of the passing bandit army officers. There was no sign of Isaac.
"No need," Tony glanced back following his gaze, "Those two guys don’t even respect the King of Heaven, the old man probably wants them to gain some experience, so they don’t become too arrogant."
With that, Tony cast his gaze back at the training ground’s mecha, whose movements were not flamboyant, yet sent shivers down the spine.
What kind of unit is this?
What kind of person is their commander, weighed down with countless miraculous achievements?
As a soldier aspiring to leave his mark in military history, finally, at this moment, truly joining this great era, is it fortune or misfortune to be in this force?
On the training ground, those fierce and beautiful mecha have a domineering name—Rampage.
Really want to see how this army, composed of Leray exiled soldiers, Mars pirates, mercenaries, and civilian Mech Knights, will rampage across the Southeast Star Domain and stir up a storm!
