Chapter 1429: Chapter 118: One-eyed Python (Part 2)
"Tony, what’s he doing?!" Diana felt like her lungs were about to explode. How did the old man, wise all his life, hand the Phantom Corps to such a person?
"I don’t know," Tony, beside her, responded with dry lips and a vacant stare.
"Don’t know?" Diana jumped up: "Are you just going to let him mess with your fleet like this? No, I’m going to find Maggie. If she doesn’t give an explanation, I’d rather defy orders and let the old man deal with me than leave everyone’s lives in this guy’s hands!"
Saying this, the hot-tempered Diana turned to leave but was quickly grabbed by Tony.
"Why are you holding me?" Diana’s pretty face showed an angry scowl. "Tony, this isn’t a joke. Even if we have full confidence in your fleet, a pride led by an idiot will only face destruction!"
"Wait..." Tony didn’t even glance at Diana, his eyes fixed on Fatty’s command computer screen below.
"Wait for what?" Diana looked towards Isaac and Garfield with indignation, seeking support. However, not only did Garfield remain silent, but even Isaac’s expression was equally indifferent.
"Among you, who has ever conducted simulation exercises against the old man?" Tony asked.
"I have," Garfield replied solemnly.
"Me too," Isaac spoke in a dull voice.
Diana pouted with frustration, "The old man is just biased."
"Among us, I’ve done the most simulation exercises against the old man," Tony said gravely, "Look at General Tian’s current command methods. Aren’t they the same as the old man’s when he simulated against us?"
"Yes," Garfield succinctly replied.
"It resembles," Isaac squinted his eyes and sneered, "The old man didn’t like the Staff Department’s deep processing of intelligence because he’s a Military God. His experience is so rich he can grasp the core from intelligence data at a glance. But what does this guy rely on?"
"Regardless of whether it’s in sync with the intelligence data, at least the commands he issues sound orderly and comprehensive." Tony glanced around at the three: "Besides, the intelligence data is readily available. Can’t we figure it out ourselves?"
With that, Tony turned and headed towards a combat conference room: "Follow me."

The Bull Tail system in the Resk Star System’s Little Bull constellation comprises a Level 7 brightness constant star, five planets, seven moons, and countless asteroids, comets, and cosmic dust.
At this moment, if one were to look northwest from Phoenix City on Leifeng Star, beneath a cloudless sky, it’s easy to spot this constant star. It hangs at the tail of Little Bull, shining brightly from a distance.
The Bull Tail system is a necessary passage from the Long March Star System’s Jump Point to Leifeng Star. It’s the starting point of the sixth section of the Jump Channel. Spaceships traveling in space, after performing a jump using the gravitational pull of the Bull Tail system’s constant star, will move away from Leifeng Star, then use other constant star systems’ gravity jump channels to re-approach Leifeng Star.
This is a winding route.
At this moment, no one knows that between the Bull Tail system’s third planet and its moon, the Jiepeng Royal Space Navy Dragon Rider Group Fleet is lurking silently like a school of discreet sharks.
Port, Auben gazed at the beautiful view outside the cabin window.
The massive body of Planet No.3 is encircled by a meteorite belt. Flowing meteorites and dust appear like a giant dragon swimming and flickering in the light of the constant star. The massive shadow of a moon larger than Leifeng Star is cast upon this dragon, resembling a gigantic black hole, swallowing from one side and expelling from the other.
The wide cabin window is bright and clean. The flagship Supreme Glory space carrier’s sharp bow stretches forward like a demonic blade, dominating above the fiery dragon, giving the illusion that a single strike can slay the dragon!
All around, giant steel warships float peacefully. The bridge windows are closed, enforcing blackout measures. The dark steel hulls blend into the shadows cast by the moon, moving silently. Only the faint ion glow from maneuvering engines adjusting positions betrays the restless presence of these bloodthirsty Frenzied Sharks.
"Your Excellency General, your prediction has come true!" A Major General bowed respectfully with admiration, presenting an electronic folder: "The electronic reconnaissance ship reports that enemy fleets have been spotted in the Jump Point area. Four A-class fleets, equipped with four space carriers, accompanied by one B-class fleet, and two giant transport ships. Affiliation unknown."
"Major General Yamamoto, as a scholar familiar with Yinsang Clan’s cultural history, do you know the role of bows and arrows in wars during Ancient Earth times?" The tall, one-eyed Auben didn’t take the folder handed by the Major General; instead, he asked a seemingly irrelevant question casually.
"Yes, Your Excellency General." Major General Yamamoto nodded, accustomed to the peculiar habits of this Great General, second only to Mikami Yuto in Jiepeng’s ranking. He respectfully replied, "After the appearance of bows and arrows, in the era of cold weapon warfare, they provided a means of long-range attack. Relying on fast horses and bows, a nomadic tribe from Ancient Earth was once invincible, sweeping across the land."
"Was it called ’Yuan’?" Auben nodded and said to Yamamoto, "Look, doesn’t our current position resemble a bow with a drawn string?"
Yamamoto looked out the window confusedly but quickly understood Auben’s meaning.
At this moment, the constant star—moon—Planet No.3 formed a straight line. The extended part of this line aimed directly at the channel. The fleet hidden between the moon and the planet was like an arrow with a drawn string, ready to shoot for a deadly strike as soon as the enemy appears in the channel!
"Yes, Your Excellency General." Yamamoto nodded vigorously.
Auben’s face showed a slightly deranged smile, his laughter crawled from deep within his throat, metallic and grating, growing louder.
As he laughed, he removed his eyepatch.
Behind him, dozens of standing officers snapped to attention.
Having followed Auben for years, they knew that when the Great General removes his eyepatch, it signifies the start of a massacre!
The "One-eyed Python" Auben turned around, revealing a hideous scar where his eye once was, with flesh turned outwards.
"Order the fleet to prepare for an assault!"

"General!"
An urgent voice stopped Zheng Mengcheng, who had just left the command hall. He turned around as an alarmed staff officer rushed over.
"What happened?" Zheng Mengcheng’s heart sank. This was the first time he saw this usually composed staff officer so panicked.
"Just received a message from General Qian Bolin. Based on our assessment, the fleet appearing in front of the bandit army is the Auben fleet." The staff officer swallowed hard, urgently reporting.
"The One-eyed Python, Auben?" Zheng Mengcheng’s eyes narrowed immediately, his pupils contracting.
"Yes, General."
"God!" Zheng Mengcheng pushed the staff officer aside and dashed into the hall.
Auben, this most brutal butcher of Jiepeng, the genius Space Predator, and commander of the terrifying Dragon Rider Fleet... has appeared here.
The bandit army fleet must be notified to retreat quickly!
In front of Auben, no one can break through. He’s a giant python; he will coil around you until he crushes your bones, then swallow you whole!
