Chapter 1474: Chapter 9-14: Deathmatch (Part 2)_4
Zeng Xu saw with his own eyes that this Judger once fiercely clashed with a swift-attacking Rampage. Within tens of seconds, the two Mechas advanced and retreated, shooting over a hundred meters in a straight line, exchanging hundreds of moves. The sound of their punches and kicks colliding was as incessant as a machine gun spitting fire.
Although this Judger eventually succeeded in severely injuring the Rampage, it also suffered a critical failure in its drive system and was pierced through the abdomen by another Rampage attacking sideways.
Then came the third Judger.
This airborne-striking Judger was kicked in the calf by a rapidly accelerating Rampage while still in the air. As the Mecha spun towards the ground like an out-of-control helicopter rotor, another Rampage shot upward and kneed it in the lower back. The entire Mecha fell to the ground like a broken puppet.
The fourth one, during a high-speed chase, was entangled by the arms by a Rampage and then had its chest pierced by another Rampage with an ion dagger.
The fifth, the sixth......
Ten minutes later, in front of Zeng Xu and Hamshik, only one desperately struggling Judger remained.
At this point, the minds of the two were completely blank. Six entire Judgers were annihilated, and the cost to the bandit army’s Rampages was merely two Mechas severely damaged and six slightly damaged.
Even though they had the advantage in numbers, they ultimately shattered the terrifying legend of the Judger, trampling this seemingly invincible monster underfoot!
The two stared blankly at their long-range viewer screens.
They involuntarily began to wonder how much shock and encouragement bringing back the record of this thrilling battle would provide their comrades.
Wood gasped for breath, thick nutrient liquid bubbling ceaselessly.
At this moment, his head was splitting with pain. The excessive drain of mental energy had left him unable to sustain high-intensity combat.
Beside him, six black Mecha wrecks were burning. Those devil-like enemies calmly encircled him at an unhurried pace. If they hadn’t relied on superior numbers, how could they possibly have defeated him?
A sense of a hero’s end suddenly overwhelmed Wood.
Dodging an attack from a Devil Mecha, he frantically delivered two consecutive slashes to push back two other Devil Mechas, then suddenly lunged forward in an attempt to break through.
A Devil Mecha blocking his path fell for the trick.
Wood laughed wildly. Ignoring the enemies suddenly closing in behind him, he exerted all his strength to plunge the ion light saber into the chest of the Devil Mecha.
At least, I killed one!
Two ion daggers simultaneously pierced into Wood’s cockpit.
In the viscous green nutrient liquid, a cloud of blood-red blossomed like a flower, flowing out through the opening in the cockpit, streak by streak, strand by strand, flamboyant yet desperate.
Wood laughed crazily and fell.
Suddenly, a surge of blood rushed to his throat, blocking his windpipe and silencing his laughter. Blood bubbles foamed from his mouth, his eyes bulging lifelessly like a dead fish, staring fixedly at the gradually tilting heavens and earth.
In front of him, a miniature Mecha ejected from the back of the Devil Mecha. Through the transparent cockpit of the miniature Mecha, he could even see the slight sarcastic smile on the Mech Knight’s lips.
The ion light saber lodged in the hollow shell of the Devil Mecha gradually extinguished as it lost engine support.
Wood struggled, blood bubbles spurting from his mouth like a fountain. His throat emitted a gurgling sound, but he couldn’t utter another word.
The earth finally rushed up to meet him.
The entire world vibrated lightly twice before turning pitch black.
