Before this, their desire to grow stronger had been personal. Some wanted to stand at the peak of the Divine Realm. Some wanted to surpass their rivals. Some wanted to prove their bloodlines, inheritances, and talents. Some simply wanted to become strong enough that no one could decide their fate for them.

But now, that desire had changed.

This was no longer only about pride, ambition, or reputation.

Their entire universe was at stake.

If the devils truly widened the hole in the Wall of Eternity, then the war that had nearly destroyed the Divine Realm and Mortal Realm hundreds of thousands of years ago might begin again. If the Angel Race or the Dragon Race moved while the devils invaded, the situation could become even worse.

The ten geniuses standing in this hall were no longer just young talents being nurtured for future glory. They were now part of the universe’s preparation for survival.

Max felt the weight of that truth more clearly than most.

He had already seen too many strange things happen around him. The Voidwalker Clan’s buried history had surfaced. The First Progenitor had spoken to him and warned him about Anover. The devils had appeared in the Divine Realm soon after that warning.

Now Arvantos was telling them that the devils possessed two Primal Treasures, that Varok carried the Pearl of Abyss, and that the Wall of Eternity might fully crack open in about five hundred years.

Five hundred years.

To others, that might sound like a long time.

To Max, it sounded like a countdown.

Arvantos looked at the faces of the ten geniuses and seemed to understand what they were feeling. A faint smile appeared on his face, though the solemnity in his eyes did not fully disappear.

"You do not need to worry too much right now," he said. "The burden of the universe will not be placed on your shoulders today. The older generation will handle the immediate negotiations, the defense lines, the monitoring of the Wall of Eternity, and the meeting with the devils. What you need to do is use the time given to you properly."

His gaze swept across Max, Revona, Damian, Ervin, Morgana, Kaiden, Orion, Rosaline, Rakan, Aurelian, and the others.

"For the next week, all of you will remain inside the Primordial Ancestral Domain until the meeting with the devils ends. During this time, none of you are to leave unless I personally allow it. The Divine Realm may look calm on the surface, but once news of the devils spreads among the top forces, many things will begin moving in the dark. Some people will panic. Some will prepare. Some will scheme. Some may even try to contact the devils for their own benefit."

His voice became deeper.

"You are all too important to be allowed to wander outside without protection right now."

Morgana raised an eyebrow slightly, but she did not argue.

Arvantos continued, "I have great plans for all of you. The Primordial Race has resources, places, and inheritances that are normally not opened even to our own younger generation without strict qualifications. However, the situation has changed. If war is coming, then old rules must give way to survival."

The ten geniuses immediately became more attentive.

Arvantos then said, "Sarvion will take you to the training chambers of the Primordial Race. Those chambers were built to stimulate Primordial bloodline potential, sharpen law comprehension, strengthen bodies, and draw out hidden abilities. Since all of you have already obtained Primordial Bloodline, you may be able to awaken abilities that are still sleeping inside you."

Max’s eyes shifted slightly.

Awaken abilities of the Primordial Bloodline.

His Tier 4 Primordial Bloodline had already increased his base strength by ten times, brought him closer to the laws of the world, and strengthened his Pseudo Cosmic Paths. Yet he had always felt that he had not truly unlocked everything hidden inside it.

Compared to his other powers, the Primordial Bloodline felt broad and fundamental, but also strangely incomplete, as though it had given him a foundation first and was waiting for the right environment to reveal more.

A training chamber made by the Primordial Race might be exactly what he needed.

As Arvantos finished speaking, the door of the hall opened.

Sarvion entered calmly.

He looked the same as before, dignified and unreadable, with an aura that seemed restrained yet impossible to ignore. His gaze moved across the ten geniuses, stopping briefly on Max before continuing.

"Let us go," Sarvion said.

Without waiting for anyone to respond, he turned and walked out of the hall.

The ten geniuses followed him.

Max walked with the others, but his thoughts remained heavy. The conversation with Arvantos kept replaying in his mind. The five first races. The Wall of Eternity. The Devil Emperor Abaddon. Varok. The Pearl of Abyss. The Primal Treasures. The possibility that their universe sat at the center of all the others because of some hidden entrance to a god-like realm.

And beneath all of that, one unfinished warning continued echoing quietly.

’Watch out for Anover...’

Max did not know where Anover fit into this.

He did not know whether it was connected to Abaddon, the devils, the Primal Treasures, or something beyond even the five universes. But he had a feeling that the warning was not separate from what was happening now.

Something that could instill fear into the first inheritor of the Dimensional Keeper Legacy wouldn’t be something weak.

Sarvion led them through the Primordial Ancestral Domain.

The path they walked was very different from the halls where they had waited earlier. Those places had been grand, but this route felt older and more secluded. The walls were no longer smooth and polished.

They were made of dark-gold stone filled with natural patterns that looked like veins, stars, and ancient law marks fused together.

Every few steps, Max saw statues of Primordial experts standing along the corridor. Some had humanoid forms. Some had half-transformed bodies. Some looked so ancient and strange that Max could not even tell whether they had once been human-shaped at all.

The deeper they went, the denser the aura became.

It was not energy alone.

It was something heavier, more primitive, and closer to origin.
