Chapter 581: Chapter 581: Goblin King Amalanto
"Then let’s talk to him first," Amalanto said slowly.
BANG!
Just as Shu Feng smashed the last Goblin Gundam to pieces, a fifty-meter-long goblin airship flew over from the distance.
A brilliant light flashed, and a holographic projection of Goblin King Amalanto materialized from the goblin airship.
Amalanto’s holographic projection slowly began to speak. "I am Goblin King Amalanto. Human, what is your name?"
The moment Amalanto spoke, the eyes of every Goblin Warrior flashed with fanaticism. They ceased their attacks and stood quietly to the side.
Shu Feng stressed, "I am Kahn, a thief."
"A thief?!"
Amalanto’s face twitched. If he hadn’t seen Shu Feng use the Shadow Jump skill, he would never have believed him to be a thief.
’What kind of thief can dismantle a Gundam with his bare hands?’
Amalanto said, "Kahn, there is no irreconcilable hatred between us. There is no point in us killing each other. How about we end this here?"
Shu Feng considered this for a moment. "I can stop. I want all the Dark Elves and Sub-humans in the Kuerlos Mountain Range. I also want ten treasures from your Goblin Kingdom, as well as the manufacturing blueprints for the Goblin Gundams."
’Although those Goblin Gundams possess Legendary-level combat power, destroying them doesn’t yield any Life Energy. There’s no benefit to continuing this fight.’
’Besides, I have a feeling the Goblin Kingdom is still hiding some trump cards, maybe even something powerful enough to threaten my life.’
’In the Andoras World, there are the Seven Divine-level Skill Users, the Two Great Divine Spirits, and the five Void Demon Kings.’
’I’m not invincible. I need to act with some restraint.’
Amalanto replied, "The Dark Elves and Sub-humans in the Kuerlos Mountain Range are all yours. You may also choose any ten treasures from the Goblin Kingdom. However, the manufacturing blueprints for the Magic Machine Steel Puppets are out of the question. I can offer you a Legendary-level dagger, the Dark Dagger, instead."
To the Goblin Kingdom, the Dark Elves and other Sub-humans were merely vassal slaves of little value.
While humans considered Dark Elf Warriors to be great beauties, in the eyes of the goblins, they were hideous.
"Deal!" Shu Feng said.
"Then I invite you to be a guest in our Goblin Kingdom," said Amalanto. "We can also sign a non-aggression pact while you are here."
"Alright," Shu Feng agreed.
The goblin airship descended from the sky, landing before Shu Feng. It lowered a long ladder, and a goblin dressed in magnificent clothes walked down.
The goblin announced, "Lord Kahn, I am Bo Bo, the foreign minister of the Goblin Kingdom. Please, you and your companions, follow me. We will take the goblin airship to the kingdom."
Shu Feng nodded slightly and boarded the goblin airship with Camilla, Arthur, and Eliza.
"So this is a goblin airship? A great ship that can fly freely through the sky! These goblins are really incredible! But aren’t goblins Low-Rank Demons? How could they possibly build such an impressive airship?"
As the goblin airship lifted off, Arthur had made his way to the deck. He looked all around, his eyes glinting with incredulity as he shouted.
"Mr. Arthur, please mind your words," Bo Bo said. "In the Andoras World, we ancient goblins were the true masters. We created a civilization of unparalleled brilliance and even touched upon the Divine Domain. The Skill God...!"
Bo Bo’s face was alight with fanaticism, but the moment he mentioned the Skill God, his expression changed drastically. As if snapping out of a trance, he fell silent.
Arthur immediately retorted, "Goblins, the masters of this world? Don’t be ridiculous! The Human Race are the true masters of this world!"
Four of the Seven Divine-level Skill Users in Andoras were human, and three of the Six Nations of the World were human kingdoms. The population of the Human Race also far surpassed that of the other three nations combined.
With a placid expression, Bo Bo pointed to the sky and said flatly, "Our argument is meaningless. The true masters of this world are those two!"
"Hmph!"
Arthur snorted coldly and said no more.
The true masters of the Andoras World were neither the goblins nor the Human Race, but the two transcendent, Divine Spirit Level beings: the Skill God and the Snake of Fear.
’The Skill God... could he be a Divine Spirit created by the ancient Goblin Race?’
A strange look flashed in Shu Feng’s eyes. ’From Bo Bo’s tone, the Skill God is clearly connected to the ancient goblins. The ancient goblins could build Goblin Gundams and even dabbled in the Divine Domain... I wouldn’t be surprised if they had tried their hand at creating a god.’
The goblin airship flew on, crossing several high mountains. Soon, a vast city appeared before them—magnificent, well-designed, and in some ways even more beautiful than Holy Eagle City.
The goblin airship landed on an incredibly spacious platform, and Shu Feng and his party disembarked.
"Kahn, welcome to the Goblin Kingdom."
Goblin King Amalanto greeted them with a hearty laugh, stepping forward with great enthusiasm.
Behind Amalanto were the Goblin Prime Minister, Ah Miho; the Goblin Grand General, Felino; and a procession of the Goblin Kingdom’s high-ranking officials and nobles.
Shu Feng smiled slightly. "Hello, Amalanto. It’s a pleasure to meet you."
"And these are?"
Amalanto’s curious gaze fell upon Arthur and the two women.
Arthur announced with a proud smile, "I am Arthur! My professions are Hero and Sword Saint!"
The Sword Saint was one of the most powerful human Professions, boasting the highest attack power. Its practitioners mastered all kinds of Sword Skills and could use Magic Power to unleash incredibly potent Sword Qi.
According to legend, a Legendary-level Sword Saint could even injure a Divine Spirit by burning their own life force to unleash a single, ultimate strike.
Eliza said with a gentle smile, "I am Eliza. My professions are Hero and Saintess."
Camilla gave a bewitching smile. "Camilla. Master Kahn’s personal Female Slave."
"As expected of you, Kahn. You have a fine group of companions," Amalanto praised. He then extended an enthusiastic invitation, "I’ve had my people prepare some delicacies native to the Kuerlos Mountain Range. I am certain you will enjoy them immensely."
At Amalanto’s gracious invitation, Shu Feng and his party entered the Goblin Palace.
The Goblin Kingdom had countless vassal races, and nobles from many of them were required to come to the Goblin Palace for an audience with the king. As a result, the palace was built to be grand and spacious, not at all cramped.
Inside the Goblin Palace, within a magnificent great hall, stood a table forged entirely from gold and draped with a white cloth.
After Amalanto took his seat at the head of the table, Shu Feng and his party also sat down.
