Dream Dimension: My Reality Reversal is too OP!!
Chapter 9: Goblin Lord fightLiam made the first move.
Instead of attacking with Dark Cutter, he opened the battle with a series of curse rays.
First came the Sleep Curse Ray.
The Goblin Lord swung his massive axe and blocked it with the flat of the blade.
Immediately afterward, Liam fired a Paralysis Curse Ray.
The Goblin Lord twisted his body and narrowly avoided it.
A third ray followed.
Rot Curse Ray.
This one grazed the Goblin Lord’s left arm.
The skin around the wound immediately began to darken as the curse slowly weakened his body.
The Goblin Lord roared and charged forward.
Liam calmly released two Dark Cutters.
The black crescent blades flew through the air.
The Goblin Lord crossed his axe in front of him and blocked both attacks, but the force pushed him back several steps.
Liam had no intention of fighting head-on.
The moment the Goblin Lord tried to close the distance, Liam activated Shadow Dash.
His small body disappeared into one shadow and instantly appeared dozens of meters away.
Thanks to his high Intelligence, the range of his curse rays had also increased considerably.
From over thirty meters away, Liam continued firing curse rays one after another.
The Goblin Lord, however, could only throw stones, broken logs, and his axe whenever Liam came within range.
Each time an attack approached, Liam simply used Shadow Dash again.
No matter how fast the Goblin Lord charged, he could never catch the tiny flying eyeball.
Several minutes passed.
The Goblin Lord’s movements gradually became slower.
The accumulated curse effects were finally beginning to take hold.
Liam immediately seized the opportunity.
He fired another Paralysis Curse Ray.
This time, it struck the Goblin Lord directly in the chest.
His body froze for a brief moment.
Without wasting that opening, Liam followed with another Rot Curse Ray.
The curse spread much faster than before, rapidly weakening the Goblin Lord’s muscles and reducing his physical strength.
Dark energy gathered around Liam’s wings.
Two Dark Cutters shot forward at the same time.
The Goblin Lord raised his axe to defend himself, but his slowed movements were no longer fast enough.
Both slashes landed.
He staggered backward, losing his balance before falling to one knee.
Liam did not rush forward.
He simply maintained his distance and repeated the same strategy.
Whenever the Goblin Lord tried to attack, Liam escaped with Shadow Dash.
Whenever an opening appeared, Liam layered more curse rays before following up with Dark Cutter.
Little by little, the Goblin Lord’s condition worsened.
His strength continued to decline, while Liam remained almost completely untouched.
The battle had turned into a battle of endurance, and Liam intended to win it through patience rather than brute force.
Another few minutes passed.
The Goblin Lord’s breathing became heavier.
The effects of Rot, Poison, and repeated Dark Cutters had accumulated over time.
His body was covered in wounds, and his movements were no longer as explosive as before.
Liam, on the other hand, had not suffered a single injury.
Whenever the Goblin Lord attempted to close the distance, Shadow Dash instantly carried Liam to another shadow.
The Goblin Lord could do nothing except roar in frustration.
Seeing that his opponent had slowed down even further, Liam decided to finish the battle.
He fired another Paralysis Curse Ray.
This time, the Goblin Lord failed to dodge.
His body stiffened for nearly two seconds.
That brief opening was enough.
Liam unleashed four Dark Cutters in rapid succession, two from each wing.
The black crescent blades crossed through the air.
The first slash cut across the Goblin Lord’s chest.
The second struck his right shoulder.
The third opened a deep wound across his waist.
The fourth landed directly on his neck.
The Heavy Bleeding effect activated.
The Goblin Lord stumbled backward.
His body shook as he struggled to remain standing.
Liam immediately followed with another Rot Curse Ray.
The curse spread through the Goblin Lord’s body, further weakening him.
Then came a Poison Curse Ray.
The abyssal poison entered through the open wounds left by Dark Cutter.
Already exhausted from the prolonged battle, the Goblin Lord could no longer suppress the poison.
His strength rapidly faded.
With a final roar, he raised his axe one last time and charged toward Liam.
Liam calmly waited.
Just before the Goblin Lord reached him, he activated Shadow Dash.
His body disappeared into the nearest shadow.
The Goblin Lord’s axe smashed into the ground, creating a deep crater.
Before he could recover, Liam appeared behind him.
Two final Dark Cutters shot forward.
The Goblin Lord’s body froze.
A deep wound appeared across his neck, almost severing it.
He took two unsteady steps before collapsing onto the ground.
Several seconds passed.
The giant body stopped moving.
A series of notifications immediately appeared before Liam.
[ You have defeated the Goblin Lord. ]
[ Tier Advancement Trial Complete. ]
[ Calculating rewards.....]
Liam quietly looked at the notifications.
For the moment, he ignored them.
He first dispersed the remaining poison throughout the village to make the area safe.
Only after the poisonous mist had completely faded did he begin collecting the loot.
Weapons, armor, monster materials, and skill crystals were scattered across the battlefield.
One notification after another appeared before him.
[ Common Weapon obtained. ]
[ Uncommon Weapon obtained. ]
[ Skill Crystal obtained. ]
By the time he finished searching the village, Liam had collected a large number of rewards.
Among them were over sixteen skill crystals.
The Goblin Lord had dropped the best rewards.
One Rare-Rank weapon.
One Rare-Rank Skill Crystal.
Satisfied, Liam flew toward the largest tent in the center of the village.
Unlike the rest of the settlement, he had deliberately avoided spreading poison inside it.
As he entered, he found several human women sitting silently inside.
Their expressions were empty, and they looked weak and exhausted.
Liam immediately activated Divine Dew.
Soft golden-green droplets condensed around his body.
With a gentle wave of his wings, the droplets floated toward the women.
As the Divine Dew entered their bodies, a warm light surrounded them.
Their complexions gradually improved, their breathing steadied, and the exhaustion weighing on them slowly faded.
The Divine Dew cleansed the lingering negative effects and restored their condition.
Several moments later, the women slowly opened their eyes.
They looked around in confusion before noticing the floating Cursed Eye.
Instinctively, they stepped back in fear.
Liam understood their reaction.
Without making any sudden movements, he flew down to the ground.
Using one of his wings, he slowly wrote a message in the dirt.
The Goblins are gone.
You are safe.
Leave this village.
