{Present, Deep Inside the Tepes Treasury}
—Rizevim Livan Lucifer—
The news of Shalba's fall rang in his ears. Marius Tepes, Faluzure — they too had fallen.
And still, Rizevim felt no sorrow.
He didn't care how many dragons were sacrificed or what happened to the vampire boy. It was a shame that a descendant of the original Satan had fallen, but it was a price he was willing to pay. It enraged him, just as it did with Katerea. However, this time around, he was expecting a few deaths.
"Faiser," he muttered, walking down a corridor lit with magic. "You grow more of a nuisance every day."
He knew the growth came from the Asura Heart Fragment. Without it, no devil could get that strong, that fast. Not even he could reach that speed of power — not Sirzechs, not Ajuka.
But now there was a chance. A possibility.
"The Tepes have no eye for worth," he said, looking at the glass container before him. "If they did, they wouldn't have suffered so much."
He grabbed the glass with his bare hands and the vampire magic hit him at once. It stabbed his skin like needles, made it bleed, clawed at his bones.
Still, through the pain, Rizevim showed no expression. His grip tightened; the glass began to tremble as he poured demonic power into it.
With one more push, his power smashed the strongest vampiric wards. The glass cracked and shattered.
"Finally."
With the glass gone, he had what he'd been looking for.
It lay on a red cushion, treated like a relic rather than what it truly was.
"After all these years, I finally found another piece."
Before him was a piece of flesh — still soaked in blood, still fresh, without rot or drying. No preservation magic clung to it, and yet it looked as if it had been ripped from a body only moments before.
Greed and hunger lit his eyes as he took the flesh in his hands.
"So long… I've been searching for you—"
But what he'd wanted for so long did not want him back.
"Ugh!"
He dropped the flesh from where he'd picked it up.
Even now, despite how strong he thought he'd grown, he couldn't hold it without being wracked by a terrible pain. Worse than the vampiric magic eating at his flesh and bones — a pain he could barely stand.
His face twisted into a scowl. "Why do you reject me but accept that damned child of the traitors? Even now, after all this time? You still won't accept me?"
Anger, hurt, and disappointment showed in his eyes.
"No. It doesn't matter. I will make your power mine at any cost." He wrapped demonic energy around the flesh, forming a sphere. "Not today, not tomorrow, but soon. I will take your power, Asura."
The sphere with the flesh floated above his palm.
He might not be able to take the power yet, but he promised it would be his, sooner or later. For that power, he would let the entire vampire race die.
"With this, my work is done."
He'd sent Marius three dragons, even pulled Crom into it, all for this piece of flesh. Now that he had it, nothing else mattered. If he could make it fully his, he could bring the dead back.
He could revive Katerea and Shalba.
"But—" his step faltered a little. "What if… what if it won't accept me because it already has Faiser?"
Even a tiny fragment of the heart had refused him and accepted the boy. What if this piece did the same because of Faiser?
"No." His fist tightened. "I cannot let that happen. As long as that boy lives, the Asura might never accept me."
His scowl deepened. "He has to die." Demonic power leaked from his body. "If Crom doesn't kill him, I will."
His wings spread. "It is time I meet him."
Or at least his corpse.
After all, he was sure Crom would tear the boy apart sooner or later.

{Present, Estate of the Carmilla Royal Faction's Eastern Gate}
—Carmilla Viviane Dracul—
"Carmilla!" The shout echoed louder than the clanking of swords. "Surrender now. You don't have to humiliate your faction further!"
The cry drew a low murmur — mostly scowls, a few sneers — while Carmilla looked ahead without a flicker of feeling.
"All your forces are surrounded!" King Tepes bellowed. "One front is being handled by my youngest. Beside him stands a strong devil of the Old Satan faction!"
She had already heard. Her fists tightened as the news had been relayed earlier.
"On another front are my older sons," he cackled. "And on the last, my daughter."
Those weren't the problem.
"And with them are dragons that listen to me!"
That was the problem.
Earlier she'd learned dragons had appeared on three fronts — every gate but hers. Worse, she couldn't leave her position to help the others.
As leader of the faction, it was her duty to face King Tepes herself.
"Blood spears!" King Tepes shouted, and spears of solidified blood rained down.
Both Queen Carmilla and King Tepes were Ultimate-class vampires, matched in many ways. But when it came to blood magic, Tepes held the edge.
"Sea of blood!"
From the fallen soldiers' blood he formed a tsunami that swept the field. The wave ran over corpses and living men alike, killing a large chunk of Carmilla's troops on the spot.
Carmilla didn't hang back. She struck back.
"Darkness Rupture."
In the center of the largest Tepes battalion a sphere of darkness formed, and before anyone could react it exploded — everyone nearby becoming nothing more than a shadow on the ground.
"That damned magic," King Tepes clicked his tongue from a distance.
The Tepes line had inherited superior mastery over blood magic from the True Ancestor, while Carmilla had perfect control over darkness. That balance is what kept their factions even in power.
But Tepes had grown complacent with his numbers; Carmilla had been forced to do more with less. That pressure had driven her to sharpen her power, putting her a step ahead in raw strength.
"Numbers mean nothing on this ground, King Tepes!" she announced at last. "I will not fall here, nor will my men. You will lose this front. Whatever you do, you will fall."
Her darkness wrapped the area. "This is my territory. My men live and die here. They know every pebble; everything works in my favor. Nothing you do here will win you the field."
If she had to, she'd use her strongest magic. Even if it cost half her forces, she would do it to erase the Tepes faction.
Tepes's nose wrinkled, but a smile spread across his face. "Even if you win here, even if you kill me, my army will not lose. They will win the other fronts. My eldest will become the next King Tepes and keep our name alive. Can you say the same for your side?"
Carmilla fell silent. She didn't answer.
She knew he held the superior position for the endgame.
"As we speak, your other fronts must have already fallen!" King Tepes roared with laughter, then turned to his side. "Show them what's happening on the other fronts! Show them their failure!"
Carmilla felt a flicker of unease at his words, but she didn't back down. Instead, she raised her hand and pushed forward with her army.
"Legions, break through their defense lines!"
Across the field, Tepes's blood magic surged, strengthening his army's defenses. Some of his soldiers pulled out magical tools, casting shimmering holograms that displayed the other battlefields.
They started with the front led by Tepes's oldest son.
Carmilla's lips pressed into a tight line. Her stomach churned at the thought of losing that front — especially since it was being held by Bova with barely any support. There were no elite commanders, no noble houses from her side aiding him.
It was just Bova, facing the eldest Tepes heir and a summoned dragon.
"H-Huh…?"
What appeared in the hologram left both armies silent.
"T-That—" Carmilla's eyes widened.
Not because she'd lost the front.
Not because the field was littered with corpses, or because she recognized many of her fallen soldiers. Not even because she saw Bova, battered and bleeding, steam rising from his nostrils with every heavy breath.
It was because of King Tepes's scream.
"M-My son!" he wailed. "Manias!"
Manias Tepes — his eldest son — lay on the ground, his body naked and charred black, burned beyond recognition.
Almost the entire Tepes force at that front was gone — burned, melted, or torn apart beyond repair.
And towering over the ruin was Bova, still in dragon form, standing atop a massive dragon whose jaw hung cracked open, steam pouring from its mouth.
As if its insides had been scorched and melted from within.

{Present, Underworld}
—Vali Lucifer—
Despite his talk with Azazel, he shot through the sky toward the vampire territories of the Underworld.
"You're taking a risk," a deep voice echoed inside him.
Vali smirked. "Don't tell me you're scared, Albion."
His speed shattered the sound barrier, tearing apart any magical beast foolish enough to cross his path.
"Crom Cruach isn't an enemy you can face," Albion warned.
Vali didn't take offense. If anything, he found the idea thrilling.
"That just means I'll have to break through my limits," he said, his body glowing in full Balance Breaker form. "I need to do that anyway — to crush the next Red Dragon Emperor with ease. Wouldn't you like that? To humiliate him, to show him how wide the gap really is?"
Albion went silent, unsure if his host was trying to manipulate him or if he truly meant it.
"You might die," the dragon finally said. "If that happens, I'll have to force the Juggernaut Drive just to pull you out. You know the cost of that."
Vali didn't hesitate for even a second. "As long as I get to fight."
Deep down, Albion understood the truth. Vali wasn't flying toward Crom Cruach just for the thrill of battle.
The dragon didn't voice his thoughts, but he knew the reason.
'Or is it because of your grandfather, Vali?'
He stayed silent, preparing strategies and escape routes instead. Vali would need them.
After all, even the White Dragon Emperor wasn't strong enough to stand against the Crescent Circle Dragon.

{A/N: Got a pat reon named RedLamp01 with 30+ chapters.
Sorry about the delay, I had to be out for a few tests. Everything came out clean, the cells seem to be adapting well, and there is no visible issue that the doctors could find. So, seems like I have recovered as well as I physically could ✌️
Also, I've written one chapter of the Marvel story and one chapter of the ASOIAF/GoT story, and they're published on Pat reon and available for everyone to read for free. I'll be posting five chapters of each there for free until I have enough chapters to start posting them here.
There's no need to become a paid member—you can read them without paying anything. Just search for my name.
"The Marvel story is about a guy from another universe—a Marvel universe, just a different one—whose heroes failed to protect the world from internal threats while he was busy protecting it from the Dark Dimension. He ends up being thrown into the Marvel universe that we know to be the MCU after Strange's spell to make everyone forget who Peter is gets fucked up.
Now, he's stuck in the body of his MCU counterpart.
Back in his world, he was the Sorcerer Supreme, so now, because of the fuck-up, there are two Sorcerer Supremes in this universe.
And to make things even funnier, the MC is actually from a universe where Joshua Foley—the mutant Elixir—became a Sorcerer Supreme. So now we have Elixir as a Sorcerer Supreme in the MCU.
And his first problem?
Finding rent.
And what better place to stay than Hell's Kitchen? After all, the rent there is dirt cheap because of all the villains roaming around."

"As for the Game of Thrones story: It is a story where the Mad King did have a bastard, one younger than Viserys but older than Daenerys, who was born in the Crownlands as a bastard—Aelor Waters, hence the name. He was hunted down and nearly killed after Robert's Rebellion, but his mother managed to send him away with a knight before she was killed.
He ends up in Yi Ti, the Eastern Kingdom, and grows up there. Now, after suffering from multiple dragon dreams, he realizes that his destiny lies in Westeros, and he decides to return there with nothing but Dark Sister, which he found in Yi Ti after it had been brought there by someone who had discovered it, and a dragon egg that his mother had discovered hidden inside the Iron Throne. She stole it and secretly sent it with him as she helped him and the knight escape.
Thus, it will be the story of a Bastard in the East on his journey to conquer Westeros, with nothing but a dragon and a sword.
The twist?
The dragon is a mutant with three heads." }
