Before the resurgence of Spiritual Energy, a mere meteor shower was enough to erase an entire habitable planet.

At this point, it should be brought to notice that the Dragon Clan, the Phoenix Clan, the Elf Clan, none of them were born after the Era of Transcendence.

Just like the Humans of Earth, they already existed long before the resurgence of Spiritual Energy.

However, without the Spiritual Energy, their strength and Bloodlines were not awakened. They were no different from the myriad creatures on Earth, locked in brutal cycles of natural selection.
