Evolution Online: My 10,000× Reward System Multiplies Everything

Kaelen stood there for a moment, watching the live feed of several reporters running after a blue-haired, hooded figure, trying to get her to comment on the in-game conquest. But she simply kept her head down as she made her way through the cutthroat crowd to get back to her apartment.

Even with her hood up, Kaelen could see the woman’s dazed expression, and that made him smile and sigh in relief.

"So that’s what she looks like, huh?" He stifled a chuckle.

He might have unintentionally dodged a bullet, watching the uncomfortable encounter on the live feed after the press tracked down the famous guild leader to her residence.

He was happy she had taken the credit for slaying the dragon and couldn’t care less about the recognition. His goal from the start had been strength, and Kaelen had made that his reality now.

This was also good because the next time he entered the game, he could simply change maps to terrorize somewhere else without getting bogged down by a bunch of players who’d be actively tracking him just to get an interview.

He quickly lost interest and returned to his bed before focusing on the series of notifications clinging to his vision.

It was time to review his haul.

He had always gone down the quality-over-quantity path, trying to maximize the worth of his haul. But when the loot was expected to be this good, wouldn’t it be a waste to make it even better—if that were even possible?

Good call. He had hit the jackpot.

There wasn’t a single trash item in the bundle, yet they had all been multiplied 10,000× in quantity.

He forgot to breathe when he saw a Divine-tier item among the haul. The highest rank among items, and his very first Divine-tier item.

He skimmed right past the others to appraise the Divine-tier item first. It was a small golden crown.

World Authority Fragment (Divine)

A fragment of creation that enables the wielder to own a piece of the world, create territories, and command monsters within their domain.

Kaelen felt a loading bar appear above his head as he tried to make sense of the item’s description. It wasn’t that he didn’t understand. He simply found it hard to believe and decided to test the artifact right then and there.

All he needed to do was equip the item by placing the crown over his head before activating the Divine-tier item with a mental command.

The space inside his room immediately expanded, and the next moment, Kaelen found himself standing in the void with a view of stars and galaxies. But most importantly, he felt an innate power from within him with a strong connection to the void. He felt he could command it, alter it. He felt like he was God in that space.

Just one tiny problem... why was he a damn slime here?

He thought he’d logged out of the game and was interacting with reality. But somehow, he had become a slime once more after entering this realm.

He was literally a goofy slime with a small golden crown above its head.

But did that mean this space was connected to both the in-game and real-life realities?

On the other hand, the item had been carried over from the game world by his system. So it made sense, but at the same time, made no sense. But Kaelen didn’t linger on the thought for long and decided to focus on why he was there.

He overlooked the void, spreading his consciousness across the infinite space, only to realize it wasn’t actually infinite and had definite dimensions he could alter at will.

In an instant, the void was transformed into a lush field within a vibrant forest beneath a bright sunny sky overhead. This was the slime field Kaelen was replicating to exercise the limits of his authority. There were none, except that he couldn’t create life.

At the thought of life, Kaelen remembered seeing something else among the dragon’s haul.

Dragon Eggs (Mythic) ×10,000

Kaelen couldn’t believe he had gotten these. Dragon eggs, which were even rarer than finding a full-fledged dragon like the one he’d slain. But now, he had 10,000 of them.

Ten thousand dragon eggs in his possession, while only seven dragons had been found in the history of Evolution Online.

He honestly didn’t know what to do with all of them or how to hatch them, and was initially thinking he’d have to end up eating them all for Evolution Points. But the situation was different now.

The lush forest immediately transformed into a fiery wasteland of volcanoes and lava rivers, although Kaelen didn’t feel the heat, which was attributed to his authority over the domain. But he could tell it was hotter than hell there.

Without a second thought, he tossed the ten thousand eggs across the volcanic mountains to incubate them. He didn’t know how long it would take, but he had no better use for the World Authority Fragment than this. And... he still had 9,999 of them left in his inventory.

The 10,000× Reward Multiplier System was just too good.

He exited the domain and returned to his room to review the rest of the loot. The next most interesting item was:

Dragon Treasure Vault Ring (Mythic)

Each was a spatial ring popular amongst the elites of Evolution Online. But the most interesting part, beyond the ten thousand of them he had, was that each of them perfectly replicated the original. And what made the original so special was that it actually contained the dragon’s treasure vault.

Kaelen paused for a moment to appreciate his critical decision-making skills.

The dragon’s treasures and possessions were, without doubt, as valuable as the main loot bundle itself, capable of breaking the economy if he sold them—though he didn’t plan on doing any of that.

He was yet to make up his mind on what to do with the pile of loot, but there was no rush. If his inventory filled up, then he’d simply store it in the Treasure Vault spatial rings. Or...

He could literally create an oasis or a treasure tome for all his loots and treasures with World Authority Fragments. And if he was feeling generous enough, he could create many of that, stuffing them with beasts and intense challenges, before spawning them across the maps of Evolution Online to create his very own personalized dungeons!

Kaelen was shaking in excitement and checked the last two items, hoping they were as good as the first few.

Genesis Dragon Bloodline (Mythic)

Primordial Dragon Heart (Mythic)

Both were Mythic-tier items, sitting in his inventory ten thousandfold.

"Hmm..."

They weren’t as exciting as the first few, but consuming the Primordial Dragon Hearts would definitely accumulate a massive amount of Evolution Points, while the Genesis Dragon Bloodline could play a big role in making his Evolution Point farming easier.

He took back his words. The two items were as good as the first few, for as long as they could generate or help generate even more Evolution Points. Billions of Evolution Points were to be made.

With that thought, he decided to quickly check his accumulated Evolution Points, and when he saw the 10-digit number sitting there, he sat gaping for a while.

After annihilating an entire map and slaying a mythical dragon, Kaelen had accumulated over two billion Evolution Points. In other words, Kaelen was now worth over...

Three billion dollars.

A slow grin spread across his face.

He stood up and walked out of the shack without looking back, leaving everything behind.

He didn’t plan on coming back either.

Because his next destination... was the Stronghold.
