From Real to Realm

Ch. 8: Warmth and Weight

The very stern reminder was overshadowed by the sight of Lynesia. Val heard her, and recognized that she was upset. However, the sight was too perfect to look away from. It was so perfect, that Val found herself rapidly approaching full mast again.

What would she look like covered in another load?

Lynesia huffed. “Did you hear me?”

She waved her hand in front of Val’s face. “Hello?”

Val realized Lynesia was talking to her. “Y—yeah, what’s wrong?”

“You were supposed to warn me when you were close!” she said with a huff.

Lynesia shook her head when she noticed the renewed erection in front of her.

“Oh, absolutely not. We are not going for a second round.”

Val tilted her head in confusion.

The last thing she remembered was the unbearable pressure coiling in her stomach. Then she definitely remembered warning Lynesia that she was close.

Did I warn her?

It dawned on her what set her off, pushing her over that heavenly edge.

The sight, and feel, of Lynesia’s lips making contact with her cock.

“I thought I warned you. Maybe we were both in a trance or something,” Val said, grinning.

Val would’ve seen the blush on Lynesia’s face—if it wasn’t currently drenched in cum.

Without another word, she stood with a sigh. Standing up had caused whatever puddles that had accumulated to drip down her legs onto the floor. The large mess definitely needed cleaning.

Val was still weak, though. So she wouldn’t be much help. Standing alone could be a bit much for her after a while.

Lynesia would need to clean it up while Val was bathing. Her composure would break down if she had Val’s gaze on her the entire time.

“I’m going to borrow some clothes from you,” Lynesia said, looking down at her soaked clothing. “But first, I am going to wash off.”

Without waiting for Val’s reply she made her way into the bathroom.

Inside the bathroom, Lynesia paused, standing still for a minute.

The cum covering her body was so warm that it was hard to ignore. The smell was different from guys she’d been with. It was musky sure, but it didn’t smell or taste repugnant.

I still can’t believe I licked some off my mouth!

After another huff she started the bath in preparation for Val. While that was filling, she used the sink to rinse off her face and arms.

Why did it taste so good too?!

A few minutes later she went back into the room to grab a change of Val’s clothes. While walking past, she noticed Val was dressed again.

Lynesia frowned slightly, her gaze lingering on the fabric hiding Val’s endowment. Then she realized what she was doing.

Did I want it that badly?

Thoughts like that reminded her of the aching need between her legs.

I will deal with that… later.

She closed the bathroom door behind her.

With Lynesia gone, that left Val to mull over the ramifications of what just happened.

This was a huge step in a direction Val had never considered taking to begin with. She had never planned on being with Lynesia—intimately or romantically. Their entire friendship was based on the history she inherited from the original Valnarei.

It felt wrong, so wrong, to do these things with Lynesia.

Now she truly understood the meaning of thinking with the wrong head. The moment Lynesia offered, it was like all critical thinking had gone out the window. It opened a can of worms Val would’ve preferred to keep sealed. But this wasn’t something she could ignore. It meant something—not just to Lynesia, but to her as well.

Lynesia walked out of the bathroom a few minutes later, freshly cleaned and dressed in new clothes. All the cum seemed to be gone from what Val could tell. If she missed any then hopefully no one would see before she got home.

“I went ahead and prepared your bath while I cleaned off.” She stopped drying her hair for a moment. “Do you need help getting in?”

Originally, Val was worried about keeping her cock hidden from everyone. However, given the change in their dynamic, Lynesia was fully aware now. Ever since she had regained consciousness, Val had forced herself to get in and out of the bath on her own. Even now it was still hard on her to undress before climbing into the bath. It was out of necessity of keeping her changes hidden that she forced herself to do so. Now she could actually get some assistance, at least until she was comfortably able to do it herself.

“Actually… yes. I’ve been forcing myself to do so on my own to hide—this,” she emphasized with a look down. “Getting some help getting undressed and into the tub would be nice.”

Lynesia’s immediate expression was disbelief.

Val realized how this might sound given what happened. She quickly cut in before any misunderstanding could happen.

“Wait—I know how that sounds. But I’m serious. This isn’t some half-hearted attempt to get more action from you. If you aren’t comfortable then I can do it on my own like I’ve been doing.”

Val held Lynesia’s gaze, hoping it would convince her.

Another round would be amazing, but she wasn’t about to push her luck. Things would likely be on edge between them for a while. No reason to push those boundaries.

“Alright. I’ll help you, but if you try anything…”

Val shook her head. “I won’t.”

Lynesia’s gaze narrowed.

I wont!” Val pleaded. “I mostly just need help when bending or reaching.”

Lynesia sighed, tossing the towel onto the bed.

“Alright, I can do that.”

With that disaster avoided they both made their way into the bathroom.

Steam had begun to fill the air as they stood there. Val couldn’t remove her clothes easily on her own and Lynesia seemed hesitant to make the first move.

Val waited.

After a handful of seconds Val just decided to remove her top. Maybe it was too quick for Lynesia because the poor girl just stood there, eyes wide.

Val struggled to hide her laugh. “I’m getting in the bath, what did you expect?”

Lynesia’s face was beet red once more as Val hooked her thumbs on her waistband. She stumbled slightly causing Lynesia to reach out and steady her.

“I—I can pull your shorts down… Just… use the wall to steady yourself.”

Val raised an eyebrow. “Alright.”

She did as she was told placing her hand on the wall.

Lynesia once more dropped down, but not completely on her knees this time. She reached up and hooked her fingers over Val’s waistband. And with a calming breath, pulled them down.

Val’s cock had softened slightly, but it wasn’t exactly relaxed—not in this situation. Almost immediately after being freed, did it almost slap Lynesia in the face, prompting a glare from the girl.

“You’re incorrigible.”

Val spoke before she could think. “Not my fault—hard to stay calm when I’ve got a pretty girl on her knees.”

Lynesia’s eyes widened once more.

S—she called me pretty.

The blush of her cheeks was renewed. She wasn’t able to look up and meet Val’s gaze anymore, not after what she just said. Instead, she focused on getting Val’s shorts off.

After helping Val into the bath, Lynesia rushed back into the bedroom alone. This gave each of them some time to calm down, to mull over their thoughts.

The warm water on Val’s skin felt nothing like the warmth suffusing her body.

As for Lynesia, she spent the time cleaning up the remaining cum on the floor. Her face was flushed the entire time, forced to relive exactly what had caused the mess.

“So much,” she muttered, shaking her head. “I still can’t believe she called me pretty…”

She looked over at the bathroom door. Sitting in a hot bath, naked, was her best friend.

Are we just friends anymore? We can’t be, right? Friends don’t do what we just did… Right?

Over the next couple of weeks the awkwardness of what happened that day lingered between the two of them. No one wanted to ask any questions, or bring it up. Even though they avoided talking about it, Val still woke up hard most mornings. Lynesia never offered to help again while Val never asked.

Instead, Val decided to handle it herself while either bathing, or later at night to keep it in check. No matter how many times she did it, nothing compared to when Lynesia took care of her. It also did nothing to dwindle her libido or prevent morning wood.

After a few more weeks, the joke became less about her morning wood and more about the rare times she wasn’t hard. Most of the awkwardness had dissolved, but there was always a hint of desire left. The way Lynesia’s gaze would sometimes linger on the tent under the sheets. She would sometimes drift off mid sentence or miss something Val said while staring at it.

Val wasn’t an idiot, she knew what was happening, but didn’t want to ruin anything.

Ultimately, the rest of her rehab went along smoothly. Eventually, she no longer required Lynesia’s help in the mornings. After another month she no longer needed Lynesia or Celestia to assist with rehab.

This bummed both girls out, but Val told them they could join her anytime. During those times Lynesia chose to join, Val would notice her gaze lingering in other places—her chest, her arms, sometimes even her abs. The unspoken tension between them was growing, but Val didn’t want to rush anything.

When the day finally came for her last check-up, Val was wired.

She woke up early to take a bath before Wilhelm would arrive. It was a good reason to freshen up for one of her biggest moments in this new life. She scrubbed her body as steam curled around her form. When she was finally done she climbed out, grabbing a towel to dry off.

As she walked through her room she stopped in front of her body-length mirror.

Green eyes stared back at her—clear, cutting, too vibrant to feel like hers some days. Her damp long white hair clung to her back and shoulders, reminding her she needed to cut it soon. Even the full-length mirror could barely contain her new form. The idea of standing tall was something she still grappled with. It took time to adapt to having to look down at other people when talking to them, especially her family.

The mirror showed lean muscle hiding underneath soft skin—strong shoulders, faint abs just visible in low light. Not chiseled by any means, but real. Earned. Her breasts looked almost too perfect—high, round, untouched by time. Like they belonged to someone else, but when she moved, they moved with her. Her waist wasn’t as thin when she was bed-ridden, but it was still cinched tight. Her hips had just enough flare to give her a silhouette capable of turning heads. Her ass? That was all squats—tight, firm, proud.

Her focus drifted to the one glaring difference from her past life. Even soft, it hung with weight—impossible to forget, even if she wanted to. That part of her still felt like the boldest statement of her reincarnation. Even after being accepted by Lynesia, it still wasn’t something she wanted others to know, or see. Six months of rehab, and her body still felt borrowed. Beautiful, strong, and hers… but borrowed.

When Val came downstairs Wilhelm was already talking to her family.

He still marveled at every check-up throughout her recovery. Val wore it with pride—a hard-earned change, and one not without its challenges.

Today’s goal was to check for any lingering complications from the illness.

Now standing before him, Val was not only healthy, but toned.

“I still can’t believe you’re the same girl who could barely walk almost six months ago. Your recovery is astounding,” he said with a soft smile.

Val’s heart swelled with pride.

“I have my family, friends, and you to thank for that. No one gave up on me as I pushed through.”

Everyone exchanged glances—smiles all around.

Wilhelm adjusted his glasses. “Well then, are you ready for your final check-up?”

Val nodded eagerly.

Wilhelm chuckled before focusing for a moment. Slowly his hands began glowing a very familiar green Val had seen numerous times. Then, with a deliberate slowness, he waved them along her body. He made sure to take his time and hover over her entire body. The whole scan took a few minutes before he stepped back.

“Perfectly healthy. There’s no lingering complications from the illness.”

With a big smile he announced to everyone present.

“Congratulations, Valnarei! You’ve come back from the brink.”

Everyone began hooting and hollering while exchanging hugs with Val. She made sure to thank everyone before even giving Wilhelm a hug as well. Her mother was a mess, bawling her eyes out about how happy she was. Even her father shed a few tears, something he usually didn’t do. Celestia was glued to her side the entire time, happy to finally have her big sister back. Her brother had been bashful about it before Val hugged him, forcing him to show some emotion. He tried his best to stay straight faced, but burst out in laughter before hugging her back just as tightly.

As for Lynesia, she was blushing the whole time while trying to avert her gaze. As Val’s rehab culminated to this point she noticed Lynesia acting excessively distant. She hadn’t been rude about it or downright avoiding her. Whatever was going on, Val was unable to figure it out, not for a lack of trying. Every time she tried to press Lynesia on what was wrong, she was given the run around.

With Val finally back to full health her routine changed.

Her mornings stayed the same—usually waking up with a tent pitched beneath the sheets. It took a few days before she got used to being alone in the mornings.

It was during this time that it really dawned on her how much she enjoyed getting help from Lynesia. Any help, not just the one time she really helped Val out in the morning. It got to the point she had to push those feelings down, unsure of what they meant and too afraid to find out.

Now that she had a clean bill of health, she made the most of it.

A few days after Wilhem cleared her, Val began exploring the city around her. It was during this time that she found the cutest old couple running a small bakery.

Grandma’s House—a bakery run by Amerilla and Strelas Hildelm. It was smaller than the storefronts around them and rarely had many customers. However, the lack of customers never seemed to bother the cute couple.

During her first visit, Val had to use this world’s coinage for the first time.

She’d seen her parents carrying pouches with varying ones inside. However, during her rehab she never saw the purpose in learning it. Getting healthy was her main goal.

In her pouch she only carried a handful of bronze and silver coins.

Bronze coins were about the size of an Earth dime, dull and unpolished. Those were called “Tacks” in this world.

The silver ones were around the size of a nickel and made from a dull silver. “Marks” were the term for them.

The golden ones she saw her parents had, looked to be about quarter sized. They were usually shinier than the others and called “Crowns”.

Last but not least was something called a “Lumen”. She hadn’t seen one yet, so its size and material were still a mystery.

Amerilla had corrected Val when she overpaid one day with a Mark.

“Tacks for snacks,” she said.

Val always felt like a grandchild visiting her grandparents whenever she visited them. Amerilla had taken a liking to Val and would sometimes fret over her not eating enough. Val loved starting her days off seeing them, grabbing a hot fresh pastry, and then moving on to exploring for the day.

Her exploration had multiple goals. Learning the layout of the city was her top priority. The more she knew, the easier it would be to get around or recognize where she was.

Next was learning more about this world itself. Val wanted to know what kinds of technology existed, how advanced it was, and what was considered common. That facet was the easiest to learn compared to exploring the city. It was pretty comparable to fantasy knowledge she had from her old life. Heavily reliant on physical labor with some minor magical enhancements or implements to make their jobs easier. The best examples were the runes for cold and hot water. Or the fact that plumbing actually existed.

Val prioritized learning the nearby surroundings first. The closest market, the best shops, anything that would benefit her the most while living with her parents.

Everything was how she imagined it.

One area she enjoyed more than most was the nearby market square. Stalls were set up everywhere, some appearing more permanent than others. A lot of the stalls were little branches from main more permanent store fronts nearby.

Over time, more and more people seemed to flock to this little square. It only made sense for fixed storefronts to either commission or buy a cart of sorts to set up here. You could find just about anything you needed, or wanted. Clothes, food, furniture, remedies—the list went on. There were even some more… questionable items for sale from shady-looking sellers.

Val made sure to keep her distance and her hand on her coin pouch. Especially whenever in larger crowds like the square held consistently.

After spending a few days learning the surrounding areas around where she lived, she decided to explore further out. This time however, she had a specific area she planned on exploring.

Occasionally she would overhear people talking about the blacksmithing wings scattered around the city. Lucky for her, there was one not too far away. So the next morning she woke up with a spring in her step, excited to finally go explore that particular wing.
