Since lunch had been a seafood feast, and the restaurant's cooking was excellent on top of that, everyone ended up eating until they were stuffed.

Because of that, once lunch was over, everyone hurried back to the pool area, wanting to get some exercise and properly digest all the food in their stomachs.

After changing and arriving at the indoor pool, Ichin looked at the people who were already there and said with a smile, "You can exercise, but you still need to rest a little first. You can't start moving around right after eating your fill, got it?"
