Yasenia glanced at the vast lands of the Secret Realm for a few more seconds before she turned around and left through the door. Everyone else followed her and crossed the pathways. Yasenia picked up the Honor Daggers on the door and on the ground. She also got her own Honor Dagger back as a reminder.
Once she did that, she didn’t say much and accepted, rushing outside. Their group crossed the insides of the giant palace quickly, reaching the exit only a few hours later.
The exterior of the palace was much different from when they entered. The raging Dune Waves of the Death Dune area were much milder. They were still there, and it was clear that this would become one of the biomes of this world.
Nevertheless, it was not as brutal as it was when Yasenia arrived. Moreover, the prohibition about flight had been lifted.
“...Let’s go.”
Her body flashed, and soon, the sky was covered by an enormous shadow. The Sun and Moon in Yasenia’s wings took over the very skies, while her gorgeous scales made her look as if a part of the universe itself had taken a dragon form, dotting the sky with starlight.
Her golden colored claws and horns gleamed softly, and her eyes looked ahead with majesty. “Mount. It will be quicker.”
Her ethereal voice echoed like a gorgeous chant, while her massive wings flapped slowly and kept her gigantic body floating in the air. Once the girls, maids, and Dune’s group of four mounted on her back, Yasenia stretched her wings and flapped them with all her strength.
Space itself compressed under Yasenia’s gargantuan wings, and a moment later, she shot forward like a gorgeous beam of blue light. A trail of starlight followed Yasenia’s swift figure, the clouds parting as she became the first creature to fly over the Death Dunes for the first time since its restriction lifted.
Dune’s group of four was silent, looking around with awe. The honor of mounting onto Yasenia’s back was something they were very grateful for. Yasenia didn’t really need to carry them back, the Death Dunes had become much less threatening with the flight restriction lifted. Even then, she didn’t forget them and carried them back.
“Thank you, Lady Yasenia.”
Yasenia was silent for a moment before answering. “...Although much has happened, I am the one who appreciates it.”
She had been stuck in this place for years. Nevertheless, the gains were more than enough to compensate. If she were to turn back the time with the same knowledge she had now, Yasenia would’ve most likely chosen to adventure inside once more.
Thanks to this journey, Yasenia finally found an enemy against whom she could go 120% all out against. That battle helped her digest everything she had accumulated, causing astounding breakthroughs. Compared to four years ago when she first arrived, Yasenia’s strength had gone through a terrifying jump.
Not in quantity, but in sheer quality. Big Improvement Realm for all her skills, her improved mastery of the Celestial Energy, and the breakthrough of her two Intent Domains to a very high degree.
Plus, the treasures she got were incredibly precious. Her large treasury had gained top-tier materials, treasures, and large stacks of lower-level but useful equipment. Additionally, she found some treasures during her time in the Death Dunes.
Overall, this journey was an incredible haul, enriching Yasenia comprehensively.
Still, her happiness was proportional to the ache in her heart for missing all these years with Aster. Her baby boy must’ve been waiting for mommy!
Her energy moved through her meridians, and her wings flapped powerfully, speeding up even further. The world felt Yasenia’s pressure and complained, showing faint spatial cracks wherever she passed.
It took less than two days to leave the Death Dune area through flight, and once outside, Yasenia landed.
BOOM!
The world trembled under her massive weight for a moment, and Yasenia turned her head to look at her back. “Dune, Scorpion, Fennec, Snake, our connection ends here. I hope that, if in the future, you meet with my children, you can help them.”
Dune blinked. “Your children?”
Yasenia nodded and used her energy to break off two of her large scales. “One of them is for you to keep and identify my children. The other, use as you please. That’s part of your compensation. The rest…” Yasenia pointed with her claw sideways, and a rather large pile of treasures poured onto the sand. “...Those are the compensation we spoke about.”
Dune’s group of four jumped down from Yasenia’s back and landed by the treasure’s side with two scales large enough to dwarf houses. Once they were down, they couldn’t help but lift their heads to give the Empyrean Dragon one last look.
“Good luck, Lady Yasenia. May fortune favor your journey.”
Yasenia smiled faintly. “Good luck. Also, if you don’t see my children for one thousand years, you can use the second scale as you please.”
With a powerful jump and flap of her wings, Yasenia’s gargantuan dragon body soared and quickly disappeared into the horizon. Snake sighed, full of emotion. “What an eventful journey. It feels as if four centuries have passed, not four years.”
Fennec chuckled. “Truly, an extraordinary group. Do you think we will meet with her children? I am immensely curious about them. They must be much more grown than the little brat back at home.”
Scorpion smacked the back of his head. “What little brat!? Can’t you speak properly? For us, that’s Young Lord Asterion!”
Meanwhile, Dune was looking up at the two giant scales that gleamed with immensely powerful energies. “These two scales are probably more valuable than all the treasures we’ve gotten, aren’t they?”
The others looked up and nodded. Snake crossed her arms below her voluminous chest. “If we grind them into powder and use them with alchemy to create potential-enhancing potions, we will have an incredible resource to attract geniuses all around for at least one or two thousand years. If we ration it properly and instead create a pool with the scale buried in it… we might get a five-thousand-year resource pool.”
Dune commented. “The pool idea is much more attractive. It will be able to be used by many more people as well. Let’s call it…” Her lips arched. “In remembrance of that dragon, the [Celestial Dragon Pool].”
The other three chuckled. “Good.”
They would have never expected to underestimate Yasenia’s scale’s strength, as the Celestial Dragon Pool would become a resource that lasted for over 20,000 years. Moreover, by then they had been allowed to use the second scale, and by combining them, they further extended the pool's longevity by several more tens of thousands of years.
A dragon’s body was a treasure, and Yasenia was peerless. Her scales were incredibly precious.

Back to the present, Yasenia soared through the world and quickly arrived at the city where Asterion was. Once her Spiritual Sense caught her baby boy’s scent, she dove down like an asteroid.
The people in the city became alarmed when the sky-blotting dragon descended from the sky. Thankfully for them, Yasenia quickly returned to her humanoid form and lunged toward her baby boy with arms wide open.
“Baaabbbyyyyyyyyyy!!!”
A few moments ago, Asterion had been practicing in his room silently. Even if he was a newborn, Asterion was a dragon who inherited knowledge from Yasenia. So, he was much more mature and intelligent.
Plus, Asterion had been in her egg for over 120 years. Around 80 years in Yasenia’s stomach, and took around 40 years to hatch. He was not completely unconscious during that time.
All this to say, Asterion might be a newborn, but without Yasenia around, he behaved like a young, elegant adolescent boy instead of a newborn.
“Young Master, it is time to eat your food.”
One of Yasenia’s maids bowed gently, and Asterion nodded, jumping from his study desk. He had been reading the basics of energy manipulation and meridian creation. Even though he was at the Sixth Realm since birth, Yasenia had told him to learn about the mortal realms, even in theory.
This would help him understand his strength better.
Asterion, looking not much different from four years ago, looked up and asked. “Where is Big Sis Feixue?”
The maid pulled a high chair suitable for the two-year-old looking Asterion and smiled. “Miss Luan Feixue is practicing outside. She will arrive shortly after.”
Asterion nodded and was about to take the bottle of milk in front of him when a motherly and teary voice boomed outside.
“Babbbbyyyyyyy!!!”
Asterion blinked his golden slit eyes and looked up. A second later, the ceiling of the house broke as Yasenia burst from there and tackled Asterion into her soft embrace. With Yasenia’s soft curves, any impact he could’ve suffered was absorbed and negated.
“Hnggg~. Baby, baby, baby…”
Asterion blinked a few times as Yasenia rubbed against him and licked his cheek lovingly. Then, he giggled and hugged Yasenia. “Mommy! You are back!”
Yasenia smiled, her eyes filled with unshed tears. “Mommy is sorry, baby. I got entangled in something I couldn’t leave behind. Mommy is a bad Mom, isn’t she? You were just born, and yet Mommy went outside.”
Asterion smiled and pecked Yasenia’s cheek. “Hehe. Don’t worry, Mommy! I took this time to study well!”
Yasenia sobbed. “My boy is so praiseworthy! You are Mommy’s pride!”
After slobbering Asterion until all her scent was over him, Yasenia cradled Aster and looked toward the table. She frowned. “Thankfully, I always leave around 15 years worth of milk behind, just in case. I need to replenish it. Still, since I am here, store it away. How could my boy drink something like that when I have fresh milk with me!”
Asterion was cradled in Yasenia’s arms, and then he began drinking from the source. Seeing him squint happily, Yasenia smiled lovingly. “There, there~.” She also looked around and asked. “Feixue, where are you, love?”
Luan Feixue returned from the outside, her forehead soaked in sweat. “Master, welcome back.”
Feixue was much more accustomed to Yasenia’s absence, so she didn’t feel much for these years of Yasenia’s leave. Instead, she happily welcomed Yasenia back.
Entering the room, she saw Yasenia breastfeeding Asterion and paused, blushing. ‘...So big.’
Truly, with that pair, Feixue was extremely sure that no baby would go hungry!
“Ahem.”
Yasenia blinked and smirked, teasing her. “Do you want to drink from the other~?”
That motherly charm, coupled with her teasing and effortlessly seductive expression, caused Feixue's face to burn. She was sure that she currently looked like a cooked lobster.
“N-No need, Master.”
Yasenia pouted. “No, come here!”
With a wave of telekinetic power, Feixue was forced into Yasenia’s other breast. ‘W-W-W-Wha!’
Still, who could say no? If Yasenia presented her marvelous bosom and asked you to suck, you just sucked! There was no other way around it.
Seeing both Feixue—her face blushing—and Asterion feeding, a wave of comfort and love filled Yasenia’s heart and mind, making her squint languidly while her tail wagged leisurely behind her. ‘I am back~.’
