Priam felt a sharp, tearing pain as the crimson light was ripped out of his body.
’Pry!’
Mirra’s desperate voice echoed directly inside his mind. At the same instant, a terrifying palm-sized hole was revealed in the center of Priam’s chest. Without hesitating for even a millisecond, Mirra burned through all her remaining Ether to regenerate it.
An overwhelming wave of dizziness hit Priam, but he remained steady. His senses immediately focused on the spatial ring on his finger, where he kept the three heroic relics.
His suspicion was confirmed: the shield no longer emitted any aura at all, completely extinguished and inert. The other two relics, which had already been weakened, now looked like nothing more than pieces of metal scrap.
Heaven’s Will had drained every last drop of energy from the trio, just as it had said it would.
*BUZZ!*
The entire crimson space began to tremble and hum.
Priam took a deep breath. The open wound in his chest had already closed completely, and internally, he was two-thirds recovered. It was more than enough to fight.
Mirra had sacrificed all her Ether to heal him, sparing Priam’s own energy. She had been perceptive enough to realize that he would need every last drop of his power to fight.
Within seconds, the space around him began to condense.
Six crimson silhouettes emerged around him.
They were shapeless specters, resembling crimson ghosts, without any details whatsoever. Priam identified one colossal beastly figure that stood out; the rest had humanoid forms of varying heights.
Aside from their physical silhouettes, the only visible feature was their eyes: each possessed a pair of pulsating golden orbs, and all six pairs were locked threateningly onto him.
No words, no greetings, no trace of actual consciousness.
Those wills had been reduced to the bare minimum of existence, acting strictly according to the Sovereigns’ original intent.
Now, Priam was the target they needed to eradicate.
He clenched his fists, feeling a mountain of pressure crash down upon his shoulders.
How could he win?
Even if he used everything he had...
"!"
Suddenly, Priam’s eyes changed.
A crucial memory lit up inside his mind.
His mind traveled back into the past, returning to the moment when the System’s assimilation level had first risen to a new stage—more specifically, to that enigmatic final note. (Chapter 84)
*This Manifestation should not exist in this world. Therefore, use it with care and wisdom.*
After activating it for the first time and triggering a catastrophic disaster on his home planet, Priam had understood that the world’s laws detected his interference upon activation. That allowed the Sovereigns to know where he was. But...
’I’m in another world.’
The trauma from that past tragedy had been so deep that Priam avoided even considering the use of that ability. It was a last resort for the most desperate moments—which was why he had never noticed this detail before.
Whenever he was in a different world, activating the Manifestation of Heaven’s Will would not bring about the same consequences. The Sovereigns could only notice the anomaly if he used it in his own world.
*RUMBLE!*
The six silhouettes gave him no time to think. They simultaneously shot forward in a perfect encirclement, launching a brutal attack from every angle.
However...
A mocking, razor-sharp smile appeared on Priam’s lips.
Suddenly, his eyes burst into an infinite light.
**BOOOOOOM!!!**
A wave of energy exploded from his body like the collapse of a supernova. The shockwave immediately ruptured the fabric of space-time, opening terrifying spatial cracks that spread in every direction.
[Anima: Transcendental (Seal Open)]
[Wheel of Fate: Transcendental (Seal Open)]
At the epicenter of that destruction, Priam remained motionless, surrounded by a pulsating and overwhelming aura.
[Your Manifestation has fully awakened!]
[Time remaining without burning Celestial Essence: 555 seconds]
If any Mage from the outside world could behold him now, they would die from sheer terror. His aura was no longer "close" to that of a Sage... in fact, it had nothing in common with a Sage anymore. It was something infinitely more terrifying, ancient, and sacred.
Looking at him would immediately instill a feeling of absolute submission in any mortal. He had transformed into the physical manifestation of a world’s Heaven’s Will—a true Avatar of a world’s coordinator.
Priam took a deep breath.
The sensation he experienced now was radically different from the previous two times he had activated this power in his homeworld.
A feeling that did not belong to him surfaced in his chest: a visceral mixture of suffocating despair and fervent hope.
That was the feeling coming from that world’s Heaven’s Will.
Priam had connected directly to that entity, borrowing the absolute power of the world and its authority.
*BOOOM!*
The six wills of the Sovereigns advanced furiously, crushing and shredding the spatial cracks in their path.
Priam clenched his fists.
In that supreme state, invoking power runes had become irrelevant; even the inheritance of the Fist God seemed far too insignificant. After all, those techniques scaled with his base strength.
"COME!"
Priam roared. His voice reverberated, making space-time itself vibrate in waves.
His fists moved, and his body shot forward, bending reality to his will!
*BOOOOOOM!*
The collision of the first blows shattered space.
The six crimson silhouettes lost their ghostly translucence, condensing their matter into an impenetrable, gleaming crimson metallic alloy.
Without weapons, techniques, or flashy powers, they possessed only pure brute strength and millennia of compressed combat experience.
But Priam was no longer fighting like a mortal.
With the Transcendental Anima completely unleashed, his perception had surpassed the concept of ’seeing the world in slow motion.’ He didn’t just see the movement; he predicted the intention, trajectory, and reaction of reality before the blow was even thrown. Lines of fate and vectors of force unfolded in his mind like a crystal-clear map.
It was a magical sensation that Priam didn’t understand. He simply let it flow freely.
Priam dodged every crimson attack by a fraction of a millimeter, twisted his body while bending space, and threw a clean punch into the silhouettes’ chests.
*BANG!*
The sound was like a divine hammer striking an indestructible anomaly. The shockwave pulverized the spatial cracks around them, but the crimson specter merely took three steps back, its bloody-metal shell completely intact.
[Time remaining: 400 seconds]
The battle escalated into a mind-boggling rhythm.
Priam danced at the epicenter of the chaos. Fists and elbows collided with the six enemies in a blind frenzy. Every impact produced explosions that made the crimson void roar.
However, the coordination of the six wills was perfect. If Priam focused on one, three others would cover the openings with terrifying synergy, constantly forcing him to switch between offense and defense.
[Time remaining: 300 seconds]
The explosions became continuous. The almost nonexistent air of that domain burned under pure friction.
*RAT-AT-AT-AT-AT-BOOM!*
Microscopic cracks appeared across the faces of the crimson silhouettes, but in the very next millisecond, they regenerated instantly.
They felt no pain. They didn’t tire. They were the physical embodiment of the stubbornness of six supreme entities.
[Time remaining: 200 seconds]
Sweat mixed with the blood of battle. Priam’s mind was operating at the absolute limit of its processing capacity.
Even while predicting the immediate future, executing the perfect movement against six opponents demanded a monstrous amount of effort.
[Time remaining: 100 seconds]
Tension took hold of Priam.
He was on maximum offense, his body crackling with energy and his fists raw from repeatedly colliding with the indestructible bodies of the wills.
But...
Despite going all out, using the absolute power of Heaven’s Will, and not taking a single direct hit thanks to the Transcendental Anima... he still hadn’t managed to bring down even one of the six silhouettes.
And his time was about to run out.
