Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 744: Varkhor Regrets Approving Garion

The moment Garion sat down, the atmosphere inside the hall became strangely stiff.

A bastard who had just walked into their meeting, listened to their names, answered every threat like a joke, then casually sat down as if he owned the place.

Aurelion Auricrown’s golden eyes twitched.

Finally, his patience snapped. "Damn it."

The golden Dragon God’s royal aura surged violently. "I can’t take it anymore."

Abyron Thalassar’s ocean-like gaze also became colder.

Selkhara Frostveil narrowed her silver-white eyes, and the temperature dropped again.

Verdroth Viridwyrm leaned back with a dangerous smile.

Nyxvar Voidscale remained silent, but the space around him darkened slightly.

Aurelion slapped one hand onto the round table. "We are fucking Gods."

His voice echoed through the hall like royal thunder. "Do you understand that, brat?"

Garion leaned back in his chair and nodded casually. "Yeah, yeah. I know."

The Dragon Gods’ expressions became even worse.

Garion pointed toward Varkhor Volcanion. "But I’m strong. You know that too."

Varkhor’s eyebrow twitched.

Garion grinned. "Even Varkhor approved me, didn’t he?"

For a brief second, everyone looked toward Varkhor.

Varkhor remained silent.

That silence was basically confirmation.

Aurelion’s expression darkened.

Garion spread both hands. "So if any of you are still hard-headed, why don’t we go head-to-head?"

Rachel immediately looked at him. "Garion."

Atlas’s tiny body stiffened.

[Did you seriously challenge five Dragon Gods before the meeting even started?]

Garion whispered back, "Technically six, but Varkhor already tested me."

[That does not make it better.]

Aurelion slowly stood up, golden divine pressure rising from his body. "Fine then."

His golden dragon eyes burned with royal fury. "If that is the case, let us see whether your arrogance is truly supported by strength."

Abyron’s deep blue aura surged like an abyssal sea.

Selkhara’s frost spread across half the table.

Verdroth’s dark green vitality twisted like poisonous roots beneath the floor.

For a moment, the entire hall seemed ready to explode.

Varkhor rubbed his forehead. He had already expected trouble, but he hadn’t expected it to start this soon.

Rachel’s pink-gold aura slowly moved around her body, calm but ready.

Garion’s grin widened, and faint purple-black-white light pulsed beneath his skin. "Good."

Before the tension could tear the hall apart, Nyxvar Voidscale finally moved.

He raised one black-purple claw and sliced downward, splitting the space.

A deep black rift appeared beside the round table, leading into a vast empty region where stars, laws, and matter seemed distant and thin.

Nyxvar’s voice remained calm. "Enough."

Everyone looked toward him.

He continued, "If you want to fight like mad beasts, do it in the void. There, you can fight as crazily as you want without destroying this hall."

Garion stood up immediately. "Fine then."

Atlas grabbed his hair.

[Why did you sound excited?!]

Garion looked toward Rachel. "Want to watch?"

Rachel sighed softly. "At this point, I should probably supervise."

Aurelion stepped toward the rift.

Abyron followed.

Selkhara rose silently.

Verdroth smiled and walked after them.

Nyxvar entered last among the five, his void aura swallowing the edge of the portal.

Varkhor looked at Volkrath, who had been standing near the back.

Volkrath only gave him a helpless look.

Garion rolled his shoulders and stepped toward the rift. "Alright."

His grin became sharper. "Let’s see what Dragon Gods can really do."

---

The moment Garion stepped into the void, everything around him changed.

There was nothing.

Only endless darkness stretching in every direction, with faint broken stars far away like dying sparks.

Garion floated there calmly and looked around with interest. "Oh, this place is pretty empty."

Atlas floated near his shoulder with a stiff expression.

[That is the point. This void region has almost no external energy. Gods must rely on the power stored inside their own Inner Worlds to fight here.]

Garion’s eyes lit up slightly. "So it’s a stamina test too?"

[For normal people, yes.]

Rachel stood beside Garion, her pink-gold aura wrapped gently around her body.

She was not participating directly, but her eyes stayed focused on the Dragon Gods.

Aurelion Auricrown floated opposite Garion, his golden divine aura spreading like a royal sun.

Behind him, Abyron, Selkhara, Verdroth, Nyxvar, and Varkhor watched silently.

Aurelion’s gaze turned cold. "Do you still want to fight me? Let me tell you this. If we start, I won’t stop so easily."

Garion grinned, opening his arms slightly. "Of course. Come here. I’ll even let you make the first move."

Rachel immediately turned to him. "Garion."

Atlas sighed, facepalming.

[That is what reckless lunatics say before becoming dust.]

Garion ignored him and looked back at Aurelion, casually waving him forward. "Come here, golden lizard. Let me see just how powerful you really are."

Aurelion’s expression darkened. "Arrogant brat. How dare you mock a god? I’ll show you what true divine power looks like."

Golden divine light erupted from his body.

Since the void had almost no free energy to absorb, Aurelion directly pulled power from his Inner World.

Behind him, the faint image of a massive golden dragon kingdom appeared, filled with palaces, crowns, armies, and dragon statues kneeling beneath a blazing sun.

His divine authority condensed into a massive golden claw that tore across the void in an instant, hurtling straight toward Garion.

[Auricrown Imperial Dragon Claw]

Garion stood perfectly still, allowing the golden claw to reach him.

But to everyone’s surprise, the moment it touched his skin, the enormous claw vanished instantly, as though it had never existed.

They were stunned, not simply because Garion had nullified the attack, but because he should not have been capable of doing so at all.

They were currently within the void, where each of them relied on divine energy and the power of their completed inner worlds to maintain their strength.

Garion, however, was different.

He was only at the Celestial Realm. His inner world had not yet been completed.

In theory, erasing an attack formed from Aurelion’s divine authority should have required the power of a fully completed inner world at the very least.

And yet Garion had erased it with nothing more than a touch.
