–Chapter 5–

"If you want revenge on the kingdom that sealed you here, maybe we can talk. Other than that, you can fuck off. I will do it alone."

The words lingered in the air, dispelling the silence. Takeshi’s heart pounded in his chest. He had just told three beings who looked like they could whoop his ass without trying to leave if they weren’t useful, yet he refused to lower his gaze.

The three women stared at him in silence. And something shifted in their expressions.

The horned woman reacted first. A wild, satisfied grin spread across her face. "I like this one. He has fire!"

"Indeed," the silver-haired woman nodded slowly. She crossed her arms beneath her round perky breasts, pushing them upward. "He has potential. True potential."

The crimson-haired woman, on the other hand, remained quiet for a moment. Her sharp eyes scanned him carefully as if she was trying to unravel his deepest secrets.

After a while, she rested a crimson nail beneath her lower lip.

"A mortal who speaks to me in this manner..." she murmured. "You are quite bold, King." She smiled, revealing her alluring fangs.

"I love it."

Takeshi frowned slightly. He didn’t know why she had called him King, but hearing the title from someone who carried herself with such dignity felt strangely natural and somewhat fulfilling.

Before he could dwell on it any further, he felt something else click within his soul. Then a new blue window appeared before him.

[Eternal Pact Skill Activated.]

The horned woman stepped forward first. "I am Nyxara, the Demoness of Hellfire." She flexed her powerful arms, her eyes burning like fresh flames. "I was sealed by the Church four hundred years ago after they betrayed me and the true king of demons."

Takeshi silently memorized her name. She brimmed with raw power and pure aggression, as though violence itself had taken human form and wasn’t afraid to showcase it.

The silver-haired woman spoke next. Her voice carried visible pain. "I am Solaria, once an angel of the Goddess and a Champion Saint of this kingdom." Tears formed at the corners of her eyes. "They stripped me of my grace one hundred and fifty years ago... for refusing to slaughter innocent children."

Takeshi’s expression toughened slightly. A woman once revered as a saint had been cast aside simply for protecting innocent lives.

"These bastards," he coursed silently...

They might actually be more rotten than he had ever imagined. But it was still an energy he could very much match.

After Solaria, the mysterious crimson-haired woman finally stepped forward.

Her hips swayed gracefully as before, but there was nothing seductive about the confidence in her movements. It was simply the poise of someone who had stood above countless others.

"I am Lana De Reyes. You may also call me the First Queen of the Night." She stopped a few steps away. "Five human kingdoms conspired to seal me away. The treachery in their hearts was something I underestimated."

She ended with a devious smile.

Takeshi studied her carefully. Unlike Nyxara’s overwhelming ferocity or Solaria’s quiet sorrow, Lana carried a calm confidence that could only belong to someone who see’s herself as the Apex of everything she could control.

After the introductions, All three women now looked at him with steel in their eyes.

Nyxara stepped up and seemingly spoke for the group. "We sense something special in you. You have freed us from our bondage. So If you are willing to lead the fight against the kingdom that wronged both you and us, we will pledge our unwavering loyalty."

Lana tilted her head ever so slightly. Her eyes fully on the demon Nyxara "You do not speak for me, little demon. Watch your tongue."

Nyxara clenched her jaw but remained silent.

Lana turned back to Takeshi, her crimson eyes gleaming with quiet intelligence.

"If my liberator would have me..." A faint smile appeared on her lips. " I shall lend him my strength."

Takeshi looked from one woman to the other...Only just yesterday he had gone from an office worker to a failed hero waiting to die, yet now a demon, a fallen saint, and a queen who had once stood against five kingdoms were offering to stand beside him.

How crazy a turn that was. Truthfully, the entire situation felt absurd, but he could somehow tell they were sincere.

Either way, he kept his guard up, keeping his emotions and expressions in check.

"We have a deal," he responded simply.

At that moment, three windows appeared one after another.

[Congratulations! You’ve formed an Eternal Pact with Nyxara - Domineering Demoness of Hellfire]

[Congratulations! You’ve formed an Eternal Pact with Solaria - Angel of Corruption]

[Congratulations! You’ve formed an Eternal Pact with Lana De Reyes - The Queen of the Night]

[Herogasm System Has Unlocked → Level 1]

Simultaneously to the notifications, a warm rush of refined mana flowed into him. An invisible tether formed inside his mana core, connecting him to the three women.

The bond felt strong and somewhat unbreakable.

With the feeling still burning in his chest. Takeshi instinctively glanced at them again.

Although nothing about their appearance had changed, he could somehow feel their presence through the connection that had just formed.

It was an odd sensation, one he had never experienced before, but it didn’t feel unpleasant. On the contrary, it felt like he was always meant for this.

Nyxara clenched her fist in excitement, a satisfied grin spreading across her face. "It seems the proof of fealty has been completed."

Solaria placed a hand over her bouncing chest and closed her eyes briefly. "I can feel it too."

Lana simply gave a small nod, acknowledging the bond without another word.

A final window appeared.

[Congratulations! You have ranked up]

[Rank upgraded from F- to E.]

Takeshi stared at the notifications. And for the first time, it truly sank in. And actually made sense.

This was his new reality...

Outside the Sanctum, two guards stood lazily by the doors.

"Fuck, I hate Sanctum duty," one of them complained. "I should be up in the palace watching over the princess and her ginormous butt, instead of this depressing shit."

The second guard laughed. "You might lose your head for that. But at least we get to see the Priestess every day, right?"

The first guard’s expression turned lazy as he sighed deeply. "Seeing the priestess isn’t satisfying, she always hides the gifts from the goddess behind those church robes."

The second guard shook his head and continued. "i heard she picks a lucky guard every week for private ’blessings’ from the Goddess."

He completed while arching his brows in style.

"What I wouldn’t give to be chosen," the first guard said with a dirty grin.

Bang!

The loud sound made both guards jump up startled. Quickly turning to the sanctum entrance.

Bang! Bang!

The heavy doors of the Sanctum slowly creaked open. Spotting a massive hole in the center as a fist pulled back.

The guards’ casual expressions disappeared almost instantly they saw that.

Takeshi stepped out first. Taking the lead and behind him walked three gorgeous women.

One had twisted infernal horns rising from her temples. Another possessed long silver hair and a pair of broken black wings.

The last carried herself with elegance, her crimson eyes gleaming beneath long wavy crimson hair, while sharp fangs peeked from behind her lips.

All three released an overwhelming aura that made the surrounding air feel uneasy to breathe.

"Shit..." one guard gasped as he stumbled backward. "T-That’s..."

The other guard’s face turned deathly pale.

"A demon...!!"

" A vampire...!!"

His voice trembled as the words left his mouth.

"How... How is that possible? How did they get..."

Takeshi watched their expressions quietly. And just as he expected. Every ounce of excitement in their eyes had disappeared.

Leaving behind only fear...

He had barely taken another step when both guards instinctively reached for the swords at their waists, their hands trembling so badly they struggled to draw them.

"Stay back!" one of them shouted, though the fear in his voice robbed the warning of any authority.

Neither Nyxara, Solaria nor Lana made a move.

They simply stood behind Takeshi in silence.

It was enough.

The sight alone made the guards’ breathing grow uneven.

One of them suddenly turned and bolted down the corridor.

"Inform the High Priestess!"

"Now!"
