The red demon flying in the sky was returning to Darkland to inform his lord what he saw at the south border of the white land.

After crossing the wall of unknown energy, he was exploring the south land. He found a forest ...

A beautiful green land, soft grass, glowing flowers in the night. He had never seen those types of flowers before; he had visited the human continent and seen forests there, but it was nothing compared to the forest of the south.

He went into the forest to find what type of things lived there, but soon stopped his advance after he felt the aura comparable to a dragon lord. He saw a dragon lord in battle on the battlefield; he knew he was no match for that entity, so he retreated.

He came out of the forest and went to explore another side; he saw humans, a whole kingdom, but before getting any information, someone found him. It was a human; surprisingly, the human’s strength was comparable to his.

The power he was using he had never seen before; moreover, he wanted to test the human in front of him to its limit.

But he didn’t engage in a death battle since he needed to inform his lord before Dargans and the humans of the human continent reached those humans of the south and started forming an alliance against the demons.

Also about that unknown entity of the forest, that was his mission, so that came first; fun things later.

He glanced down and saw that weird traveling artifact again. He thought of playing with those humans, but changed his mind; they were just too weak, pathetic, not deserved his attention.

— — —

Mira walked out of the kitchen, thinking about what Elizabeth said to her. Was she really just wanting to be with him just because of her insecurities?

She doesn’t know; she does feel safe and good around him. She was scared to be alone; she was having nightmares since after that incident.

In the shop, she was close enough to one woman to call her friend. But when the people turned into zombies and started biting others.

Everyone was trying to save themself. Mira was ahead; her friend tried to come forward by pulling her, but Mira was scared, so she resisted; she swore she didn’t push her; she didn’t want that; she didn’t want her to die.

She saw her friend dying as they ate her; she was screaming her name as they ate her. And she just watched.

Since then, Mira saw her in her dreams; even when she was awake, she always felt as if she was standing behind her, even though she knew no one was there.

And she also saw her reflection in the mirror, her bloody, half-eaten face without one eyeball looking at her, smiling, gently calling her name as she usually called her.

Even right now, she feels as if she was behind her calling her; her feeling became so real; she really started hearing it, her name being called by a friend, again, again, asking her to look behind.

"Oh, you guys here," Mira said. She looked at Loid and Lalica as they walked toward her, dressed in clean, comfortable clothes. Their hair was a little wet, as they had just taken a shower.

Loid looked at her and smiled. That’s how he greeted her. Not even hi. Why? she thought. Looked at Lalica. Was it because of her?

She shook off her thought; there was no point competing against this girl, or getting jealous of her. Instead, she needed a plan.

She smiled, glancing at Loid. She didn’t know whether she loved him or not; she just wanted to be with him. The scary presence behind her disappeared like always when he was around.

"I was going to wake others before breakfast turned cold, ’’Mira said. " Sister was waiting for you at the dining table."

"Sister? " Loid looked at her in confusion.

"Big sister Elizabeth, she said I can be her big sister."

" I see, well, great, I guess", Loid chuckled.

"I’m starving; let’s go, darling," Lalica said, pulling him along.

"Yeah, you guys dine while I bring others", Mira smiled at Lalica and Loid before walking toward the fourth carriage.

Lalica side-glanced at Mira as she walked past them; Lalica knew what was going on in her mind. This was the third time she peeked into her head. So, she knew very well what was going on; this woman needs psychiatric help, not her darling.

Fuck it. Every second person wants her to share him, as if he were some kind of blanket, to share in a cold; it’s annoying as hell.

They had left no shame. It was just the third day of the apocalypse, and their morals were already gone in hell. No, they were clinging to him from the first day, but now they were taking it as a normal small thing.

Sharing with her aunt was a different matter; she had no choice there. If she didn’t share him with her, she could easily make him cheat on her, since she knew all the ins and outs.

But for others, fucking hell no!

All happy in the future nonsense; that future was that? This was this. She needed to explain to Aunt to stop encouraging others and their advances toward him.

If they were not with him, it wouldn’t create any problem, so why would she compromise? She didn’t want to, and she didn’t need to.

That would be a different matter if he were lusting over others; then maybe she had thought, but he wasn’t, Aunt and she was, enough for him. Also, he was thinking more about Aunt than her, so why would she increase competition when she was already in second place?

This was already fucking annoying, enough!. Aunt, I’m not sharing him, not sharing him to fulfill some kind of cockload fantasies!.

"Hey, you gonna break my wrist," Loid said,

"Ah, sorry!"
