I Acquried A Murdering System

Classes still continued. Mr Kenry walked into the class beaming with smiles as he walked through the students.

They stared at him wondering what he would do today. He hadn’t announced the results of the test. They all waited for the results.

Xero sat behind the class. He sat alone. Lora stared behind to notice the uneasiness in him. She wondered what had happened to him and Cassie while they were facing the demon.

Just then a flashback of their battle git into her head. She remembered using her ice ability to its peak. She had frozen the demon in place while Yelisa had siezed the opportunity to strike her with her sword.

But they had underestimated her powers. The demon immediately cleaved off her right hand in an instant. At the same time she broke the frozen cage she was placed in.

She had moved too fast for her eyes and she ended up being knocked out without knowing what was happening. She was sure that the demon was a Max Regular.

She looked at Xero again wondering what secret he was hiding from her. She remembered that he had initially mentioned going to the forest but she had turned down the idea.

She didn’t know what had happened but she remembered seeing him fighting the demon and keeping up with her. He seemed more like a demon in that moment. She could sense a powerful aura from him and it seemed to purge her of fear.

"Good day class." Kenry said lightly as he strode along the classroom taking time to stare around the classroom.

"I have the results of the test you just took."

He stopped when he got to Xero. He stared at him far longer than necessary. Xero stared back at him gauging his intent.

"You all passed but some of you passed exceptionally." He said and everyone smiled at each other wondering if they were the exceptional students.

"Cassie Adams and Yelisa Spikes. Came second with an enormous amount of mana crystals." He said and both Cassie and Yelisa stood up.

Xero stole a glance at them. They still looked traumatised by the whole situation. Yelisa had gotten her arm back but the experience of near death first hand was exceedingly disturbing.

The entire class erupted into cheers and claps as they stared at the both of them. They all knew Yelisa. She was strong and it was easy to understand that she was part of the exceptional.

But as they stared at Cassie, they noticed that her rank had increased. A level 13. Shock etched on their faces at this discovery.

"Level 13?!"

"How’s that possible?"

"Yeah I know I leveled up but ten levels straight?!"

"That’s inhuman!!"

Kenry watched as they expressed their surprise. Everyone except Xero.

He stared at knowing that he achieved far more than their comprehension. He still wondered why his level up wasn’t reflecting on his watch.

"Well don’t get too cocky. Another set of brilliant students topped the class. To see that they topped the entire class in the entrance exam, it’s an evidence of their victory." Kenry said.

Everyone had a hint of who he was about to call but they still had an atom of disbelief in them.

"Lora Silver and Xero Damien. You were able to defeat a Max Regular. That’s great teamwork coming from you two especially from you, Lora."

Lora stood up surprised at how they had gotten to the top. She looked at Xero who gave a normal reaction. Not excited but also not down too.

The entire class didn’t clap immediately. They just stared at the both of them, wondering how Lora was able to accomplish such a feat.

"She’s incredible."

"To fend off a Max Regular along side a tag along."

"To think that I wasnt chosen to team up with her. Damn unlucky."

"Seems like the loser has it again." The boy who had bullied Xero in the refectory said smiling widely.

Xero just sighed lightly then put both hands into his pockets. With that he strode out of his seat and walked to the centre of the class.

"If you have problem with my victory, why don’t you prove you are better me." He said calmly.

Everyone stared at him in shock. Did he just do that? What the hell was he feeling like? MC in a trash novel?

The Level 2 bully got up along side his few Level 2 minions. Xero smirked lightly.

"Seriously? You’re not worth my attention." He said as he headed outside the class but Mr Kenry held his shoulder.

"You don’t walk out while your teacher is still in class."

Xero tilted his head lightly to stare at him from the corner if his eye. Then he activated his Predator’s Eye. Then his eyes gave the most intense aura possible.

"You don’t get to let your students get psychologically bullied. I recall you making that your number one rule."

Kenry shifted backwards in fear. Xero sighed lightly as he walked out. Everyone stared on shock as the event unfolded.

’What the hell is that kid? The first time we met I knew he was strong but this is incredibly beyond strength. That aura was as intense as the General himself. Just what is he?’

Kenry stared at the door in perplexity. Lora watched from her seat and she could see the same aura she had witnessed while I’m the dungeon.

’Xero, just what the hell are you?’ She thought to herself.

Class ended faster than usual due to the turnout of event.

Inside the bathroom, Xero stared at his reflection on the mirror. He could see something dark stirr inside him.

"Naman huh?" He muttered as he washed his face.

"Get ready. I’m hunting you. The hunter gets to be hunted. I will be your hunter." He muttered to his reflection.

A dark grin slipped through his lips as he thought of the fun he was going to have this night.

"Such pleasure." He said, his eyes shone brightly with blue flames.
