Among them were four enormous bull-like beasts. Their bodies were covered in thick black scales and their four legs were as thick as pillars. Two massive horns grew from their heads, shining with a cold metallic light. Every time they breathed, hot air came out from their nostrils.
Three of the beasts were massive snakes.
Their bodies were hundreds of meters long, covered in dark scales that reflected the moonlight. Their huge heads were raised high in the air and their cold eyes looked down at the humans below. Their forked tongues constantly moved in and out as if they were already tasting the blood of their prey.
Another beast looked like a giant ant.
Its body was covered in a thick black shell and its six limbs dug deep into the ground. Two enormous pincers rested in front of its body.
The ninth beast was an ape-like creature.
It stood nearly three hundred meters tall, its body covered in dark brown fur. Its arms were incredibly long and muscular, almost reaching its knees. Its pair of blood-red eyes looked at the humans with obvious mockery.
The final beast was a massive bird.
Its wings stretched for hundreds of meters and every feather was covered in a faint layer of dark energy. Its sharp eyes were cold and emotionless as it hovered slightly above the ground.
Suddenly, the ape-like beast stepped forward.
Boom!
The ground shook beneath its feet.
It looked at the seven Origin Lord Realm cultivators standing in front of the army and grinned.
"Are you ready to be slaughtered?"
Its voice spread across the entire wilderness like thunder.
Everyone’s expression changed. One of the Origin Lord Realm cultivators couldn’t help but stare at it.
"You can speak?"
The ape sneered.
"Heh. You think you humans are the only ones who can speak?"
It suddenly raised its head and let out a deafening roar.
"ROAR!"
The sound shook the surrounding area. The ape then pointed toward the seven cultivators.

Its voice was filled with arrogance. It then turned its head toward the endless beast tide behind it.
"No one is allowed to move!"
"Once I kill these seven humans, all of you can attack the base."
The surrounding beasts immediately let out low roars.
The ape grinned.
"Wait here and watch your king slaughter these humans!"
It bent its knees, preparing to charge but just as it was about to rush forward, the massive bird suddenly flew down from the sky.
"Wait."
Its cold voice stopped the ape.
"We were told not to waste time. We need to complete this mission as soon as possible."
Hearing this, the ape’s expression darkened.
"Humph."
It glanced at the bird.
"Watch me take care of them in a few minutes."
The next moment, the ape suddenly rushed forward.
BOOM!
The ground exploded beneath its feet. Its massive body shot forward like a mountain falling from the sky.
Seeing this, the expressions of the seven Origin Lord Realm cultivators changed.
"Hold him!"
"Don’t let him enter the base!"
The seven cultivators immediately moved.
