Noticing the sourness of her words, Nash quickly understood what Hanna wanted.
"No worries. For this request, I’ll pay 10 billion units of dark energy purification devices. Give me three months. How about it?"
"In three months? That’s fine!"
Seeing the Azure Heaven Alliance using the dark energy purification device to quickly stabilize the area around their dark gate, how could they not be envious?
"I’ll send people in a few days. Also, if you need anything, you can tell us. We are from the same galactic empire and void territory, don’t always ask the Azure Heaven Alliance."
"I’ll make sure to keep that in mind."
Securing the help he needed, Nash ended the call and went to deal with other things.
---
A few days later, the people from the Chronos Alliance arrived. Seeing the familiar scientists and professionals, Nash quickly invited them in.
"Lord Nash, I didn’t expect we would meet again so soon." Oryn greeted him with a smile.
"Haha, we don’t have enough capable people, so we can only ask for your help." Nash smiled in return.
In the future, he estimated he would continue to meet them, whether for production, consultation, teaching, or even battles. The foundation of talent and various elites was simply something wealth alone couldn’t buy.
After settling the millions of people who came with Oryn, they went straight to business.
"Where do you plan to build the dark gate? Do you have an idea in mind?"
A dark gate needed to be anchored in a void at least the size of a sector area. Depending on its size, one could either build multiple dark gates or expand it to the size of a domain. However, given their materials and strength, they could only build the minimum standard dark gate.
"I want to build the dark gate in this sector area." Nash pointed to the area around the Neon Star Public Trading Zone.
Although it could be built elsewhere, it was better to place it within his territory of control. Building the dark gate here meant he could deploy as many defensive modules and manpower as needed without redundancy. What’s more, with over a thousand allies in place, they could better cope with the danger that came with opening a dark gate.
After deciding where to open the dark gate, the scientists began to work.
"When do you think you can finish building the dark gate?"
"In about six months, it should be completed."
"Six months? Not bad."
"It’s because we already have experience. The first dark gate we built still took us almost a year."
"Experience really is the key to speed. Can my people watch and help you?"
They wouldn’t only be opening one dark gate, but thousands upon thousands. By letting the people of the Neon Star Alliance help, he hoped they could gain experience so they wouldn’t need to hire others in the future.
"Sure, that would be best."
Knowing Nash’s intention, Oryn didn’t mind. Whatever others learned was their own ability, it wasn’t as if the method of building a dark gate was a secret.
Leaving them to their work, Nash returned to the Altier Arcane Tower to continue grinding each floor.
Currently, Camilla and Elizabeth had already reached the 60th floor, yet he hadn’t even reached the 30th. If he didn’t want to be left behind, Nash could only set aside his training and take the trial first.
Fortunately, whether it was soul, void, or sublimation training, it was only slowed down, not completely interrupted. Clearing each floor with ease, time began to pass.
---
A week later, starting from the 25th floor, Nash cleared all the way to the 30th floor without any problem. Just as he was about to continue, the tower’s panel flickered as his level 1 authority advanced.
"I can now browse up to tier 7 knowledge..."
Not only the information, but tier 7 experimental equipment, blueprints, training rooms, and more. Browsing briefly, he noticed the information it held was vaster than tiers 1 through 6 combined. From each law, material, fact, history, void, spirit, and more.
"This Altier Arcane Tower is truly a treasure trove of civilization."
If he could digest everything here, their foundational knowledge would be no worse than that of those major-level teams.
"You’ve completed the 30th floor?" Camilla asked, seeing Nash’s wide smile.
"Yes, now I can use the tier 7 training facilities with you."
The tier 7 facilities had more training equipment and auxiliary machines.
"You completed it so quickly. We’re still stuck at the 70th floor." Elizabeth sighed.
It had been a few days since they failed to clear the 70th floor. The environment was simply too extreme, and they couldn’t survive past the time limit.
"You need to train your control. Don’t just rely on your innate foundation."
The trial isolated all external influences, so they couldn’t use the runic module systems. Holding off the extreme law, even a small lapse in concentration could result in a spiral of collapse.
"We know~."
It wasn’t that they were stupid or clumsy, it was simply that their strength had grown too fast, leaving them on the verge of losing control.
"Alright, let’s begin the bloodline transfusion."
Although the rate at which he could infuse the tier 10 innate bloodline hadn’t increased much, after all this time, their bloodline transfusion rate had reached about 29%. In a few months at most, they should be able to break through this threshold. Nash began to look forward to what abilities they would gain after reaching 30% bloodline transfusion.
---
Two months later, after days upon days of taking the trial, Nash successfully passed the 70th trial! Receiving the authority to browse tier 8 knowledge and use various tier 8 facilities, he felt all his work over the past few months had been worth it.
"I’ve finally unlocked this much-needed knowledge and blueprints."
Camilla and Elizabeth were still stuck at the 70th floor and hadn’t unlocked this portion of authority. Catching up all the way from the 25th floor and surpassing them, he couldn’t help but smile in celebration.
Unlocking this treasure trove of knowledge, the foundation of the Neon Star Alliance was finally set. Whatever they wanted to build, they could easily reference the knowledge inside and assemble it in no time!
