Beyond Nash’s expectations, his primordial soul and primordial void began to be pulled in, slowly merging with the fusion of the three primordial laws.
"Why is this happening? Could it be because they all share the same primordial identity?"
Unable to control the fusion, the leisurely calm he had quickly vanished. Processing everything at lightning speed, he began to guide his primordial void and soul away from veering off in the wrong direction.
The three primordial existences seemed to have noticed the slight lapse of the vessel, as their fusion became unstable.
"It’s too fast. I need to slow it down."
While lowering the acceleration of his physical state, he used merit source to accelerate his thinking. Browsing all the information in the [Library Module System], he was unable to find similar instances before.
Without any reference or path, he could only walk blindfolded, steering the ship from collapsing.
"The runic space!"
Since there was no path for him to follow, he watched every minute change of his body, calculating the most optimal path he could take.
Watching his runic symbols and runic commands begin to shift and change, he rapidly comprehended every strand of his primordial void and soul that was slowly merging with the primordial laws.
With his mind turning 10,000x the clock, adjusting everything from the most minute detail, his situation slowly stabilized.
BOOOM!
As the fusion succeeded, the universe seemed to shudder, as if an unprecedented feat had been done. From the void energy, elements, and laws, everything began to vibrate and warp, as spatial cracks and time fractures appeared around.
Catching Nash’s attention, beyond the space, the dark energy began to boil as the dark beasts turned berserk. Desperately pulling away from the sucking power of the dark gate, they made their way toward the Neon Star Alliance.
The sealed tier 9 dark beast in the forbidden zone was also alerted, as it thrashed around trying to break the seal that kept it in place.
Suddenly, before everything went haywire, someone or something seemed to press the stop button, as it rewound time before the disaster happened.
---
Deep in the core layer of the Dark Plane, the Void Administrator, composed of void, elements, and laws, stretched its tentacles of power, manipulating the universe itself.
"The ***** hath been found, initiating the **** sequence..."
Muttering unintelligible words, the Void Administrator blocked the past, present, all causality, and karmic signature of the cosmic elites participating in the Empyrean Will Primogenal Land.
Turning beyond the universe plane, outside the chaotic void, it saw tier 13 dark beasts begin to converge and swarm toward them.
Using its will, it commanded all Cosmic Emperors to head into the chaos and the tide of dark beasts.
"Preserve the universe... let all be done to quell the chaos..."
---
In the universe plane, all Cosmic Emperors obeyed the order of the Void Administrator. Although they were sent into danger, no one dared to speak out.
The Void Administrator, while completely impartial, was an entity that would not listen to reason. Violating its words would not just result in a mere death but eternal punishment.
They still remembered those Cosmic Emperors who broke the taboo and opened the gate of the dark plane, resulting in the destruction of multiple galactic territories. The Void Administrator simply didn’t kill them but sealed them at the core of the universe, using their bodies to generate matter, souls to generate beings, and power to generate the elements and laws.
Having advanced to their level, such a punishment would not kill them, turning their experience into perpetual damnation that continued to expand the universe and provide vitality.
As for fighting against the Void Administrator? Unless they could or wanted to destroy the universe plane, they had better be obedient shepherds and protect the world.
The Void Administrator was not simply a special lifeform, but the will of the universe governing the void, laws, and elements. Standing on the same level was the Virtual Administrator, governing the soul, life, and matter.
Even as Cosmic Emperors overlooking the life of every being, ruling over countless planets and stars, they still needed to follow the words of the two supreme administrators above them.
---
Back at the Neon Star Alliance Territory, on the back of Tsuka, Nash slowly opened his eyes, feeling his power reach new heights.
"I finally advanced to a War Emperor..."
Clenching his fist, the spatial fabric suddenly exploded and cracked, sending the place around him into chaos.
Unable to fully control his strength, Nash didn’t dare to move. Opening his runic panel, a hint of bewilderment appeared on his face.

"This—it seemed my current runic system couldn’t fully detect my state."
After various iterations, the runic system was capable of digitizing an individual up to the tier 8 Realm. Yet because of the unknown mutation that let his primordial void and soul merge with his path, the current runic system’s identifier and calculations failed to gauge his strength.
"It seems I can’t get out of seclusion yet..."
Unable to move and see his current state, he returned to the runic space and began dealing with the aftermath. Fortunately, with 40,000 times acceleration, it shouldn’t take him too long.
Soon, he quickly mastered the new runic symbols and commands after his advancement. Turning toward his module system, he began a round of calibration and optimization, starting with the core runic module, the [Control Module System].
Integrated together with the module was the runic analysis function. Thus, as soon as he finished the modification and calibration, a new status panel appeared in his eyes.

From this moment on, he was no longer following the prescribed path. Besides virtualizing each law like the others, he needed to unify his void, soul, and path.
The primal void, primal soul, and the three supreme primordial laws were only partially unified. Despite all his efforts, he was only able to bring them to 10%. To advance to the next realm, he needed complete unification, fusing them until they became indistinguishable from one another.
"It’s still a long journey ahead..."
