I have a Multiversal Chat Room, so what?
Chapter 117 - 1 Million Years of KnowledgeNew Power Stone Goal! : 87/500 (For an extra Chapter)

"Did this motherfucker really put, ME, on hold?" Fury spat in, well, fury...
"Yes sir. All of our attempts at communicating with Drecarios have been deflected to one of his AI..." The agent paused to nervously glance at his boss before looking down at his iPad again. "Her name is Artemis and she is currently suspending all communication across the entirety of Shield’s network."
"How is she doing that...!?" The one eyed man asked, calmly.
"Well, every time we try to reach through the internet our servers are filled with memes. Here are some examples sir." The agent flicked his finger across the iPad screen, the holographic display nearby bringing those memes into focus.
Handsome Squidward was the first image to show up, followed by the surprised Pikachu Face. Then they started to cycle through short video memes, such as the ’Who are you?’ video and the ’Stop it, get some help’ meme. Then even more images started to filter in, with the largest percentage being the picture of a little girl smiling at the camera whilst a house burnt in the background.
"Get these off the fucking screen!" The pirate of Shield ordered sternly whilst several agents in the background were snickering at some of the memes and how pissed their boss was getting.

A flash of light quickly receded around me and my two girls as we emerged from the Chat Room’s teleportation function. I noticed a table in front of me filled with hundreds of designs that had alchemical symbols written across them. Several pieces of metal had been engraved with runic arrays that essentially tried to command the material it was imprinted upon to become harder and more heat resistant.
Barriss and Anna held onto the table for the first few moments until they shook away their dizziness. "That, was a hell of a rush..." My goth girl groaned out as she rubbed her right temple.
"Wouldn’t know since my immunity to headaches effects my equilibrium as well." I commented off-handily whilst looking around at the room.
It was a laboratory, grey concrete making up the walls, metal benches lining the walls, a databank for her research that was stuck in the corner of the room and of course a couch that was currently filled with Samantha who looked completely wiped out... Not to mention a little sunburnt.
"Glad you’re immune to it..." Anna snidely remarked as Barriss started walking around the room, looking at the various devices with a hint of curiosity. This Earth was behind even mine, so most of the devices must have been very primitive for her and thus historically intriguing.
"Heh." I scoffed before walking over to Samantha, kneeling next to her and lightly pushing her shoulder. She groaned in her sleep, her arms swatting ineffectually towards me as I gave a stronger tap once more.
"She’s out of it completely." Anna commented just as the doors to the lab opened, admitting Teal’c and Daniel Jackson, who stopped suddenly and stared at us in shock. My goth girl noticed where I was looking and rotated around to see the two new people.
I grinned at the other members of SG1. "Sup guys! I was asked by Samantha to come help O’Neill..." Waving towards them, I pushed Samantha again. This time her eyes fluttered open exhaustedly, dark rings circling her sockets.
"Mmm, oh, Elsa... Good to see you..." She yawned whilst trying to sit herself up on the couch.
"Good to see you too Sam. Oh, also, hey Daniel, Teal’c." Daniel gave a little hello after I spoke, whilst looking at Barriss who was circling around back towards me, her caution overriding her inquisitive nature at the unknown people in the room.
"It is good to see you again Drecarios." Teal’c intoned powerfully, the golden symbol of Anubis shifting ever so minutely as his face lifted from its usual placidness. I nodded towards him.
"Sooo... Are these new members of the ’Chat Room’?" Daniel queried.
"Nah, they’re my girlfriends. This is Rogue," Anna waved towards them, "And this is Barriss, who is also my apprentice." My apprentice gave a small grin before turning towards Samantha and channelling the force, healing her damaged skin and soothing her sore muscles.
"B-both of them?" Daniel asked in mild shock whilst Teal’c raised an eyebrow.
"Yep! It is not that uncommon throughout the Multiverse. Hell, there are entire universes out there that have ’protagonists’ with massive harems. Me having two girlfriends is small stuff in the oddities of existence." I explained whilst spreading my senses through the entire facility. There wasn’t anything I was really interested in.
"Intriguing..." Daniel murmured before shaking his head. "Anyway, we were coming here to see if Sam could identify what O’Neill has made..." This woke Samantha up fully as she sat upright and rose to her feet immediately.
"Yeah, I’ll come have a look." She said in subdued excitement as she slid her military coat over the top of her tank-top.
"We’ll come along as well, since I’m supposed to see if I can help him with the knowledge in his head." I said casually as Samantha charged out of the room. She was on a war path and wanted to do everything she could to help O’Neill, which was kind of adorable in a heroic way.
We all followed her lead and exited the room, Teal’c walking next to me at the back as we transited between concrete corridors and hallways.
"I have a question, if you would answer it, Drecarios." Teal’c inquired.
"Sure!" I jovially responded as I watched Barriss and Anna chat amiably with Samantha and Daniel, the latter of those two asking Barriss a slew of questions pertaining to her species and culture.
"I am concerned for my family..." He started tentatively, his tone strained, "And I was hoping that I could sequester them away. Is there any possibility of them being protected by the Chat Room or possibly yourself whilst I fight for the freedom of my people?" He asked in mild desperation that was only visible in the furrow of his brow and the small shine of self-hatred inside his eyes.
I didn’t answer immediately as I considered the full consequences of sheltering them. The mere fact that he had asked me, a relative stranger, to help him and his family was enough for me to feel sympathetic to his plight. Then there was also the fact that the man hated himself for leaving his family behind, it was eating away at him slowly... He was just too stubborn and disciplined to fully acknowledge it. After thirty seconds I looked the Jaffa directly in the eyes.
"If you would ask a stranger to aid you in such an endeavour than things must be truly bad for your family..." I spoke into the silence before continuing, "I would easily be able to give them a house, education and work. I’d be willing to do this for you since you look to be in need of the help..."
"I... would be in your debt." Teal’c declared solemnly, a hint of awe lining his voice.
"Nope, no debts. This is just me helping someone out in their time of need. Hell, I’ve got so much land and houses available to me you may just be helping me instead!" I laughed out as the Jaffa allowed a small smile to coil on his face.
"Thank you my friend." Teal’c said just as we came to a stop outside of a support lab, O’Neill and Frazer standing in the middle of the lab, looking at a strange-looking device. I waved off the stalwart man as O’Neill rubbed at his temples.
"Any progress on what it could be Dr. Frazer?" Daniel questioned worriedly, his gaze flickering between the device and his friend.
"No, I have no clue as to what it could be... I’ve made some more notes but it just makes very little sense." The doctor informed whilst passing a clipboard over to Daniel, who started reading.
Samantha walked past them both and examined the light-fixture-looking device. She started poking and prodding at it until O’Neill grabbed her hand and shook his head. It seemed he couldn’t speak?
"Can he speak?" I asked casually.
"Yes, but only in the language of the Lanteans. You helped us immensely with your translations..." Daniel said in embarrassment as we all turned to look at him.
"Oh, then this will be easy. O’Neill I can understand all languages and speak them, so feel free to speak to me." The colonel blinked a few times in my direction as I spoke, before speaking.
"I need to get the aid of the Asgard, they will be capable of rectifying my health back to its former state and erasing the knowledge inside my mind." He said in fluent Lantean.
I nodded and smiled in his direction before translating for everyone else. They were all blown away by my casual ability to just comprehend what he was saying, before Daniel started writing down the words that were spoken and connecting them to the recitation I gave him.
"What if I could help you right now? Hell, I could probably allow you to keep the information inside of your mind." I said in fluent Lantean.
"That would be a superior option. However, I caution experimenting upon me as I am in a state of heightened cognitive activity." O’Neill just didn’t sound like himself as we conversed in Lantean.
"All I would be doing is granting you a larger amount of Neurons and increasing the connections they can have by around 100 times." I informed whilst I extended my senses into his body, watching as his brain was brimming with energy. It was syphoning every single bit of fat and morsel of food into powering the process the Lantean device had started.
"That would be acceptable, however, I would like to know how you wish to accomplish this." O’Neill narrowed his eyes upon me, as if he were trying to read the intent behind my actions. I secretly copied the Ancient gene inside of him and added it to myself... It would come in handy when I reached Atlantis and absorbed the database there.
"I have a power over matter and energy that allows me to fundamentally alter and create atoms. This would be leveraged in copying the structure of your current neurons and then simply enhancing them by enhancing key elements of their structure." O’Neill nodded at my explanation.
"Good, you do have a plan. Very well, let us be done with this." He said flippantly, before sitting down on an office chair.
I shrugged and simply narrowed my focus onto his brain, using my own energy reserves to slowly add a denser version of Neuron that connected with his normal ones, providing a protein format for his body to slowly convert the rest. A normal Neuron could handle 10,000 connections at any given time, my new version would be capable of forming 1 million. From my calculations, this would be equivalent to the processing power and speed of Apollo in his sleep-mode. And with the amount I was giving him he could probably be considered half as powerful as my AI in memory retention.
He would have a distinct learning curve however as he can’t just download information from the internet and would need to learn anything new like everyone else. The Ancient Database on the other hand, would be a piece of cake for him.
His brain started to ’cool-down’ as the connections facilitated proper information retention and storage. The brain proper was settling down as the new neurons sparked intense reactions within his emotional and logical centres of his brain, allowing him to feel empathy, wrath and a whole slew of other emotions more intensely... On the other end of the spectrum he was would also be far more logical, as his spatial comprehension had spiked sharply upwards in capability.
"There we go." I said with a smile as O’Neill settled back into his chair, his eyes glazing over as he absorbed over 1 million years of information in seconds.
I was glad I tested this on him first as this was actually a change I was going to implement on myself soon enough. This was a perfect trial run for my own adaptation. A smile graced my lips as O’Neill finally snapped out of his miniature mind-coma and took a deep breath in. Opening his eyes he smiled towards his friends and companions.
"Sup folks, guess who’s back!" He sarcastically said before snapping up to his feet, his hand dropping on the miniature fusion reactor he had made. Yes I had scanned it and it was a very temporary generator that would die after a single dial outwards to another Galaxy.
"Jack...? Are you sure you’re fine?" Daniel asked anxiously.
"Yeah, I’m great, never been better... Hey, how about we all get some food? I’m in the mood for a burger, anyone else?" He chirpily asked, his body language showing how relaxed he was now.
I coughed into my hand to stop myself from laughing. Everyone else just looked at me as If I were just as insane as him, since Jack could apparently speak English again. None of them had understood our conversation, just the way I like it. ’Heheheheheh’.
"What did you do Drake?" Anna asked in confusion.
I shrugged. "I made him smarter, so he could handle the information." Frazer was staring at me as if I were some sort of god as I finished speaking.
"Yep! He gave me a bunch of enhanced neurons that connect to one another at a rate nearing one millions times per millisecond. He even added the proteins for the new Neurons that will allow my body to slowly replace my old neurons with the enhanced ones. I estimate the replacement process will finished after a few weeks..." Jack described his situation boredly. "So food?" Yeah, the old Jack was definitely there still.
"HE DID WHAT!?" Samantha yelled in outrage as everyone glared, except Barriss and Anna who were just sighing or rolling their eyes, you can guess who did which.
"Ouch, tone it down will yah? I just got all that stuffy Lantean language off my tongue and don’t need my ears blown out in addition." Jack stuck his pinkie-finger into his ear and gyrated it a few times before yanking it out and wiping it off on his uniform.
"Ah, sorry sir..." She said at a lower decibel but was still staring daggers at me.
"I’ll need you to come to medical and get a check up colonel, we can’t risk your health." Frazer stated before grabbing him by his arm and pulling him away as he cried out in frustration at the doctor’s orders.
"No, you won’t take me alive...!" He screeched from around the corner.
"Stop being a drama queen, or I’ll use the anal needle to get your bloods." Frazer said menacingly, which drew whimpers from the grown man.
I couldn’t help but guffaw at the chaotic exit of the doctor and my former patient, their theatrical display continuing down the corridor before fading around a corner.
’Man my life is hilarious!’ I cackled inside my own mind before a sense of unease suffused my mind.
Turning around I saw Samantha staring me down with her arms crossed below her breasts and an air of annoyance surrounding her.
’oops, may have pissed her off...’ I looked towards Barriss and Anna, expecting help from them. Instead I only got raised brows and a smug grin.
’Well, fuck.’
