Infinite Cashback: My God-Tier Cashback System

Chapter 203: System... You Really Understand Me

The three of them drove to San Fierro University.

Throughout the journey, Trish chatted excitedly, asking one question after another.

It was only natural. This was the university where she would spend the next four years of her life, the campus she had dreamed of attending for as long as she could remember. Being able to step through its gates felt like the perfect reward for all those years of studying and hard work.

A prestigious university might not guarantee a successful career anymore, but it certainly opened more doors than most.

Of course, with Luca around, Trish would never have to worry about finding a job.

In fact, he had already decided that once she started university, she’d spend every summer interning at one of his companies.

It wasn’t because he expected her to take over the business.

He simply wanted his little sister to grow into a capable woman like Vivienne.

If she eventually became strong enough to manage the company herself, he could hand everything over without a second thought.

Then he’d finally be free to leave business behind and spend his days traveling the world with his wives.

He’d been raised by his parents as a child.

Maybe, when he got older, he’d let his younger sister take care of him instead.

Honestly...

That didn’t sound bad at all.

He could even bring Lisa along, letting the two girls look after their hopeless older brother together.

Now that’s what I’d call reaching the peak of life.

Meanwhile, poor Trish had no idea her beloved brother had already planned out the next few decades of her future.

Sitting in the back seat, she listened with sparkling eyes as Vivienne recounted how she’d outsmarted Benjamin Caldwell.

The more she listened, the more excited she became.

She even started imagining Luca giving her a small company one day so she could experience life as a female CEO.

That would be so cool!

The Bentley Saamour Vivienne was riding in today was the one she usually used for business meetings and corporate negotiations.

As the car passed through the gates of San Fierro University without stopping for registration, Luca couldn’t help raising an eyebrow.

"You’ve been here before?"

Vivienne glanced at him through the rearview mirror before rolling her eyes.

"If you paid even a little attention to company affairs, you wouldn’t have to ask."

As she spoke, she remembered how Luca rarely attended meetings.

Aside from the first meeting, where he’d helped her deal with Benjamin, every meeting afterward followed the same pattern.

If he wasn’t dozing off...

He was secretly giving her a foot massage beneath the conference table.

Admittedly, it was exciting.

She even enjoyed it sometimes.

Still...

This man really had no sense of responsibility when it came to work.

Thinking about it, she wasn’t surprised he’d fallen asleep during meetings at both Octaveo Pharmaceutical and Hale-Viv Conglomerate.

When it came to business...

Luca had completely given up.

If Vivienne ever discovered that he possessed a system capable of rewarding him with cashback and critical-hit bonuses...

She’d probably be even more speechless.

After all, even the system had acknowledged his laziness.

He was too lazy to spend money.

And people still expected him to work?

What kind of joke was that?

...

"Bro, let’s park the car and walk around!"

Finally arriving at her dream university, Trish had no intention of simply driving through campus before leaving.

Luca smiled.

"Sure."

After parking, the three wandered around without any particular destination.

From the parking lot...

To the cafeteria...

Past the sports field...

And around the artificial lake...

More than an hour passed, yet they’d explored less than half the campus because they kept stopping to admire everything they saw.

"Bro..." Trish groaned, bending over with both hands on her knees.

"This place is huge!"

Her legs were already aching.

Seeing how exhausted she looked, Luca pointed ahead.

"There’s a covered corridor with an art exhibition. Let’s sit there for a while."

"I agree!"

For the first time that day, Trish accepted his suggestion without hesitation.

Her excitement had finally been defeated by sore muscles.

The three sat down in a pavilion built along the center of the gallery corridor.

A few minutes later, Luca returned carrying a tote bag filled with bottled drinks.

"Wow!"

Trish’s eyes lit up.

"You’re the best!"

She immediately grabbed a bottle of soda, twisted off the cap, and drank several large gulps.

Vivienne, meanwhile, sipped her drink with her usual elegance.

[ Ding! The host spent $1 on a woman and received a Critical Hit Reward: God-Tier Performance Pack ×7! ]

[ The reward has been placed inside Blue Aloevera Villa. Please claim it at your convenience. ]

"..."

Luca stared blankly.

’Performance packs?’

For a moment, he didn’t even know where to begin complaining.

Then he silently counted.

Vivienne.

Sophie.

Naomi.

Arabella.

Cecelia.

Amelia.

And...

One more.

Seven.

Luca briefly wondered why it was seven instead of six.

’System... you really understand me.’

’If they all came at me at once...’

He shuddered.

No thanks.

Two at the same time was already pushing his luck.

Three was probably his absolute limit.

As for anything beyond that...

Absolutely impossible.

Especially Cecelia.

She practically counted as three people by herself.

That woman had endless tricks and was easily the boldest among them.

By now, Trish had recovered enough energy to wander through the exhibition.

She crouched in front of every painting that caught her attention, snapping photos whenever she found one she liked.

Not far away, Luca and Vivienne remained seated.

Their hands rested casually on the bench between them, their little fingers quietly hooked together as they enjoyed the peaceful afternoon.

Suddenly, Trish’s excited voice echoed down the corridor.

"Bro! Come quick!"

She pointed excitedly at one of the paintings.

"The man in this painting looks just like you!"

Vivienne heard her as well.

She slowly opened her eyes and looked sideways at Luca.

"Is it really you?"

Luca rubbed the bridge of his nose.

"...I have a feeling I already know who painted it."

For some reason, he was almost certain it was Arabella’s work.

Probably another version of the sketch she’d drawn at South Park a few days ago.

Walking over together, Luca only needed a single glance.

He didn’t even bother checking the signature.

He already knew he’d guessed correctly.

He owned a sketch that looked almost identical.

The difference was that this version had been fully colored.

The painting showed Arabella lying sick in bed while he sat beside her, quietly watching over her until he eventually fell asleep by her side.

Apparently, she’d painted another version and submitted it for the exhibition.

It’s title read:

Spring Ashes

"Every flower that blooms for love must one day learn how to fade."

Trish admired the painting before turning to Luca.

"Bro, this senior painted the person she loves."

Luca let out a helpless sigh.

Sometimes he genuinely couldn’t tell whether his little sister was innocent...

Or deliberately trying to expose him.

"That was a great observation."

He looked at her with a straight face.

"Please don’t make it again."

The moment she saw his expression, Trish realized she’d stepped on another landmine.

Again.

She was running out of excuses.

She didn’t need to think very hard to reach the answer.

This senior named Arabella...

No...

She should probably start calling her Sister Arabella.

And if she was one of her brother’s girlfriends...

She had to be another breathtaking beauty.

After all, every woman around Luca seemed unbelievably gorgeous.

Still...

This was getting ridiculous.

What exactly was her brother trying to do?

She remembered how devoted he’d been to Vanessa back then.

He hadn’t been like this at all.

Do people really reveal their true selves once they become rich?

Did he just completely let himself go?

Luca could only sigh helplessly.

All he’d ever wanted was to give every woman he loved a happy home.

Was that really so wrong?

How could he possibly be blamed for that?
