A roar was a promise of violence. A spoken word was a promise of comprehension, a signal that the monster understands exactly what it is destroying.
The colossal jaws of THE Sundered Scion closed around Noah!
There was no time to step through the unseen layers. There was no margin to call upon the Weft or fold space. The nine gold eyes locked onto him and simply asserted that his existence was caught.
Noah did not attempt to dodge as he raised both hands, pushing the absolute maximum output of his PONDUS outward, commanding his 200 Decillion Provenance Telos Quarks to hold the line against a creature whose Dimensionality defied the Records!
BOOM!
The collision occurred.
Cracks spiderwebbed across the air. The physical space of THE Serenaros shattered into absolute white static.
Noah’s Quintessential Provenance Skin tore open.
His forearms fractured under a conceptual weight that carried the mass of ten thousand Observable Existences pressing down onto a single point. Crimson gold blood laced with stellar blue light sprayed across the rusted mountains. The agony was instantaneous and absolute, a blinding physical trauma that sought to unravel his Trueness at the root!
He was being chewed by an abomination!
But he did not break.
The moment his blood spilled from malicious foreign authority, hus existence elevated violently in direct proportion to the injury!
The more his pristine flesh tore, the more tyrannical his generation became. His Infinite Sanguine Mana erupted in a blinding crimson tide, forcing the crushing jaws open just a fraction of an inch.
A quiet, devastating voice cut through the violence.
"A beast that lectures on humanity understands neither death nor life."
Descartes stood on the ground far below. The old philosopher did not raise his voice, yet his words bypassed the deafening destruction and struck the conceptual foundation of the Scion.
Descartes applied...Methodological Doubt directly to the beast’s bite.
THE Continuum Paradox rejects the sensory reality of the jaws.
He dictates that the physical extension of the Scion’s teeth cannot be proven true. He doubts the bite.
Existence was forced to agree with the philosopher. The colossal, obsidian crimson jaws clamping down on Noah suddenly lost their physical density. The crushing kinetic force vanished, turning the teeth into hollow, harmless shadows passing harmlessly through Noah’s body.
Noah dropped from the sky, landing heavily on the ground.
He breathed out, his blood immediately flowing backward to stitch his fractured forearms together. He looked up at the towering abomination.
The Scion did not roar in frustration as it simply adapted.
If its physical bite was denied by philosophy, it would weaponize its architecture!
WAA!
The obsidian crimson flesh of the nine-eyed titan pulsed. For the first time, the absolute darkness of its hide shifted, revealing the anatomy of its making.
Running down the center of its colossal chest, wrapping around its incorrectly jointed limbs, were thick, blindingly bright seams of pure white authority.
THE Argent Loom.
The architects had not birthed this creature naturally. Noah could begin to theorize and see glimpses!
Glimpses of what an Immense One had done!
They had taken the unfathomable blood of an Immense One and forcibly stitched it to the unyielding core of a Provenance Lifeform, using the pristine white threads of the Argent Loom to hold the incompatible truths together.
"Now that...is a contradiction," Descartes announced, his sharp eyes reading the blinding seams. "Two things forced into one skin, held by the strings of its masters. It is not whole."
WAA!
The Scion moved.
Its nine flat gold eyes glowed with a sickening, heavy light, and it unleashed multiple Provenance Causes simultaneously.
A Cause slammed down upon the courtyard, seeking to freeze the kinetic motion of everything below. A Cause followed immediately, painting the air a dull, dead gray that turned everything into drifting ash.
The sheer scale of the bombardment was catastrophic. It was the brute-force extermination tactic of an entity that did not need to aim!
Noah’s endlessly blue eyes turned cold.
Philosophy alone would not endure an endless barrage of raw architect mass. Brute force would only shatter against a Dimensionality that sat completely outside the established frameworks.
Noah needed to change the rules of the engagement.
He reached into his own depth and activated a mantle he had kept completely hidden from many.
THE Meta-Fictional Protagonist Mantle has been invoked.
You assert narrative dominance over the immediate domain.
Noah raised his healed hand, his Sanguine Mana flaring as he began to write the reality of the battle.
"A monster built by others always carries the flaw of its makers," Noah declared. "It attacks blindly because it believes its power requires no precision."
The Trope of the Arrogant Goliath is authored.
You dictate that the Scion’s overwhelming bombardment lacks focus. Probability bends to enforce the narrative.
The gray wave of a Provenance Cause tore through the courtyard, annihilating everything in its path. But because Noah had authored the trope into existence, the wave split precisely around him and Descartes and two Paradoxes.
The destruction leveled the mountains behind them, yet left them standing perfectly untouched in a narrow sliver of spared reality!
The Scion tilted its massive head. Its cold gold eyes narrowed.
It recognized the narrative interference. The white seams of THE Argent Loom across its body flared violently, actively combating Noah’s authorial control!
THE Sundered Scion utilizes THE Argent Loom and multiple unknown Provenance Causes to reassert the literal reality of its power.
Narrative Override contested.
BOOM!
The backlash of the contested narrative struck Noah directly in the chest!
Pain! Shockingly, he felt actual pain as it wss surreal!
He coughed up a mouthful of stellar blood, his ribs fracturing under the impossible strain of arguing with an Immense One’s direct design!
Provenance Causes! Were these the study and product of THE Immense Ones like THE Sleepless Fiend?! Did thid thing Generate its own Causes, or were they false and instilled in it?
Noah only had such a thought as the battle degenerated into a brutal, grueling meat-grinder.
There was no elegance to the exchange. The Scion brought down one of its massive, spear-like claws. Descartes stepped forward, his face pale with exertion, and applied his unique power to the limb.
He forcibly separated the Scion’s intent to strike from the physical matter of the arm, causing the colossal spear-claw to veer wildly off course and impale the ground miles away.
But the Scion simply ripped the limb free, THE Argent Loom stitching the metaphysical tear back together in an instant.
It fired beams of pure, concentrated Loom-light fused with unknown Provenance Causes from its nine eyes.
Noah answered with Sanguine Blood Drops. He manifested millions of event horizons, stacking them into a dense, crimson gold shield. The white beams struck the shield, and the two authorities ground against each other in a deafening, reality-tearing screech!
The heat of the exchange boiled the purple gold clouds above them away completely.
Noah’s arms shook. His skin cracked and healed in a continuous, agonizing loop!
This fight was one of the worst ones as the enemy he faced exceeded him in almost all ways!
The fight pushed his POTENTIA to staggering heights, allowing him to endure impacts that would have instantly erased a Descendant like Mahishasura.
He was bleeding heavily. His crimson gold robes were shredded.
Descartes was faring no better. The old philosopher’s immaculate robes were scorched. Blood dripped from his nose as he continuously weaponized a weaving Noah affirmed as a Cogito to prevent the Scion’s aura of Existential Terminus from snuffing out their lives.
Cogito, meaning I Think! Descartes continued to think to ensure they werent snuffed out as after some time...
"The seams!" Descartes shouted over the roar of the destruction. "The white threads. They are the only thing keeping it from tearing itself apart!"
Noah heard the philosopher. He analyzed the towering abomination through the blood pouring into his eyes.
The bloody way.
To kill a Provenance Lifeform, one must divide its truth and make it the murderer and the murdered at once.
Noah dropped his defensive posture. He allowed a glancing blow from the Scion’s tail to smash into his side, shattering his hip and launching him into the air. He used the violent momentum to carry himself directly toward the colossal chest of the beast.
He ignored the pain. He ignored the alarm bells screaming across his 200 Decillion Quarks.
He extended his right hand, condensing his Infinite Sanguine Mana and the absolute weight of his VERITAS into a single, razor-thin blade of crimson gold light.
He did not aim for the obsidian crimson flesh. He aimed exclusively for the blinding white seams of THE Argent Loom holding the chest together.
THE Meta-Fictional Protagonist Mantle is pushed to the absolute limit.
You author The Trope of the Fatal Flaw.
You dictate that the architect’s binding is brittle.
Noah crashed into the chest of the abomination.
He drove the Sanguine blade directly into the thickest seam of white thread.
"I AM!" Noah roared, unleashing the foundational Letter of his Tongue directly into the wound.
CRACK!
The sound was not loud, but it resonated with a catastrophic finality.
The Sanguine blade severed the primary knot of THE Argent Loom.
The reaction was instantaneous and apocalyptic. Without the white threads forcing compliance completely, the Immense blood and the Sovereign blood within the Scion recognized each other as foreign, incompatible truths.
The abomination shrieked!
It was a sound of pure, unadulterated agony. The Scion stopped attacking Noah and Descartes entirely. Its massive spear-claws reached up, tearing at its own chest as the two conflicting authorities inside its body began to wage a war of mutual annihilation!
Obsidian crimson blood erupted from the severed seam in a geyser that painted the sky.
The Scion staggered backward, its nine eyes rolling wildly as its generation turned on itself. It was destroying half of what it was to save the other half.
Noah fell back toward the courtyard, landing in a ruined heap of shattered metal and rusted ash. He did not bother standing up immediately. He simply lay there, breathing heavily, his Provenance slowly mending his ruined bones.
"Fuck!"
He couldn’t help but curse in pain and frustration as today, he may have very well died!
Descartes walked over to him slowly. The philosopher wiped the blood from his own face, his unfathomable eyes fixed on the shrieking, self-mutilating titan thrashing in the distance.
The beast was not dead. Its Dimensionality was too vast to collapse from a single severed seam. But it was severely wounded, fully occupied with its own internal civil war.
They had taken an impossible executioner sent by the architects, and they had made it bleed.
Noah spat a mouthful of blood onto the rusted ground. He looked up at the old philosopher, his eyes burning with a cold, exhausted tyranny as this old man said...
"We are thinking things,we just have to outhink this ridiculous beast a bit more to ensure its collapse. Ready?"
