Tyler rushed his way back to his apartment and asked the receptionist if there was someone to talk to about the three bedroom luxury apartment opening. She asked him to have a seat. He waited five minutes until an attractive woman called him to her office.

"Hello Tyler, I’m Cindy. So, you’re looking to upgrade?"

"Yes but I also already paid a yearly lease. How would that work?"

"Well, our current situation is unique. We don’t typically have openings in the middle of a school year but two of the third year students renting their apartment dropped out after taking jobs, leaving the one student unable to afford the place. We could adjust your 12,000 credit down payment for a year to the 35,000 credit payment, adjust the differences and if he’s willing, you two could essentially switch."

"How long would it take to clean the place and such?"

She lightly laughed. "Just a day Mr. Rask. We have trained mages to make the cleaning, sanitizing and moving process easy. If you’d like, for an additional 8,000 credits, we can replace the bedding and furniture for you."

"Yes, I’d like that please. I’m willing to move in this weekend if you can make that happen."

"Let me call the student. Hang tight."

Tyler sat nervously in the room hoping he’d get good news. He loved his apartment but it was too small. His girlfriends deserved an additional bathroom or two, realizing he forgot to ask how many it had.

Cindy returned smiling.

"Ok, so you’ll be temporarily moved to a hotel Friday October 31st. He’s willing to switch. You’ve paid 3 months rent at 1000 credits, so $9,000 will go toward your new down payment. Would you like to pay monthly?"

"Can we just sign and finalize it today? I have the money." Tyler smiled.

"Absolutely. Let me draw it up."

It only took her about five minutes and Tyler read over everything carefully and had his system verify that everything looked good. Once he got the ok, he transferred 40,000 from his system to his bank, signed and gave her his card.

"So you’ll be paying 34,000 credits. I will give you a call when everything is ready. Is there any damage to your place?"

"No. If there’s anything wrong just let me know."

"Great! Your new apartment will be on the first floor. It’s apartment 3 in the back. It’s our most expensive apartment. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub, a large living area, full kitchen, dining room, office and I think you will enjoy it. Who else shall I put down on the lease?"

"Amanda LaFleur, Sophie Grace, Kass Whitmore." Tyler said with a fully blushed face.

"Aw, Ms. Grace is wonderful. She did give me notice she may be moving out and she didn’t mind leaving her deposit for her roommate. You’re a lucky man!"

"Thanks!" Tyler said. "Do you need them to sign?"

"If you could have them swing by after classes, that would be good, yes. I’ll leave it with our receptionist," Cindy smiled.

"If you have any problems, let me know but I assure you we’ve never received a complaint from your new apartment!"

Tyler thanked her and texted the girls.

"We move in Saturday so start packing! It’s on me don’t offer to pay for it please. Stop by later and sign with the receptionist. Love you all!"

"Yay! Love you, thank you!" Amanda replied.

"You’re too good to us. I love you babe. I’m excited @Kass and @Amanda aren’t you?!"

"Sure am!" Amanda responded.

’Where the hell is Kass?! She’s like a ghost today!’ Tyler frowned.

"Match Ms. Whitmore!" Professor Smith said to the applause of no one, but Kass didn’t care. She was now 4-0 and officially B ranked.

"One more to go and I’ll make this tournament. Then we have to coach Amanda through them or have her do duo duels,’ she thought eagerly while rushing to a kiosk to check to see if there were any matches available for her.

"Yes! One more is ready!" She muttered excitedly and signed up.

’I need to grab some food capsules and a mana potion.’ She thought while making her way to the infirmary. The nurse gladly handed her two food capsules and two mana potions. She swallowed the food capsules with a mana potion and tucked one in her belt. She was glad Professor Sanju excused her for the rest of her classes. She was determined to place highly.

She made her way to the dojo which was packed with students again. This time she was surprised to see Tyler waiting for her.

"There you are," he smiled while jogging over to her and giving her a big hug and kiss.

"I wanted to surprise you! How did you know?" She smiled while hugging and kissing him several times. "You’re always thinking about us. You’re incredible, I love you!"

"How could I not hear about it? I was walking back to class after getting our new apartment and saw a large group of students headed this way talking about a first year demon storming through placements. I wonder who that badass could be?" He said genuinely while winking at the end.

"Wait, you actually bought us an apartment?!" She gasped, blushed and was excited.

"Check your phone silly. You need to sign today after classes."

She nodded and read through all the messages while covering her mouth.

"Just got caught up. I love all of you so much this is going to be amazing!"

Tyler smiled and told her to go win.

"If your charm doesn’t work, what’s your plan?" He whispered anxiously.

"Just enjoy the show, I got this!" She kissed him on the cheek and strutted toward the center in her Karategi when Tyler noticed the color of her belt.

’She has a brown belt?!’ He smirked. ’I bet she could easily push herself to a black belt too. She keeps surprising me and her ass looks so good in that uniform!’

"Alright ladies and gentlemen we have B ranked Ms. Whitmore in her final placement match vs A ranked 522 Ms. Anderson. You both know the rules. 3-2-1 BEGIN!" A Professor Tyler didn’t recognize yelled.

Kass’ opponent threw up several Earth walls expecting a charm but that was exactly what Tyler’s girlfriend anticipated and wanted to happen. She shot forward like a bullet, expanded to around 11 feet and leapt over the wall, kicking her opponent to the ground with her metallic claws drawn at her throat.

"Move and you’re dead." Kass shouted.

The students in the higher seats erupted in laughter, but they weren’t laughing at Kass. They were laughing because of what she said knowing the official couldn’t see what was going on before the walls crumbled down.

"Match Ms. Whitmore!"

Tyler wanted to take a picture but didn’t see anyone else doing it so he figured it must be against the rules. He watched Kass shrink and help her opponent up.

"Well played. I thought for sure you’d use your demon art."

Kass smiled. "Thanks, sorry about the taunting. I just wanted the professor to know it was over. Good luck to you!"

She ran over and jumped on a welcoming Tyler who kissed her and twirled her around.

"I knew you were a badass. That was hot. If we’re quick we can make it back to my place before next period."

"Let me get my ranking and I’m a sweaty mess!"

"I don’t care. You’re still sexy and we can be quick."

Kass smirked and ran back over to the center.

"Kass, your official ranking is 222!" The Professor announced and the crowd applauded.

"Thank you!" She said as she ran to Tyler and the two of them bolted to his apartment for a quickie. They didn’t bother with the bedroom and Kass pulled him over by the couch, turned around, slid off her pants and panties and bent over, resting her arms on the side of the couch cushion.

"We have 20 minutes before our next class so hurry up and get me wet." She teased.

He loved tasting her every time and it didn’t take long. Once she was ready, he made sure to let her orgasm first before finishing.

After they were done, they took a quick shower and Tyler told her how proud of her he was. She was happy and let him know she was excused from class and would relax at his place. He ran out of his apartment after kissing her.

"You are such a lucky bastard," Adam smirked.

"Huh? Why?" Tyler laughed.

Tyler was glad his best friend never pried or asked who.
