Chapter 1664: Thunder Beast

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy paid no heed, floating above aimlessly. He would rather hang here forever than face the demon Qin Yi.

At this moment, Hei Shan came over with a basin of water.

Qin Yi instructed him to place the basin on the ground and then ordered someone to fetch a stool.

Soon after, he removed his shoes and socks and began to soak his feet.

"Little Red, do you want to come down and soak your feet? Let me tell you, soaking your feet has many benefits. It’s simply the healthiest thing ever."

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy pretended not to hear.

After soaking his feet, Qin Yi put on his shoes and socks, then looked up at the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy and smiled, "Are you coming down or not?"

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy snorted coldly.

Qin Yi shrugged, "Well, it’s your choice not to come down."

With that, he picked up the wooden basin and directly splashed the foot washing water at the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy.

"Ah..."

A high-pitched scream erupted, and the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy turned pale, snapping the rope in his hand as he shot out a hundred meters away, glaring at Qin Yi with lingering fear.

Qin Yi smirked mischievously, "Weren’t you the one who refused to come down?"

He had long noticed that the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy had a severe obsession with cleanliness; he didn’t believe he wouldn’t come down. Besides, ordinary people wouldn’t like being splashed with foot washing water.

"Black Saint Netherworld Envoy, can you be any more disgusting?"

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy was shaking with rage.

Qin Yi’s mouth curved up slightly, "Look, you came down. Should we discuss the Hundred Herbs Wine now?"

"No," the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy angrily shouted.

"One jar."

"Not a drop."

Qin Yi chuckled softly, "It’s alright, I never impose on others. So, how about I drown you in the foot basin?"

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy’s hair stood on end.

Hei Shan and the others were also dumbfounded; this Black Saint Netherworld Envoy was simply a living demon.

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy turned around and fled; he believed Qin Yi would definitely do what he said; this guy was fearless, unrestrained.

Qin Yi huffed, "Run, do you think you can escape?"

Qin Yi was about to pursue when Hei Shan called out, "Netherworld Envoy, your subordinate has something to report?"

"Make it quick! I need to chase Little Red."

Hei Shan gestured to the Crack Mountain Netherworld Envoy and Purgatory Netherworld Envoy hanging in the air, urgently saying, "Netherworld Envoy, should we let them down? They’ve been hanging for several days and are about to give out."

"Oh, aren’t they still alive? Then let them continue hanging."

He finished speaking and directly turned away.

Hei Shan sighed slightly, looked up at the two hanging above, and thought to himself: I’ve done my best. Who told you to provoke such a demon; seek your own blessings now.

Qin Yi arrived at the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy’s door, directly pushed it open, and burst in, only to find no one.

This guy must be hiding.

"Hiding, do you think you can hide?"

Qin Yi chuckled, "Since you want to play hide-and-seek with me, I’m free, so I’ll play with you."

Qin Yi refrained from using Divine Thought, searching layer by layer.

From the fourth floor down to the ship’s hold, the entire flying ship was in chaos, but he still couldn’t find the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy.

Where did this guy hide?

Feeling frustrated, Qin Yi returned to his room.

Upon entering, he noticed something amiss... the teacup on the table had traces of use, though he hadn’t used it, and others wouldn’t dare to.

Heh... hidden under the light; this guy sure is cunning.

Qin Yi turned around and stepped outside, ready to break into the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy’s room, when suddenly, there was a boom, and the ship tilted as though it were going to capsize.

Immediately, the deck was filled with noise.

A Black Armor Warrior came running, panic-stricken, "Netherworld Envoy, Captain Hei Shan requests you on the deck; we’re under Thunder Beast attack."

Thunder Beast?

What nonsense?

Qin Yi didn’t understand yet, when he saw the door open, the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy swiftly emerging and heading for the deck.

Qin Yi hesitated momentarily, then followed.

"Old ghost, what’s a Thunder Beast?"

The Evil Lord said, "It’s said to be a fierce beast living in the Thunder Zone, very rare; I haven’t seen one myself."

Qin Yi’s eyes lit up; he focused on four words... very rare.

Things are valuable when they’re scarce.

Which means the Thunder Beast is very valuable.

"Boom!"

At this moment, as though something crashed into the ship, the entire flying ship almost capsized.

Qin Yi’s expression changed slightly as he arrived on the deck.

"Netherworld Envoy."

Seeing Qin Yi, Hei Shan couldn’t help but exhale a breath of relief.

"We’ve been attacked by a Thunder Beast; I urge you to act, I’m afraid the ship can’t withstand its collisions."

Qin Yi didn’t ask what a Thunder Beast was. As a Netherworld Envoy, not knowing about Thunder Beasts would easily raise suspicion.

He looked around but didn’t see the so-called Thunder Beast.

"Here it comes again."

A Black Armor Warrior shouted loudly.

Qin Yi turned his head to look and saw a huge black shadow charging at the ship, using the weak light emitted by the Great Array Barrier.

Goodness, the size of this shadow was no smaller than the ship.

"Bang!"

The shadow slammed into the ship fiercely, the ship spun in place, ripples surged on the Great Array Barrier with several cracks appearing.

So powerful... Even a ninth-level array barrier can be cracked; this Thunder Beast rivals a strong figure with an Absolute Domain.

"Steady, hold steady, adjust the ship’s head, don’t let the ship stray off course, or we’ll get lost in the Storm Zone and all die."

Hei Shan shouted in panic.

The ship was in chaos, everyone panicking.

"Hei Shan." Qin Yi called out.

Hei Shan ran over, "Netherworld Envoy, do you have a solution?"

"Isn’t there anything on this ship to deal with Thunder Beasts?"

Qin Yi also saw that this ship couldn’t withstand the Thunder Beast’s crashes.

Hei Shan panicked, "Netherworld Envoy, I’ve crossed the Storm Zone countless times and never encountered a Thunder Beast before. There’s no equipment on the ship to deal with it."

"Damn..."

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy coldly said, "Even if equipped, it would be useless; the Thunder Power outside can easily tear a person to pieces; who would dare go out."

"Bang!"

The enormous shadow hit the ship again, cracking sounds continued, the barrier cracks spreading, the ship spinning in place.

Everyone turned pale, horrified.

"Ten jars of Hundred Herbs Wine, and I’ll handle the Thunder Beast."

Seeing this, Qin Yi took the opportunity to negotiate with the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy for Hundred Herbs Wine.

"The Thunder Beast is outside, are you going out to face it?"

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy scoffed.

Qin Yi smiled cheerfully, "Leave that to me; I’ll drive away the Thunder Beast, and you give me ten jars of Hundred Herbs Wine."

The Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy sneered, "Fine, if you can drive away the Thunder Beast, I’ll give you ten jars."

"Deal." Qin Yi chuckled.

Actually, whether or not the Red Lotus Netherworld Envoy agreed, Qin Yi would still have to act. He couldn’t just watch as the ship was destroyed; without the ship, lost in the Storm Zone with no direction, he wouldn’t know when he’d be able to rescue Lang Ya and the others.

"Hei Shan, open a gap in the barrier and let me out."

Hei Shan stared agape at Qin Yi, "Netherworld Envoy, you, you said you want to, to go, out?"

Hei Shan’s tongue tied in knots, thinking he must have misheard.
