So, how could he not be tempted. Each time he felt that he had hit a snag in his journey, he would sometime remembered that scene of Azul. And he would be tempted to follow his path.

But it is precisely because he forgets the lives, that he could not follow.

This is not a sign of dislike by Azul. This is a great favour.

In the end, even if he follows Azul path....whether he could reach it till the end is doubtful.

And even if he could reach it to the end, would the path that he follows....is the path he wanted to walk on?

Probably not.

What Azul wanted and what he wanted is different.

And so, when the desire is different the path is different

Azief sighs.

His thoughts had gone on so many tangents but only a second had passed. He did not forget what he and Sina is talking about.

His mind just wander.

If Wang Jian and Sasha could have remained good colleague, Azief would not try to make that relationship strained.

That would be the best.

There would not need be intrigues and plots between these two factions.

Azief paused for a moment

"But some people does not understand pain unless they themselves feels this pain. Some people revel in this pain they inflicted upon others. The more pain they inflict, the gleeful they become. Some is corrupted by this pain. They believe that if they were the one inflicting the pain, they would be painless. But there is always a backlash"

Azief paused again. He thought of something. Something dark. He knew not all people pay their crimes.

In the world before the fall, some people seems immune to this backlash.

The elites and the powerful.

Only fate, destiny, life and death would be their backlash. This thoughts only appears in his mind for a second before he focused back on his conversation with Sina

"Wang Jian, Sasha and the people below them. All of them wanted to wage war. All of them wanted power and influence. I simply let them duke it out with each other so they could see for themselves whether what they are doing is right or not. And to solve the doubts they had."

Sian still did not understand what Azief is trying to do. Azief look at Sina face and he shakes his head

Then Azief suddenly said

"I will resurrect them after all of this over

Resurrect.

It is one thing that Sina did not expect

That word send a jolt all over Sina body

And then her eyes narrows.

It took her a moment before she suddenly understood what Azief wanted to do.

And then she understood.

Everything that happens before, everything that she knew suddenly seems like a movie to her in her mind.

The words, the orders, the action and behaviour of Azief...Everything fall into place and she gasped .

and she stands up and she pointed her fingers at Azief.

Her eyes shows fear.

Others does not understand.

Not even Katarina.

Katarina knew that Azief wanted to use the mines below to resurrect the dead.

But she did not really understood what it means and what it signifies.

She did not know.

Azief made sure she did not know before he shares about his plan.

That was intentional on his part.

Because if she knew, she might not let it do it.

But Sina....Sina knows many things.

She has many friends and with many friends you have many knowledge.

And she is also dating Loki

And that guy knows a lot of secrets. Some he would share and some he would keep it close to heart.

So, she knows what Azief meant

Sina hand is trembling as she pointed toward Azief.

And then she put her pointing finger down and close her eyes and her chest is heaving up and down.

She herself did not know what she is feeling right now.

Is it anger?

Is it fear?

Or is it a mix of both.

Excitement and anxiety.

All of this feeling seems to be mixed right now

She understood now why Azief allow so much killings.

He wanted those two to learn. Though, this might not be the real reason. Not the most important reason

After all, there is many other ways Azief could employ if he simply wanted those two to learn.

Sina herself had realize that this is not the problem of those two but the problem of the factions.

Even if there is someone else siting in that position, things might turn out exactly the same.

There is interest behind those two and when it reached to a certain point, whoever sits in that position that Wang Jian and Sina is sitting, without Death Monarch to arbitrate, even they would be in the same situation as Wang Jian and Sina today.

This is a fighting of interest, of one righteousness against other people righteousness.

Azief intention is probably also to lure out people that have treacherous intention with this matter.

The more people that could be rooted out, the better.

Azief want to clean house.

And he wanted those people behind all of this, those that fuel and those that urges Wang Jian and Sasha to learn. He wanted dark forces to try to come out and at the same time he wanted to awe the world.

The fact that he wanted to awe the world, means he wanted to go into seclusion again.

The fact he is cleaning house is because he intends to leave it. This is not the first time Azief clean his house. And each time he did, he would go to someplace else and would not be seen in the world for quite some times

Sina sighed
