In some worlds of the Three Thousand Realm, the Jade dynasty rules three thousand worlds.

And in those three thousand worlds there is all kinds of lifeforms.

There are Beastmen, Monsters, demons and even ghosts

Most of the beast and monster that is on Earth right now, are mindless.

And when Azief said mindless, it was a creature born of energy.

They derived their emotions from instinct.

To them, humans are food.

To them they are not doing anything wrong.

They are hungry. And in hunger, they eat.

Humans could be eaten.

So, they eat humans.

Some did not eat humans.

Not because they couldn’t but because there is no need

And for humans like him who are hard to kill and harder to approach, even these mindless beast and monsters have the instinct of avoiding harm and seeking the easy prey

And the monsters that appears later, evolved because of the energy of heaven and earth. So, they retain their animal instinct and desire.

Azief knows that there is one dog in one of the large continents near the Japan Empire, that have a dog guarding a mountain of bones.

This dog itself is the size of mount Everest.

Near the radius of this dog, there is many human settlements.

Why?

Because this dog, is quite friendly.

He likes to be coddled and he likes to be patted in the head.

But he would get angry if someone tries to step onto his mountain of bones.

That bones belonged to the monsters he had killed and eaten.

And so, he created a mound of bones.

Probably that is just his instinct.

But precisely because there is a mound of bones from all kinds of ferocious monster and beast, it made that are free from any monsters and beast.

There is no monster and beast that dare come near that mountain and that continent. The dog itself sometimes have to flew out of the continent and hunt some monster in other continents or dive into the oceans to fight those monstrous creatures in the deep sea. If he did not eat, he simply would just absorb the energy of heaven and earth.

And this dog is usually slumbering. Sometimes he would slumber for years before opening up his eyes and jumping around again

Yes, some animals become monsters but not all of them are dangerous.

Some become aggressive and some retain their gentle nature.

Of course, there are also some mad titanic dog that wreak havoc and had to be put down

And that kind of influence is not easily shaken. No matter what you did, you are standing on the scheduler of giants.

This is the time and age for discovery and anyone that could discover anything would surely be remembered

The future generation would always mythologizes them and would revere them.

It is like how some people said they respect the troops.

If they truly respect the troops, they would not let troops to fight a war.

those who truly respect the troops and love the troops, would make it their life goals; to make sure that war is the last resort and not the first action to think of when there is a conflict.

And most of them felt guilty because they are not the ones sacrificing their life on the line and so, it is easy to say it like that

So, when a soldier dies, they get eulogized, mythologized and heroic stories and hymns would be written about them inspiring other people to die.

Probably those soldiers that die does not really care about all the heroism.

Maybe all they wanted was to go home

Of course, there is always those abnormal people who join the army simply because they like to kill. Serial killers for example loathed the army

That is because most serial killers are weak against the strong and in the battlefield, you could not plan certain things

Of course, if they were given a position where they could bomb children or schools, they probably would gladly take it because there is no risk to their life.

But probably some of them would not feel the satisfaction of killing like that

They like the hunt.

They like the fear.

Those serial killers could not survive in the war and find no joy killing people mechanically.

They like to inflict pain and see the fear in the eyes of their victim

So, most serial killers would find a way to draft the dodge while killing weak people like children and women and sometimes if the situation permits it, accidental killing in highways and seedy motel
