Of course, it was not shocking at the time because they did not know the relationship between Asgard and Muspelheim, but when you know about Ragnarök and what Surt fate and what is the fate of Asgard, you would feel quite weird seeing Surt under Odin command

Which is amazing considering that it needs four Sages to even restrain Tongtian.

But Surtr alone is enough.

There is not even a need for the other fire giants to appear to fight against Tongtian.

Nuwa fought Isis from the Ennead. The Western Sage Jieyin and Zhunti fight against Ra and Zeus respectively.

Ra solar rules and law barge sailing through the underworld and almost burns the eternal cycle of rebirth and the Karma wheel of the Western Sages.

Zhunti has the Seven Treasure Tree but Zeus was at his peak form at that time.

His mere nod could shake the universe and his Thunderbolt can shatter galaxies.

He has celestial authority that is hard to match and it is brutal counter to Zhunti many methods

At that time, the Three thousand worlds know they had to open up or they would be taken surprise by many more things in the vast Omniverse

Only then they know how the Universe is.

Three thousand worlds did not mean that there are a fixed three thousand worlds

It means that there are myriads of worlds.

But even then, they could imagine the vastness. But when they open the world and see the true vastness of the world, three thousand worlds are a very low number.

There is countless of worlds and countless of universes.

And there is countless of beings more powerful and even more ancient than them

What they think is the beginning of time, is merely just a beginning of time in some dark uninhabited space of the Universe

They were not even the first. And they would not be the last.

He did not watch earth. Because he was blocked. And then there were others. Others who knew, others who is playing the game, others who is thinking of coming into the game

Only those who are interested in playing it and entering this cause of effect would try to look at it.

Sometimes even just by looking, you enter the cause and effect of the matter. Depending on your own luck, and affinity, sometimes just by looking you enter the cause and effect

But the people.... the people on Earth, they did not know all of this matter

All they see....is a bright sky, gashes and cuts.

The lightning is illuminating the sky like it was a Sun that is hiding among those dark clouds. There is the sound of the thunder that shakes heaven and earth.

You could feel the earth shaking with each thundering roar.

There is gust of winds that form storms.

Storms that are unlike anything this world had ever seen.

This is not some hyperbole.

Not some kind of exaggeration

But the fact of the matter

The kind of storms that is being stirred up right now is not the kind of storm that the old is used to. It is not even the same kind of storm after the Fall

After the Fall, there is all kind of storms in the world

There are the energy storms.

There are firestorms that is even more magnificent and terrifying than a storm you would see during the hot season.

Incinerating everything on its path. There are time storms which mess with time and space

There is even something called the rift storm.

Storms that are form when an unstable rift appears near breaches of reality.

And more and more new storms have been discovered since the Fall

But none are like this. The storms that are coming now appears out of nowhere. Storms have sources

Those who studied storms knows that it did not happen out of nowhere.

A gust here and there, thunder and lightning here and there. But then if there is a cause, there is an effect.

A storm near a sand produces sandstorm, a storm created by updraft wind could create a fire tornado.

This is a bit simplified but this is cause and effect of storms.

But this storms that appears in the world right now, did not act like storms.

Storms did not act like some kind of thinking being. They do not have a will of their own

They are the respond of the elements of the world.

They bring with them severe weather, high winds, rain, snow, hail and even fire.

The atmosphere would change.

What is storm anyway? And how did it form

It forms when warm, moist air near the ground rises quickly into colder air above. It is the combination of opposing forces.

A duality of opposite clashing with each other to create one of the world most fearsome calamity

Most storms require three basic things to get started. They need moisture, unstable air, and lifting power, a force that could push the warm air upward.

After the Fall, the kind of storm that appears changes and the way of the formation of these storms is also different. Even after the Fall, there is Stormchasers in the world

Only this time, most of them are from the Order of Thinkers. They studied the storm of the new world

This new world has many different magical storms and just like an ordinary storm hey have their own warning signs, their own logic and reason for existence.

But even those storms did not have a will on their own.

They are the response of the opposite force clashing with each other.

In other words, tornados are not chasing you when they are right behind your back.

You are on its way and you are just unlucky to be in front of its path.

They have no desire to swallow you or to destroy you. You are on its path and if you get destroyed by it, then you could not blame it

But this storm appears out of nowhere.

Yes, there is thunder.

There is lightning.

There is whooshing winds, powerful wind that could knock out forest and made the mountains shakes

But these storms are not created by these winds. They are not created but some kind of opposing forces that is there

They are just there.

One moment they were not there

And then in another moment, they were suddenly there.

It did not come from the ground, did not descend from the sky, but appears there like someone simply pluck a storm in the universe and throws it on Earth

And it all started in Pandemonium because this is the source of this storm

But when your village and cities and kingdoms are being ravaged by storms of undetermined origin, rarely you would ponder how the storms are there

You would only think there is storms and you should not be on its path

It would probably only be later when the dust settle that some scholars might study this matter and understand this

All over Pandemonium there is tornados that is ravaging everything apart and no one in the path of a raging tornado would look at the incoming hurricane or storm coming to them and thought to themselves "What if I stop running for a moment and appreciate the scenery of this tornado coming to kill me?"

No one would do such a thing

Villages and cities and kingdoms

and the Disk Formation realm beings in that area would fly toward these tornadoes and push them away, divert them or try to destroy them with a wind gust of their own

Some uses dome energy shield to ward off the storm and the relevant administration lift the ban on flying so that more people could flee or brought others with them.

Some wealthy city state even has their own Battlestar and some of them hunker down inside such a structure.

Some simply bring everyone they could bring into the Battlestar and activated their jump drive and hightailed it out of Earth

This is a survival method learn from the occupation.
