Three-leaf Jungle has fewer people, but their reputation is big. If Shah were to choose, they’d definitely prefer the more reputable Three-leaf Jungle for important positions.

Which terrain is most crucial around Najran? Naturally, it’s the Najlan Valley, not far from Satan’s base. In other words, if Three-leaf Jungle acts, they’d be near Satan, making encounters likely.
