The next evening, Huo Xingye returned to the old house with four contracts and gave them to Gu Qingyin.

Gu Qingyin was completely stunned after reading them. ’Did I just become wealthy overnight?’

They reached the eighth floor. The two of them exited the elevator, turned left, and arrived at her door in just a few steps.

"Come on in. I’ve got slippers ready for you."

As Gu Qingyin entered, she habitually scanned her surroundings. The apartment was very clean, and the decor was the kind a young woman would love—a bit frilly, but also very warm and cute.
