The second was to be led by a specialized Transcendent using an Escape Technique.

The third was via a secret underground subway, with entrances and exits at several specific locations within Celestial Capital City. This was the method Su Zhou and Tang Yuan chose to use.

After they passed a series of complex inspection procedures and a thirty-minute subway ride, they arrived at a Security Bureau exit in Northern Celestial Capital.

The exit wasn’t far from Tang Yuan’s destination. No wonder he had only asked for a half-day off—the round trip was convenient. Along the way, Su Zhou learned from Tang Yuan about the purpose behind the kindergarten affiliated with the Security Bureau hospital.

With the Spiritual Energy Revival, individuals’ martial prowess and destructive capabilities had risen. Therefore, the most important thing was to keep people calm. The soothing music playing on a near-twenty-four-hour loop on all major streets was one of many countermeasures. If nothing else, it at least lowered the odds of road rage.
