It’s not that Mr. Ford loved his first love so deeply; he just couldn’t harden his heart.
His first love lost her life because of his betrayal, leaving Fiona Ford behind alone.
Such a young child being sent to the orphanage isn’t that a destruction?
"I’ve raised Fiona all these years, treating her no different from Julian."
"Forget it, it’s normal for you not to like her, I don’t expect you to treat her well."
Mr. Ford’s words softened Mrs. Ford’s heart.
Mrs. Ford is someone who responds to kindness rather than toughness.
Of course, she knows Mr. Ford adopted Fiona out of guilt back then.
"If she really changes, I won’t make things difficult for her."
Mrs. Ford changed the topic and said.
The specifics still depend on what Fiona does in the future! But taking today’s matter as an example, Mrs. Ford still feels Fiona hasn’t completely changed.
With these words, Mr. Ford felt that was enough; he smiled at Mrs. Ford beside him, his eyes shining.
Many times, he was so upset by Mrs. Ford’s strong and capable demeanor that he left home, but he never actually thought of really divorcing her.
If they divorced, not only would the money be gone, but the person would be gone too.
The next morning, Finn Chandler and Julian Ford woke up together; today she was taking his car to the company.
Before leaving, they went to check on little Bao who was still asleep.
They quietly entered the nursery, looking at adorable little Bao, their faces filled with even more warmth.
Leaving the nursery, Finn Chandler was quite excited, "Did you notice? Little Bao is becoming more and more adorable."
It’s often said that the uglier a child is when they’re born, the uglier they’ll grow up to be.
But their little Bao has been good-looking since birth, otherwise why would Anna be so fond of him!
"Mm!"
Julian Ford acknowledged; he reached out to pull Finn Chandler, who was walking ahead, into his embrace, "It’s mainly because Mommy is beautiful!"
Finn Chandler looked up at Julian, smiling; hearing his sweet words first thing in the morning was too much for her to handle, so she stopped and kissed Julian first.
"Daddy is handsome too!"
The two complimented each other, and Julian lowered his head to kiss Finn Chandler.
As they flaunted their affection in the hallway, the staff of The Ford Family was already accustomed to it, with the air filled with sweet aroma.
"We need to finish work early today and come back home to be with little Bao."
After becoming a mother, Finn Chandler finds her heart has truly softened; no wonder Anna can’t stop smiling when mentioning little Bao.
Later, Anna will come to see little Bao too.
"Alright!" Seeing Finn Chandler happy, Julian’s mood improved, "Let’s come home early."
Hand in hand, they left The Ford Family residence, their eyes only for each other, unaware that someone was watching them from the shadows.
As they exited the gates of The Ford Family and Julian’s car started to leave, the man staying in the guest room upstairs stood by the window and, once sure they had left, closed the curtains again.
In the dim room, the man smiled sinisterly, completely different from the gentle demeanor he showed yesterday.
"Julian Ford and Finn Chandler have left."
The man took out his phone and made a call.
"Mr. Ford, have you called them away?"
"You can come over."
After speaking, he hung up the call, his smile growing wickedly.
Finn Chandler has made countless enemies during her many years at The Chambers Family. Now, the Chambers Family hates her to the core.
However, she might not even remember all those Chambers Family members.
Not long after, Fiona Ford arrived.
Mrs. Ford, tending the garden, heard the report from the staff; thinking of the man in the guest room, she let Fiona enter.
