Lilith arrived at the place where Yuan and the others had gathered after enjoying a refreshing bath.
Yuan and the others immediately noticed her arrival, and they also sensed the change in her aura.
"Seventh Level Spirit Apprentice... Not bad at all," Long Yuyan muttered with a satisfied smile.
"Congratulations on becoming a cultivator," Yuan said with a smile.
"How do you feel now after becoming one of us?"
Lilith thought for a moment before replying, "I don’t know how to describe it... but I feel as if I could run around the entire continent and still not feel tired."
"I really want to test my strength. I want to see for myself how powerful I’ve become."
"You should relax for a while. You’ve only just become a cultivator, so let your body adjust naturally first," Long Yuyan advised, immediately dampening her excitement.
She then continued, "Furthermore, you haven’t learned any martial techniques yet. Without one, you won’t be able to bring out your full strength."
"However, I can tell that you’ve trained your body well, which is a good foundation. Even so, you still need a suitable martial technique."
Lilith merely nodded in understanding. In her eyes, Long Yuyan was the strongest cultivator she knew, so she naturally took her advice seriously.
A moment later, Long Yuyan asked, "What kind of weapon do you use?"
"I use daggers. They fit my fighting style perfectly," Lilith replied with a proud smile.
"A dagger, huh? That’s not a bad choice. It’s a deadly weapon in close combat," Long Yuyan said with a nod.
Yuan then searched through his System Storage and found several dagger techniques. In fact, there were dozens of them.
One particular technique immediately caught his attention—the Soundless Dagger Art, a powerful Earth Grade technique.
’This will be perfect for her,’ he thought before retrieving the manual.
"Here, take this. I found a suitable technique for you," Yuan said as he handed the manual to Lilith.
Lilith accepted it with sparkling eyes and an excited smile.
"Soundless Dagger Art? What a fancy name..." she chuckled softly.
"The Soundless Dagger Art is an Earth Grade technique, but its power is comparable to some Spirit Grade techniques. It’s an excellent technique for a beginner," Long Yuyan explained with a satisfied expression.

Meanwhile, Isolde arrived at her estate and landed in front of her mansion. The pair of bat-like wings behind her folded and disappeared into her back.
"Hey, look! The Matriarch is back!"
"Huh? She really is back! I thought she wouldn’t return for a while. Why did she come back so suddenly?"
The guards at the gate were stunned to see Isolde appear out of nowhere.
Without her presence, the estate had become far too quiet. Seeing her return, they couldn’t help but feel excited.
"Welcome back, Matriarch!" the guards greeted enthusiastically.
Isolde simply nodded and headed inside, leaving the guards staring at one another in confusion.
"What’s with her? She seems different somehow..."
"Indeed. Normally, she would have already yelled at us and made us run ten miles carrying logs on our shoulders."
The guards couldn’t help but be shocked by the change in her demeanor after her long absence.
"She seems like a completely different person now..."
Meanwhile, Isolde headed straight to the place where her younger brother was.
When she arrived, her brother—Henrick Ashveil—immediately stood up and greeted her with a polite smile.
"Dear Sister, it’s been a while."
"Indeed. It has been quite some time since I left this place, and it seems that quite a few things have changed in my absence," Isolde replied calmly.
"And it also seems that my absence has made the guards rather lazy. Care to explain how you’ve been managing the estate while I was away?"
"Well, everything has been going smoothly so far," Henrick replied casually. "As for the guards, I merely reduced their training time a little."
Then, with a serious expression, he asked, "Since you’ve returned so suddenly, did something happen?"
"Not really," Isolde replied. "I came to inform you that I’ll be leaving this continent tomorrow. I’ll be traveling with Yuan."
...
The room instantly fell silent.
Henrick stared at her with a dumbfounded expression, so shocked that he didn’t know how to react.
"What?! With that mere human?! Have you lost your mind?!" he shouted in disbelief.
’Could that human have brainwashed her? Or perhaps manipulated her somehow?’ he wondered inwardly, unable to make sense of the situation.
"Don’t refer to him as a mere human!" Isolde replied coldly, a dangerous look appearing in her eyes.
"He is your brother-in-law now."
"And don’t bother trying to convince me otherwise. It will be a waste of time."
"What?!" Henrick exclaimed, shocked for a second time.
"B-But why? Why choose a human? There are plenty of outstanding men in our kingdom. You could choose anyone you want—or even take several consorts if you wished."
Veins appeared on Isolde’s forehead as her anger began to rise.
"Do you really think those weaklings deserve me?!" she roared furiously.
"They’re nothing more than shameless cockroaches in my eyes. All they want is to bask in my glory and gain influence through me."
"There is nothing admirable about them."
Henrick fell silent.
He no longer had any words that could change his sister’s mind. And even if he did, Isolde was not the type of person to listen once she had made a decision.
"Hah... Fine. I won’t ask you to change your mind since I know it’s impossible," he sighed in defeat.
"But... is it really alright for you to leave?"
"Who will take care of this estate after you’re gone? And would His Highness even agree to your departure?" he asked with a serious expression.
"He knows what’s good for him," Isolde replied nonchalantly. "You don’t need to worry about him."
"I-Is that so..." Henrick didn’t know whether he should laugh or cry.
"Since I’ve said everything I came here to say, I’ll be leaving now."
She turned around and added, "I’m leaving this estate in your care. Manage it well."
After saying that, Isolde didn’t even give him a chance to respond and immediately left the mansion.
She then headed straight toward the Demonic Empire, flying through the sky at a terrifying speed.

At noon, Nerith took Yuan and the others on a tour around the city.
Since it was her last day in the capital, she wanted to spend some time with everyone and take one final look at the city she had grown up in.
As they walked through the bustling streets, Nerith suddenly spoke.
"Yuan, my brother has arranged a feast tonight to celebrate our marriage."
"I see... I didn’t expect him to go to such lengths." Yuan smiled at her, a surprised look appearing on his face.
"What are you even saying? We’re family now. Of course, we have to celebrate it," Nerith replied with a soft chuckle.
She then added, "Besides, I’m a princess, yet not a single citizen knows that I’m already a married woman. This is just a small celebration."
"You’re right," Yuan replied with a smile.
Some time later, they returned to the palace after enjoying the city’s nightlife, visiting many places and trying all kinds of things.
At the palace, the servants were running around busily as they prepared for the feast.
Emperor Rhex and Empress Varia were waiting for Yuan and the others in the living hall, while the maids served them tea and snacks.
When Yuan and the others arrived, Empress Varia immediately greeted them with a warm smile.
"How was your walk? Did you have fun?" she asked.
"It was enjoyable. We also visited the construction site, and the development seems to be progressing at a comfortable pace," Yuan replied before taking a seat on the sofa.
"We’re facing a shortage of manpower, but everything else is proceeding smoothly," Emperor Rhex said with a smile.
He then asked, "Do you have any suggestions on hiring more workers? I want to finish this project as soon as possible so that people can move in."
Yuan thought for a moment before replying, "I think the best solution would be to increase the wages a little and offer extra pay for overtime work."
"That’s good advice. I’ll let the minister know about it tomorrow morning," Emperor Rhex replied enthusiastically.
Some time later, a servant entered the room and informed the Emperor that the feast was ready.
"Everyone, let’s head to the dining hall and enjoy the feast. This is a moment of celebration!" Emperor Rhex said with a broad smile as he stood up.
He and Empress Varia then led everyone to the dining hall, where rows of exquisite dishes had been beautifully arranged on the long dining table.
Once everyone had taken their seats, Emperor Rhex lifted his cup and declared:
"A toast to the bright future of Yuan and my sister, Nerith. May their journey together be filled with peace and happiness!"
"Cheers!" everyone responded in unison.
"Now then, let’s enjoy the feast, everyone," Empress Varia said with a bright smile on her face.
