My Farming Domain Is Broken

Chapter 50. Warden’s Closed eye

His fractured leg straightened, the burns disappeared beneath new skin, and the pressure from his internal bleeding finally vanished completely.

His hair came back too and were cleaner than before.

HP: 360/360

[All severe injuries healed]

--

Carlos moved his leg twice, stood without the Wooden Hoe and grinned when not even the smallest trace of pain appeared.

Mira watched the color return to his face before asking, "You are making it seem too easy to come back from wounds this worse, Carlos." She said with a sigh,

"Don’t worry, I have enough stock to come back after touching death 2 more times" Carlos answered, stretching his repaired arms while Mira released the longest breath he had heard from her yet.

" I was just about to tie you to the mattress if you tried walking again, its great that you are okay now." Mira admitted without sounding guilty.

Carlos looked toward Brann and saw that the Bearkin still carried several wounds from the battle beneath his damaged armor.

He summoned the second High-grade Recovery Potion and held it toward Brann. "Drink this before Mira decides to tie both of us down."

Brann accepted without asking its grade and swallowed everything, allowing golden light to repair the injuries hidden beneath his armor.

"Strong drink," Brann said while handing the empty bottle back, and Carlos carefully stored it before answering the Bearkin.

"Very expensive drink," Carlos replied. "If you find another one, do not crush it against your chest like the cheaper potion."

The third High-grade Recovery Potion remained inside his inventory because Carlos had learned exactly how quickly an emergency could appear.

He opened the compensation section next, curious whether the system believed a few materials could replace the territory the Warden damaged.

--

[Territory Damage Compensation]

[Complete Building Restoration Token x4]

[Guard Tower Blueprint x2]

[Iron Wall Material Pack x10]

[Purified Soil x20]

[Crop Recovery Solution x30]

[Mana Spring Repair Stone x1]

[Basic Crop Seed Selection Chest x3]

--

Carlos slowly read through everything and felt some of his anger fade when he reached the specialized Spring and crop-recovery materials.

The compensation did not replace what had been lost, but it allowed the territory to recover without consuming every resource he had earned.

He used the Mana Spring Repair Stone first because the leaking water had already turned the nearby soil into useless mud.

The ordinary stones around the damaged Spring dissolved, and silver rock grew across every crack until the structure regained its original shape.

[Mana Spring fully repaired]

Blue dived into the water before the notification disappeared and shouted, "Bloo!" while swimming around the newly repaired stone border.

[Blue Favorability increased by 5]

Carlos used the first Building Restoration Token on the northern Guard Tower and watched burned wood rise from the ground.

The platform reappeared stronger and cleaner than before, making Carlos wonder why restored buildings somehow looked better than new ones.

The second token repaired the Territory Kitchen, the third restored Brann’s hall and the fourth repaired the damaged residence completely.

Rowan accepted the Purified Soil, recovery solutions and seed chests while staring only at the damaged crops behind Carlos.

"Save whatever can still be saved before replacing the destroyed rows," Carlos instructed, and Rowan returned to work without wasting time.

Carlos opened one Iron Wall Material Pack after the Farmer left, wanting to know exactly how much protection the compensation provided.

--

Iron Wall Material Pack

Contains enough prepared material to construct five Iron-reinforced Wall Sections.

--

Ten packs meant fifty wall sections and two hundred and fifty meters of protection, which sounded enormous until Carlos looked around.

It still could not surround the entire territory, but it could protect every important field, residence and production building within the walls.

Carlos handed the wall plans to Kaia. "Protect the kitchen, Spring, residences and all three fields, but leave two controlled entrances."

Kaia studied the territory layout before pointing toward the planned gates. "The towers should cover both entrances once construction is complete."

"Make it happen," Carlos answered, and Kaia saluted before dividing the guards between transporting materials and constructing the wall sections.

The daily reset arrived while everyone worked, causing several notifications to appear across Carlos’s vision at almost the same moment.

[Daily summons refreshed]

[Daily production limits refreshed]

[Territory residents require food]

Carlos walked to the Bearkin Guardian Hall and selected its refreshed summon before considering whether another Bearkin could fit inside.

"Summon," Carlos ordered, and the dark entrance brightened before a second Bearkin Guardian stepped into the damaged production territory.

Grey fur covered its massive body, and it carried a square-headed hammer while thick leather armor protected its chest and shoulders.

The new Bearkin examined the farm and then turned toward the half-built walls before giving its immediate opinion of the territory.

"Weak walls," it said, sounding almost offended that a Rare Bearkin Guardian had been summoned into such an exposed territory.

Brann walked over and answered on behalf of Carlos, "We make strong," before striking one fist against his chest hard enough to shake his damaged armor.

The new Guardian looked at him, and Brann held its attention before speaking with more certainty than Carlos had heard before.

"I am Brann," he said while pointing toward the people rebuilding behind him. "This territory is ours to protect for life."

The grey Bearkin copied him.

"Garr."

Carlos looked between them.

Brann had handled the entire introduction without help.

[Garr Favorability increased by 5]

Carlos summoned another Blue Water Slime next.

The new slime appeared inside the barrack and bounced toward One.

Ability: Water Shot (Level 1)

Favorability: 10/100

--

"You are Two."

[Blue Water Slime has been named: Two]

One bounced.

Two copied it.

Carlos placed enough Slime Cores inside the barrack to feed both for several days.

Then he installed the Territory Barrier Core beneath the Lord’s hut.

Five Mana Crystals entered the activation slots.

[Territory Barrier ready]

[Uses Remaining: 1]

[Cooldown begins after activation]

For the first time, the barrier was not a useless crystal inside his inventory.

Carlos checked the Rankings again.

--

Military Strength Rank: 2,104

Defensive Coverage Rank: 917

--

One new Bearkin and slime had improved the military rank.

The restored towers, walls and active barrier had pushed defensive coverage into the top thousand.

Carlos still did not feel safe.

Not after seeing a Conquest Commander tear open its own portal.

Only the six-eyed reward remained.

He opened it.

--

[Additional Sealed Commander Reward]

[Warden’s Closed Eye x1]

Grade: Unknown

A sealed authority taken from the Chainbound Hell Warden.
