He then followed up with a backswing of his Battle Saber, slashing at an enemy he expected to pounce on him from behind.
But his swing hit nothing but air.
Because no more thieves were attacking.
The surviving thieves had long since been scared witless by the previous scene.

Their two strongest Middle Level Warriors had been singled out and instantly killed by the enemy Mage’s blue beam.
