"Okay, I’ll arrange for the revisions right away." Although Designer Lin was shocked, he honestly marked down Su Miaoke’s requests.

"Oh, right. We need to build a large memorial archway at the village entrance, and it needs to be designed like this," Chu Feng said.

The real reason he wanted the design to follow these requirements was because the village entrance was the "dragon’s head" of the entire village. He wanted to build an archway to gather and concentrate its feng shui.

Once it was done, the feng shui of the entire village would improve, which would, of course, make Cultivation much more effective.

Chu Feng and the designer discussed the blueprints for about an hour.

"Understood, President Chu, President Su. I’ll have my team start on the revisions immediately. I’ll send the updated design to your phone, and if there are no problems, we can begin construction," Designer Lin said.

"Good. I expect efficiency and quality to both be top-notch," Chu Feng said.

"No problem!" Designer Lin agreed instantly. After all, he had already received the full payment from Chu Feng.

One hundred million. He had actually done a quick calculation. After deducting the costs of materials and labor, he stood to make a profit of at least fifteen to twenty million!

That was nearly equivalent to his usual profit from two or three years of work.

"If any issues come up, just contact my dad to coordinate things." Chu Feng gave his father’s phone number to Designer Lin.

Among the older generation in the village, his father, Chu Yuntian, now held the most prestige, all thanks to the immense benefits Chu Feng had brought to everyone.

At noon, while the family was eating lunch, Chu Feng spoke to his parents.

"Dad, Mom, we’re planning to head back to Beihai first to get Xiao Hao settled at his new job. My classmate happens to be short-staffed, and it’ll stop you two from nagging about it all the time," Chu Feng said.

"Alright, that’s fine. Everything here is arranged anyway. Xiao Hao can’t help much by staying here, so he should get to work," Chu Feng’s mother said.

After lunch, Chu Feng’s parents stuffed the trunk of his car full of hens and ducks from their home, along with some homegrown vegetables.

Chu Yuntian and his wife, along with the entire village, watched as the three of them departed.

Once the car had driven out of the village, Chu Feng noticed that Chu Hao seemed a bit on edge—almost flustered and worried.

"Hao Zi, what’s wrong? Are you scared?" Chu Feng asked.

"A little. I just graduated and have zero experience, but you guys want me to be a vice president. I’m a bit terrified," Chu Hao said honestly.

"Don’t be scared, Xiao Hao. The company president is your brother’s best friend and roommate from college, Gao Feng. Just call him Brother Feng. He’ll show you the ropes," Su Miaoke said comfortingly.

"Yeah, Gao Feng is a great guy. You don’t need to worry. If there’s anything you don’t understand, just ask him," Chu Feng added with a nod.

"Xiao Hao, entering the workforce is a path you have to walk. You should be brave and not overthink things. So what if you run the whole factory into the ground? Just have your brother pay to open a new one," Su Miaoke said nonchalantly.

In truth, Gao Feng’s factory was nothing in Su Miaoke’s eyes.

After all, his factory’s annual profit was only around a few to ten million. What was that little bit of money?

She currently had tens of billions in her bank account. Gao Feng’s factory was a mere drop in the bucket.

"Th-That’s not right, Sister-in-law... If you put it like that, I’m even more scared," Chu Hao said nervously.

"Oh, come on. With me and your brother here, what are you afraid of? Don’t worry, we’ll always be your strongest support," Su Miaoke said, reassuring him.

"Your sister-in-law is right. With us here, what do you have to fear? Just focus on learning and doing your best," Chu Feng said.

On the way, the three of them chatted happily, and Chu Hao gradually became less nervous.

As they were about to arrive in Beihai, Chu Feng called Gao Feng.

"Feng, you free later?" Chu Feng asked.

"Of course! I’ve been wanting to ask you out for a meal forever. I was just afraid you were too busy, so I never dared to contact you. When will you arrive? I’ll send someone to pick you up," Gao Feng said excitedly from the other end of the line.

He was incredibly grateful to Chu Feng now. If it weren’t for this benefactor, this old classmate of his, he’d still be running that small workshop.

"Alright then, you pick a place. We’ll be there soon. I have a favor to ask this time. I want to set my little brother up at your company. He just graduated and is looking for an internship," Chu Feng said.

"Of course! Have him start tomorrow; I’ll arrange everything. I kept telling you to come over, but you never did. Having your brother here is just as good," Gao Feng said excitedly.

"Okay, I reckon we’ll be at your factory in about half an hour. Find a spot, and we can grab a drink," Chu Feng said.

"Great. I’ll send you the location in a bit," Gao Feng said before hanging up.

From their conversation, it was clear that the two were very familiar with each other.

"When you see him later, just call him Brother Feng. He’ll take you under his wing from now on," Chu Feng said.

"Okay," Chu Hao nodded.

Soon, Gao Feng’s location came through.

"Let’s go. We’re heading to the Beihai Hotel," Chu Feng said.

"The Beihai Hotel? Not bad." Su Miaoke nodded. The Beihai Hotel was considered one of the top-tier establishments in all of Beihai.

Besides, after the incident last time, Gao Feng and that Hu Biao were on pretty good terms.

When Hu Biao heard Chu Feng was coming, he immediately arranged for the finest private room.

When the car pulled up to the hotel entrance, Hu Biao quickly came forward to greet them, his face wreathed in smiles.

"Mr. Chu, long time no see. Your friend is already waiting for you in the private room," Hu Biao said very politely.

"Good. Thank you, President Hu," Chu Feng said with a smiling nod.

"Not at all, Mr. Chu. It’s my pleasure. This way, please. If you need anything at all, just call for me." Hu Biao led Chu Feng to the same private room as last time, politely opening the door for them as he spoke.

"Alright," Chu Feng nodded.

After Chu Feng and his group walked in, they saw Gao Feng, dressed in a suit and tie, sitting with his legs crossed.

He immediately brightened up upon seeing Chu Feng enter.

"Hey, Feng, you son of a gun! It’s been too long! You finally decided to show your face." Gao Feng walked right up to Chu Feng and gave him a big hug.

Then, he turned to Su Miaoke and Chu Hao. "Hey, Sister-in-law. And this must be the little brother, Chu Hao?"

Gao Feng was instantly familiar and at ease with all three of them. Given his relationship with Chu Feng, it was only natural.

"Call him Brother Feng," Su Miaoke said with a smile.

"Brother Feng," Chu Hao said.

"Hey! Let’s eat. From now on, you’ll be coming to and from work with me. Don’t worry, it’ll be a breeze," Gao Feng said with a laugh.
